I usually love Sephora but this time they had almost no inventory on the floor. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean.
I stole a sweater. Jk
Good selection and found what we wanted
Great service by Barbara. Clean, nice facility.
I had an amazing experience here! Sales associate Elena (Alaina?) was so welcoming and helped us as we browsed for various products for over an hour. Thank you thank you thank you!
I visited Sephora in JCPennys this afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to see the store; I do not frequent the mall that often and was not aware that the store was there. I was greeted immediately by Erin. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding products. She assisted me in finding my color for products and provided me with information regarding upcoming events. My experience was awesome. I will definitely return in the future to make continued purchases.
It was ok.
Kind and helpful staff!
Do not give this store business! Went in and they had 3 signs that stated “sign up to be a beauty insider and get 15% off Sephora beauty collection” so I picked up several Sephora brand items and went to the register. I mentioned to the sales associate the signs and she says “that’s for 15% off Jcp purchases” I say no the sign said for Sephora collection items I will go and show you, so we walk over and she says “oh ok ya I can do that” so get back to the register and she is taking my info and then calls the manager over and they are talking and they both go over the sign and come back and the manager says “well we are having a supervisors meeting this Sunday so I’m not sure that deal will take place until then” ....... so why have the signs up now?! They also were rude...I said forget it and left. Ulta is way better and super friendly and has WAY BETTER deals!
Went to this Sephora store and was helped by a gentleman who did not really seem to know what he was doing. He helped me “match” my shade of foundation. When helping me pick out a foundation primer he gave me one with coconut and when I stated I’m allergic to coconut he quickly tried to cover his tracks by saying he was thinking of something else. Also I know he wasn’t suppose to magically know I’m allergic to coconut but I feel that if you are going to be trying multiple products on a person to find the right one a beauty consultant should ask if you are allergic to anything. To top it off I get to the register and they don’t take Sephora credit cards. They take the Master card but not the stores card... which makes no sense but I also did not appreciate the fact they were very pushy and tried to get me to open a JCPenny card. I had to tell them no 5 times before they let it go. And I get it you need to upsell and offer these things but if I say no the first time I mean no. Additionally when I said I would just order it online, because the closest one to me that is a free standing Sephora is like an hour away, the guy got confused and didn’t want to tell me the shade of foundation he picked out for me since I wasn’t buying it right then and there. As I mentioned they “matched” my foundation shade I ordered online and I put it on and it is not the shade I tried I store I put it in and was orange. So I’m assuming they had their shades mixed up on the tester display. I will not be back to this store nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Place is great...
Didnt seem very caring. Short and rude.
Love
Just like Jcpenney,
