Greeted at the door by an associate and took Us right to what we was looking for. Very professional and Helpful answered our Questions.

This is now the only office products big box store in town. And one of the only places that offer public FAX service. I had to fax a document to a government agency (the only way you can submit the form - why?) And I had a hard time finding a place to do it. Full service print and copy shop.But anyway, they have a great selection of office supplies, a good amount of furniture. Furnature is not very nice anymore. Its all build it yourself. They also have a mediocre computer section. School supplies in season.One thing is clear, they wouldnt make it selling just paper and pens. They have added a couple of isles of what Ill call grocery items (paper towels, pledge, coffee etc) but it is all kind of high priced. They also have art supplies.

I always enjoy shopping Staples. They greet and are helpful, saving me time. I enjoy the rummage carts an gift buying ideas when I first enter. All the copy/publishing has been so helpful, I especially want to thank Corey for his prompt friendly help.

Customer service was excellent. Was asked by multiple staff if I was finding everything and if I needed assistance. They did this with each customer that came in. Very friendly and polite.

I needed to get 4 pages printed off in color for a business meeting. I sent them the files and an email over 24 hours in advance. I even called them to confirm when I would be there to pick them up.When I arrived the next day they did not even have the files downloaded from their email...let alone printed.This wasnt some huge order, and it literally takes 5 seconds to do.This also isnt the first time they have let me down. Their copy/print center is absolutely horrible and the people working there dont know the first thing about customer service...or how to use the advanced features on their machines.I really wish we had more options around here for business printing.

I took my ASUS into Staples at Terre Haute IN. They charge me $159.00 to run antivirus software on it. When I got it back, it was no better than before. They started giving me this song and dance routine about it being old and outdated as the reason it was so slow. I ask why they didnt tell me that before. No answer.I ask if I could apply the $159 to a new laptop in the $500 range and they said no.Never going back there again. Not even to buy a pencil.
