Had a great experience. Kelly was amazing. We had no idea what we wanted so she was very patient and had amazing customer service. I havent been here in over 2 years. Now that I had a great experience I will make it my regular stop for ice cream..--------------------Imagine a place where all day long people talk about ice cream, eat ice cream and even dream ice cream.  That’s us. That’s Baskin-Robbins.  Over 70 years ago, Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins had the crazy idea of offering 31 flavors of ice cream when everyone else was still selling vanilla, chocolate and strawberry.  Burt and Irv were absolutely nuts about ice cream (Irv even had a swimming pool shaped like an ice cream cone).  Their passion was contagious, and we like to think our 1300+ flavors have made the world a more flavorful place since we opened for business in 1945.

The royal banana split was very good. I like how you can pick out what kinds of ice cream you can put in it.

Ordered a small cone for my son. We were about 5 minutes down the road when he said the cone was empty. I thought maybe there was just a small pocket where the ice cream didnt get pushed in, but no, the entire cone was completely void of ice cream... whoever made it had literally just put a scoop barely big enough to cover the top of the cone and thats it. Now if this had been a dollar cone I may not even have cared too much, but if Im going to spend $3 on ice cream the cone had better be filled. Pretty disappointed and irritated, certainly will not be going back nor recommending this place

They messed my order up but did correct it and the drive through wait is longer than expected.

I ordered a cake log for a party. I called our south store first. I talked to a boy who was nice but couldnt help. He said he was washing dishes & took a long time to answer the phone. He first said they dont make then then said he didnt know how. So I called the east store & eventually got it ordered. Hard to order but cake looked delicious. Everyone enjoyed it.

Very clean with a decent amount of seating and parking. They even have a drive-thru! The young folks working are fairly friendly and quick. I recommend it.

I love this store compare to the south one. Great cakes and everything is awesome. The service is so great and they try their best to make sure you get a 5star vist.

It was a bit pricey. But quality stuff is usually pricey anyway. my milkshake was delicious and it definitely brought all the boys to the yard

Also sort of a staple of the east side for at least Me growing up on the East End. My kids love going here I love going here and its right on our way home. they always seem to have great employees in there who are very friendly and I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience.

Baskin Robbins is a ok place to go for ice cream. They are a bit over priced but, they have a clean facility. Id recommend going to Green Acres in North Terre Haute.
