I would highly recommend this place to everyone. My daughter and I were in need of some quick service. We had a flat tire just as we’re trying to leave college. They dropped everything and made sure my daughters car was fixed right for the long trip home. They were so nice and helpful I will go back whenever we need help. I really appreciate the over the top services we received.

(Please read)Approximately a year ago,I went in to get new headlights because I had a used car and I didnt want to risk getting pulled over for an out headlight.So I pulled up to the vehicle entrance way and asked may I come in.An employee yelled yes turns out he wasnt talking to me and then told me to back my vehicle up.I then walked in and parked my car and asked them to change my headlights.They charged me $40 and I cant remember if they charged me first or not.Nonetheless, they let my car sit for 45 minutes as I watched them do absolutely nothing. And then returned my keys saying the job was complete.I went to go inspect my headlights; and I then came back into the store and asked for the spent headlights.They were truthful with me after I badgered them & said we didnt change it & nothing was wrong with it.I Asked for a refund.Because they did absolutely no work.It appears as if they were going to let me drive off and take my money.If I didnt speak up for myself.

Picked up our car last night. My husband had dropped it off last week. They were to fix the bearings and the over heating problem. The car is so loud now we can hardly hear our selves talk. We didnt even make it a quarter way home and it over heated leaving us stranded on the side of the road. Had to baby it home it took us 3 and a half hrs to make it to St. Bernice. Its a holiday weekend so here we are stranded at home with no car. No we will have to rent a car to go-to work and the Dr. We already paid over 700$ to fix the car now the cost of a rental car and the car is worse than it was when we brought it. Im sure if they would have test drove our car they would have heard the loud noise it now makes

I had never been to this establishment before and was sent by my employer to retrieve a tire he had purchased. I was unsure of where to enter the building and was not treated very kindly by the staff. Im not sure if it was a bad day, or if they assumed I should have known what to do when I arrived. When I had received the paperwork, the employee told me to pull around to get the tire and he would load it. When I asked where to pull around, he sighed and rolled his eyes and then proceeded to tell me in a slow, condescending tone where to go. He then went as far as to ask me if I was sure I could back the truck I was driving into the spot he directed me to. Just didnt feel comfortable or welcome here.

Needed a tire repaired early on a Saturday morning. They had me going in 10 minutes. Very impressed with their customer service. Neal Tire will take care of you.

Take Great care of me....Hassle free, Fair Prices, Excellent Service, Professional know how.. Fixed issues with My Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, that I regrettably took to another local tire center to have a lift kit, and new wheels and tires. Unsafe to drive... Took back 5 times to other Service Center (Only drove it 2800 miles).. Never could/ would fix.... Took to Neil, within 2 hours, Problem Solved!!!! Nothing on front end was tight, No wonder couldnt keep on road.... While It was there, Had Better Tires put on, for a smoother, quieter ride.... Thanks Jimmy!!!!!!

Had a truck that seemed to be flooding itself out. I replaced the spark plugs, wires and all vacuum lines. I was told by friends that are car guys to try the fuel pump and catalytic converter. I was also working 2 jobs basically about 16 hr days so I took it in. Neal told me there was no way it could be those. Then they had my truck for 6 weeks trying to figure it out. After a month they would get snappy with me if I called them once a week to check on it. I once again asked if they had tried the catalytic converter and they assured me there was no way that would cause the issue. At the 6 week mark they gave up and charged me $100 for parts that they couldnt take back off and had me limp it home. Once I had it home I sold it to whoever thought they could fix it. He took off the catalytic converter and had it running in a day. I do not recommend this shop.

Outstanding customer service. I had a 2” level installed with wheels and tires and Jimmy went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied.Couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out.

Went in for a patch that could easily be patched. Three people in front of me somehow needed new tires and couldnt be save because they were too close to the sidewall. My tire had a small screw that was easily 2 inches away from my sidewall, an inch and a half away from the middle. They told me it was too close and tried to charge my $140 bucks for the one tire they had in stock that was the same size. Very unprofessional. I highly advise you not to go here.

I have been taking my truck here for 3 years for any kind of service that they offered. Took it there recently because it was misfiring and was having trouble accelerating. They replaced my sparkplugs and said I was having transmission issues so I took it to another shop to only find out they either didnt replace my sparkplug or the cracked them. I went back to Neals Auto and spoke with the manager and pretty told me they wouldnt do anything

I’m going to figure out how to see this place because they about killed my son his tire fell off his car after they put it on

Absolutely AMAZING!! They were able to get my 2016 jeep JKU in same day for an alignment. They were able to get it much more driver friendly and also pointed out and told me how to correct some other issues that were not properly fixed after an accident i was involved in

Well, I go there on my lunch and tell him I need a 255/70R16. I’m there a whole 1 1/2 hours and they come back out and say they don’t have that tire and that the guy wrote 60R17 instead. Is getting a tire changed really rocket science? So after messing it up and taking my whole lunch hour, they tell me the next tire is $155 which is $30 more than what they told me when Captain Dislexic quoted me. Good job, guys! 3rd friggin place I’ve been to that keeps trying to upcharge me. All about that business!

My grand parents where traveling through Indiana when they got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. One of the employees that works here, I think his name was Josh. Stopped to check on them on his own time. Josh also went to put the spare on and the spare was flat. He took the the tire aired it up and put the spare on. Im so happy that a complete stranger was there to help them. You will never know how much I appreciate you helping my grandparents thank you and thumbs up!!

Make sure you understand the warranty. Even if you have it you will still be paying out of pocket.

I had to get a lot of experience work done and they were able to get it all done for me. It took longer than expected because of parts needing to be ordered. We had a couple of issues that were corrected quickly. One issue was with the bill...I had accidentally been charged for the same thing twice and the other issue was with something that had been fixed needing to be done a second time assumably from defective part/s. In the end I was quite satisfied.

Very impressed with this place. It took them no time to put my new tiers on the front and put the old ones on the back. Extremely friendly staff. Josh made sure he got me the best deal he could. Also while waiting they have the most comfortable couches to sit on. I had my 10 month old daughter with me waiting and i have to say it was one of the most comfortable places ive wajted in a while.They also offer free coffee, cappuccinos and popcorn. I will continue to do business with these guys and no one else.

These people are great and have great customer service! Friends of ours had a flat tire behind Wendys and they didnt have a jack to put their spare on. It was extremely hot and humid and I was worried about the kids, so I called Neal Tire and they went over there immediately and didnt charge us! They quoted the price for the tire and we drove car over to buy a new tire and we were charged around $10 less than the quoted price!!! They were very nice the entire time. I highly recommend them!

Although they did a good job of cutting down my lugs so that my rims would fit properly to my car ($107) they did not balance my tires. When I took the car back because there was a horrible vibration, they stated that they did not balance them, they did not need balanced, and that balancing them might even make it worse. Instead, they said I would need new tires to take care of the vibration. I had to pay another company an additional $40 to balance my tires (which turned out to be very necessary) and it did, in fact, take out the vibration I was feeling. I dont understand a company that would not balance tires during a service like this, except if they were trying to take advantage of a girl and sell her tires that werent needed.

I would recommend everyone to go to this shop. Great customer service, quick and good work and never tryed to sell me something i didnt need. My car needed front end work, tires and alignment. The service technician brought me out to the shop and showed me everything i need to make my car safe and explained in detail what he needed to do to make car to get me back on the road. Very clean waiting room and they offered to give me a ride home and bring my car to me when they were done. I will be going to them from now on

Josh is great and knowledgeable. I decided to get a second opinion after a dealership said I needed $500+ in replacements/repairs. Ended up just needing an oil change and car wash! Theyre my go-to from now on!

Got low pros replaced, I get half why down the road and one is flat so I came to Neal in Ellettsville they told me a chunk was missing from inside sidewall... on top of that I don’t get any money back for being stuck on the side of the road and making another 45 minute trip to get this tire fixed taking time out of my day

Traveling with breakdown. They got my van in and out on same day.! And price was great. I have nothing but high praise for the professional way they went the extra mile to get the job done, and get it done right.

Update: A few weeks after I wrote my initial review I got a call from the manager Josh. He saw my review and said hed like for me to come back in so they could take another look at my tires. Normally I wouldnt, but Id like to point out a few things.Most companies respond to bad reviews by replying to it online with an obvious generic response that they use for everyone instead of even attempting to at least personalize it or calling you if theyre able to. Also, when you do speak to someone about an issue they try to tell you how its either your fault, or place blame on an employee. Josh not only took the time to call me, but he immediately apologized for the experience I had without blaming anyone and asked for the opportunity to make it right.So I took him up on the offer. He explained to me when I got there what they were going to try this time on my tire and then I hung out on the comfy couch again for about an hour while they took care of it. This time they brought the keys to me as soon as they were done and again reviewed what they had done and why. I waited about a week after I left before updating my review to be sure they werent still leaking air. My tires are fixed and the experience was definitely much better.I appreciate when a business takes feedback and actually does something about it. Top notch Josh!Previous 1 star review: I came here because I had just purchased a car from a dealer. They had just sold the set of tires to the dealer and installed them and they were leaking air. They were going to fix their mistake for me, which I appreciated. I showed up, waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone came out from the back. They took my keys and had me sit on their comfy couch to wait.After an hour I got up to see what was going on and saw my car sitting in the same parking space as where I had parked it. They had either not touched it or fixed it and put it back and not told me. I did the Im tired of waiting shuffle where you try to decide if you stay or go.I went to the counter and waited behind two other people for another 5 minutes again and before I said a word the guy handed me my keys and said it was done.My tires still leak. At least they had a comfy couch I guess. Im still not sure how a place that specializes in tires cant fix air leaking from tires. I guess they got it half right, I mean I do have a tire.

Waited for 2 1/2 hours, had to approach them at the desk myself just to get info, only for them to tell me they could not do the work i had brought my truck in for, by appointment mind you! They didnt even call me to inform me when they had made the assessment 😠 The other half of me hopes some juvenile punk puts a brick through their window.

Great group of guys here. They have put the lift on my jeep. Tires on my Honda. Tires and wheels on my camaro. Before you know it they will be doing my lift on my truck only because they go out of their way to take care of the customer

I bought large 37 tires for a Jeep; fair, good and quick service as they were quite busy. Tire installer Justin had experience and technical knowledge to address balance issues inherent in larger tires. Good place after slight misunderstanding on Out the Door phone quoted price, resolved quickly.

Horrible service!!! Waited 3 hours when they told me it would take 45 minutes just for a tire rotation! Took it back today for a wheel alignment. Was told there was an opening at 2pm. I dropped it off at 10am and went to pick it up at 4:30pm. They hadnt even touched it and said they wouldnt have time to get to it. Avoid them!!!

Waiting for 2 hours just to get my tire changed is not my idea of good service. Took them an hour and a half to even tell me I needed a new tire. Yeah I know. That’s why I’m here.
