I have been going there throughout the years. There is one person in particular I would like to mention. Jen but sometimes she goes by Jenny I believe. She is a small associate with glasses so I hope I got her name right. She is always helpful when I go in there. She is always busy doing a lot of different things but has always taken the time to help me even if I am in there for awhile. It seems like she almost runs the store on her own but thats probably cause shes been there awhile. Only issue I have is it seems like this place is understaffed. Owner should hire more employees is possible. Also the pricing has gotten a little steep so hopefully that can be resolved too. They have nice product but it is expensive.

I popped in to purchase a greeting card. I couldnt find a single one that was labeled Goodbye or Good Luck etc. But I ended up buying a blank one. They also have a womans boutique with some cool clothing and items.

Very pleased with our visit to your store. We came for decorative colored lights which you do not carry. But your display of beautiful clothes, purses and jewelry at the front of the store drew us right in. Forget the name of the sweet girl that waited on us but she was professional, kind, helpful and appreciated our silly humor.

I really like the atmosphere of the store considering Ive never been in a Jeffrey Alans before. I think it is a little scattered though. Like not all of the Christmas items are together. That is really my only complaint if I needed to make one.

Nice store, nice selection of Christmas items

We took in a one of a kind old photograph to be framed in a custom made frame. It took 3 tries to get it correct and on that 3 rd time there was still a flaw in the paint of the frame but we went ahead and got it coz we were tired of coming back so much. They did discount the price slightly to compensate for this flaw in the paint.

One of my favorite store to shop. Love the seasonal and home decoration. And the staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I took an embroidered piece in to frame. The girls are always so helpful about making suggestions as to matting and frames...Ive had several other items framed there and I am always happy with it.

CASA donation event at Jeffreys was inviting and a great time to see all the new Fall and Halloween decorations. I loved the demonstrations on bow and wreath making. Now Im motivated to get my house decorated!

Took many older photos and documents for several framing projects recently and Im impressed with the results. The staff are always friendly and the framing work is excellent. They helped with color/frame choices, and are very knowledgeable and helpful for your specific needs.

Ill be honest im not sure why i went into this store i normally shop at Hobby lobby however dont count this place out as i consider myself a neutral party here jeffrey alans has a lot of the same things as hobby lobby and fairly close on price however from my experience hobby lobby carriers a marked up cheap product where as jeffrey alans carriers a better quality at an acceptable price just my opinion. both are great places to buy crafting materials i suppose its all up to personal preference.

Awesome associates and great merchandise with good prices

Horrible customer service. I asked one worker if there was a fitting room to try on clothes from the boutique and she looked at me like I was crazy, as if a store with clothing wouldnt have a place to try on. Then once I was ready to check I stood by the cash register for 15 minutes while the two workers stood in the boutique talking and ignoring me. I finally decided to use my phone to call the store to force one of them to come to the register. Once she came to answer the phone, I hung up and she finally checked me out. This is the worst experience Ive had at a store for a long time. So disappointing, especially because it was early in the morning and not busy at all.

I must say I have only been in here once. The prices were higher than Hobby Lobby, for similar products. There were several staff there when I visited. All were busy changing displays, but none greeted me or asked ig I needed help.

Use to go here all the time to get things for my photo albums, stickers and things for decorating the pages.....but they quit carrying things like that, so now I go to hobby lobby instead.
