Friendly people if they dont have the product they can get it to their store from another store or send you to a store that would have the product good PR etc

They are one of the only places that have actual pipe tobacco that you can purchase in various flavors. Not cigarette tobacco for pipes but actual pipe tobacco for pipes. Plus they have a huge selection of great cigars. I stopped here every time I hit Terre Haute to purchase my tobacco. If you spend enough or a regular customer they will give you a discount which is also great

The lady was so rude, and it isnt the first time its happened. I understand that people have bad days but this lady is just plain nasty every time I go in there. Also,Prices are too high for a discount store

My husband and I were on our way to Lake Ozark Missouri for a family gathering and we hopped off of I-70 to make a quick pit stop at the store because my husband forgot his cigars and travel humidor. He bought four different cigars and, while he liked all of them, there was one that really stood out. I made a point of looking at the wrapper but I couldnt read the tiny print too well LOL old eyes. But I did see that it said La something. So I contacted that store this week because I wanted to find out what he bought and get him a box of them for Christmas. A lovely man named Sean, who does the ordering for all of the stores, was a huge help to me! I told him the date we were in and how much we spent and he came back with a list of the cigars that my husband purchased that day. He then went on to find a box of them and had that box delivered to the store nearest our home labeled for me to pick up at my convenience. This man went so out of his way to be helpful to me. I will forever be a customer. In addition to all of that, the price was very competitive. Whats not to love?

Was there early Friday evening..😡😡😡I dont know why I didnt walk out!!No one talks to me the way she did & Ive NEVER even been in there before??Then we realized she was very sick...Took just as long to get my change as to make a purchase.. Coughing & hacking 🤨🤨WTF ??No excuse..

Whoever the lady is that was working in there at 945 this morning needs fired, you lost a customer due to how I was treated. She completely insulted me for absolutely no reason..

I was actually only there with a friend. Since I do not smoke this is actually someplace I wouldnt normally go. They do have several candies from my childhood I havent seen in years.
