Had to have my breaks done and oil change. They did an awesome job. My family has used them for years.

Took my truck in Friday morning and was told that it would be done that day. They knew I was going out of town Saturday morning which was the only reason I took my car in at all. Now it is Saturday, they have my truck and keys and dont open until Monday and I am going to get fired over it. They didnt even call to let me know it wouldnt be finished and they must be the only shop in town not open on Saturdays. I dont know what to do but I certainly know I would never go back.

My wife inherited an SSK Kit car of 1929 Mercedes Gazelle built on 1975 Mustang II frame. This car has not been driving for couple years. Adam’s Garage did a brake job, rebuilt the carburetor, replaced spark plugs, flushed the radiator and few other things. They were very friendly and took very good care of this little car. We are very happy with service we received from Adam’s Garage .

Adam’s garage was very professional and fast. We were passing through Terra Haute on our way across the country when we experienced an issue with the oil filter. The vehicle was leaking oil and causing smoke to blow into the cabin. Adam’s garage quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road in less than an hour. Recently purchased a used vehicle, took it to Adams where they thoroughly went through it listing anything that needed repaired. They went through each item one by one explaining what needs immediate attention and things that would be necessary in the future. Very happy with their service!

It had a good place to hang out, however, I️ sat there for over 2 hours just waiting to get a new headlight bulb put in. Friendly staff, but was more expensive that what they quoted me as well.

Was very satisfied with the customer service. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had a lot of work done at my visit and they addressed some safety concerns that were concerning them. They were very concerned about my children and my safety. They kept in contact with me throughout the day on progress. I felt like I was not pressured into having to have all of my work done with them which they reassured me that that is not a problem. They understand that there might be someone out there that is cheaper. So for me the cheapest sometimes is not always better. Took my Ford Escape there on good advice from a friend. Needed a diagnosis traced which my health and the steamy hot weather, could not handle the repair. I had supplied my own parts for them to use if needed. They replaced one ignition coil which I could have done myself but I was fatigued and appreciated them doing the work. Upon checking their work they had lost a fastener for a part and had deposited the defective coil in the engine compartment, failing to just put it in the trash. For the final price I paid for the job compared to their work quality it will be my last time going there for any future work.

Repairs were done on my engine for a blown back seal...! They even dealt with the warranty company at which I was very grateful because I seriously dislike dealing with warranty/insurance companies Ect...! Super fast in and out. Wait staff was courteous and friendly. They were short handed due to COVID-19 and booked solid but due to the way the receptionists scheduled everything they were able to keep everything flowing smoothly. Would recommend. Very clean reception area and waiting room. Fully stocked refreshment area.

These guys are great. I brought my car in with a bunch of things wrong with it (airbag light on, transmission malfunction, headlights out, radio broken), and they were able to diagnose everything for a fraction of the price that the dealership quoted. Then they gave me a quote to have everything fixed before they actually started working on it, making it a very transparent process. Friendly service, too.

Being able to find a car repair company that you can trust these days is not an easy task. I have no qualms about taking any of our vehicles to Adams for repairs. Not only can you trust them to tell you what needs repaired, but they inform you of things that could become an issue (without being pushy). Great turnaround time on repairs is a huge bonus too, especially when you see how busy they are.

I do my own work on my vehicles but sometimes times you got to take it to a shop. I was told good things about this shop so I gave them a try and I was very pleased with the outcome the work was exceptional and the price was right and the customer service was like Ive known them forever. Both of the people that I dealt with were very pleasant. The waiting area was very clean and there were drinks and clean restrooms available. I went for an oil change and it was completed in a decent amount of time. I am planning to go back there again for the next Oil Change.

I love going to Adams Garage. While its out of the way for me its definitely worth the extra miles to take my vehicles there. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. They were able to get my car in to be looked at the same day. When I dropped my car off they went over what was wrong with it to make sure they had all the details to get it fixed. And when my part didnt come in on time they let me know right away about the delay.I would 100% recommend all of my friends and family to Adams Garage.

They charged me half of what I was quoted at two other places in town. They call you by your name to make you feel more welcome and offer a shuttle service so you can go home while they work on your car. Their waiting room is apparently new, and its really nice! There are complimentary drinks and activities for kids. Hopefully I dont have to ever go there again, but I would recommend them for anyone needing their car fixed.

My car broke down on I-70, I had it towed to my house called Adams Garage. They told me it would be 3 days before they could get to me. So I towed it over the night before and left my keys in the drop box. The next morning at 9:00 a.m. I got a call from Adam Garage with a gentleman telling me what was wrong with my vehicle and the cost. They called me 3 different times that day each time was to make sure I was ok with the work they where going to do on my vehicle before they started work to insure I was ok with the work and cost being done on the vehicle. When my vehicle was done they called and let me know it was complete. I payed over the phone and my key was left in a lockbox outside. I was provided with the combination so I could pick my car up after hours. I never at any time seen anyone at the garage but my car is running great and for a low price. I will tell my family and friends to use Adams Garage in the future.Thank you for your good fast work!!!

This was our first time using Adams Garage. We have an older model van and parts can be difficult to find. There was quite a bit of work needed. They were up front with cost and estimate of time. They updatedus on how the service was going. Very professional, we are satisfied with the service received.

Recently bought a used Jeep. Noticed some smells and a report of a possible transmission leak by another Jeep enthusiast, so we took it to Adams to have them check out. The diagnosis and cost to repair were not what we were expecting, but we knew it was accurate and fair. Our family has taken vehicles to Adams for YEARS for repairs, and I dont see the changing any time soon.

Best place for auto repairs! Drove all the way from Florida for my last service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always available to get me in! Unlike most auto repair businesses, they will NOT rip you off with unnecessary repairs. They do an entire vehicle inspection, brakes, fluid checks, tires to let you know ensure your vehicle is set for many more miles!! I had my exhaust manifolds replaced on my F250 v10. The job turned out to be quite a chore with nearly all of the bolts rusted off! They were very reasonable on the price considering the amount of labor that was required. I highly recommend them and will be back for future problems. I usually go to a different place in town but they were busy this day, my family sometimes goes to this place and recommended it, bad call. My breaks were sounding a little funny so I wanted to get them looked at, This place accommodated me same day. I dropped it off waited a little while and got a call back saying I needed all new break pads. They put them on in a reasonable time, and I came to pick up my car. When I get to the counter the guy tells me that they checked all my fluids and that everything looked great, then asks me if Ive been having any trouble with my battery I replied no. I drive away and my car smelled a little weird but it had been in a shop all day, so I figured that was the problem. I drove to Indianapolis the next day and had to get jumped before I left because my car was DEAD and my car started to smell like fumes and chemicals worse and worse. On the way back from Indy it was so badly smelling it was barely tolerable. My oil light came on on the way back and I parked my car and had a family member bring oil before I was going to drive it again. When going under the hood my oil cap was gone and there was oil EVERYWHERE! I immediately call this place and they said that it wasnt them and that I needed to call whoever did my oil change I had gotten my oil change over two weeks prior and had drove to Texas and back and none of these crazy symptoms had started until going to this place. After further inspecting the oil cap was resting on top of a fluid they had claimed to have checked. So they either lied about checking my fluids & didnt lift my hood because they wouldve noticed there was oil EVERYWHERE and my oil wouldve been extremely low or they made this horrible mistake and failed to admit it. Either way theres something very fishy about this place and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

They did an oil change and diagnostic. Then when I went to get it friday after they had left the battery was dead. They did a check on my alternator and starter no charge on monday then tested my battery. They are super nice and willing to help

They are known to rip people off. They lie saying there is a lot wrong with vehicles and say it’s unsafe to drive when in all reality there was nothing wrong. Don’t recommend or trust.

Always a good experience, if you have a problem I recommend telling them about it so that they can make it right. I have never had anything not made right or fixed appropriately.Yet another great experience at Adams. I work with machines all day and I know it takes skill to repair them, unfortunately some fixes don’t stay, but Adams always makes it right. 5 star guys

These guys are smooth talking con artists. Brought my vehicle in for a repair in December 2013 and these guys dropped the ball. They thought I forgot about it but I havent. Ripped me off $600 dollars, locked my only key IN THE CAR and took a locksmith HOURS in the FREEZING COLD to arrive and unlock it! I PAID THESE CLOWNS $600 and my car DID NOT EVEN DRIVE OFF THE LOT! They screwed me over and did not want to refund me! They knew my car was going under from the beginning and took my money instead of being honest and letting me know my car wasnt worth the fix. I would give them a zero star rating if I could! I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN ADAMs Garage! TERRIBLE BUSINESS AND DISHONEST SERVICE!!!!! They know exactly what I am talking about (December 23, 2013)

I have been taking my vehicles to Adams Garage for several years. While I know repairs can be expensive, I believe that they provide the most reasonable rates in town. They also know what they are doing and while they may tell you about other services needed, I have never felt pressured into doing something that I dont want to do. I recently recommended this shop to a co-worker and was told that Adams treated her just like they have always treated me. Anytime someone asks where I take my vehicles for service, Adams is always the answer.
