Not much to choose from lack of fall boots was very disappointing. Prices werent that great either considering they were simple black boots with not much sole.

Grandkids loved shopping there and got some really good deals.

Its a clean store with new merchandise and good sales. Staff is always friendly. Sometimes i just end up browsing but I wear a womens 12, so its normal for me to have trouble finding styles I like.

I saw so many employees just standing around. Not one asked if I needed help. When I asked for a shoe size, the young girl looked at the shoes and went back to the crown of coworkers doing nothing at the front register. I left and went to shoe dept. where everything is half the price!! The service was by far wayyy better! And the pricesss!!! Love shoe dept!!!

The young people that work at a shoe car over very nice and very helpful and theyre always great deals on shoes of course there is always to buy one get one half price, and they have the specials on the tables at Red down the middle of the Isles. They have very nice winter boots there they were quite expensive a whole table full of different styles there were. Only stylish but they would keep you warm believer slip resistant for two pair for $40 and they were very well worth it

I do like their selection. And they have good kid sizes. In my opinion, prices are high.

Not.a bad store it was.clean. never had anyone.ask.of.we needed help, fine by me. Though I would think with about the same number of customers as employees someone would ask. Found some adidas for me and some Vans for Vinnie. Selection was small, however the price was ok.

Wasnt too impressed the isles are really bunched together and little higher than whati usuallypay . Didnt have my size so i bought bigger found another shoe store had my size. Oh well live n learn

I dont particularly care for this chain altogether. The staff is typically nice but very seldom are they helpful on the floor. If you are only interested in picking up gym shoes its okay but not much of a selection of anything else.

I was helped by Jessica and McKayla and the service I received was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help me and ensured I saved as much money as I could. It was a great experience. I went from being frustrated with not being able to find anything remotely close to what I wanted in the mall, to coming here and finding exactly what I wanted at a price that wouldnt break the bank. They both greeted me and told me about the great deals while keeping a friendly conversation going. Wide variety, good prices, and great service. I will not shop for shoes anywhere else but here from now on! Thanks ladies!

Had a sale on shoes. Picked a pair based on the price labeled. When I got to the register they said that Ad was pulled and charged me more. Would recommend they ensure advertised price is the actual price!

The staff that work there are always pleasant and helpful however it seems like every time I go in there there are new staff and they always seem helpful however can be a bit on the clueless side..

The place I go to first for athletic footwear, never disappointed

I went in to buy my son a pair of shoes, and there was a gentleman telling specials into a mic at the front. He said they were running a b1g1 special and that it could be mixed and matched with anything in the store. He didnt state that there were restrictions. I picked a pair for myself in anticipation of taking advantage of the b1g1. I was told by the cashier that the pair I selected was not eligible for the special, and she wouldnt get the manager when I asked. If my son was not set on the shoes he picked out, I would have left without buying anything at all. I will not be returning.

Staff was more interested in doing each others hair than actually working. I also couldnt find my size in any of the shoes I liked. I didnt realize having a 9.5 foot was such a rare thing. Ill stick to online from now on. It was very frustrating. The shoes are also scattered around rather than having clear sections of Clarence.
