Over the Last three years my wife and I had window world install a total of seventeen windows. Very high quality, user Friendly and provides great security. Not only Michelle at the Terre Haute office very friendly but everyone from sales to install people were very knowledgeable and professional. I personally would never choose another company over them. Very happy customer.

Had new windows installed throughout whole house, when the rainy season hit 3 windows began leaking. Contacted several times, after 4 or 5 calls they sent a salesman out, looked at inside, did not use ladder or couldnt even reach from outside without a ladder and said he saw nothing wrong. Well come back when its raining Ill show you the waterfall coming down my wall!!! Still have not fixed my windows 1-1/2 years later. Now window sills and wall below windows are damaged. Terrible service!!! Will never recommend to anyone!

I purchased a house in October through an Auction that had Window World of Terre Haute windows in it. SInce it was purchased at auction, I did not have a lot of opportunities to walk through the house multiple times before purchase. We did not close on the house until December, but since the seller did not have other living accommodations ready (she was building a new house, and due to pandemic, final walk through for her was delayed) we agreed to let her continue to live in our house as a renter until her house was completed. We received possession of our house on April 15, and promptly went in to look around. I noticed 2 windows at that time that had problems, one would not stay up, and one has lost the seal and had moisture between the glass. I called WW of TH and explained that I had knew the windows had been purchased from them, and asked about warranty work, but the rude person answering the phone was very rude, bluntly stated that the contract says we would have had to transfer the warranty within 30 days of purchasing the house, and since that was not done, there was nothing we could do except purchase a new window. Warranty was void since it was past 30 days of sale of house. There was no explaining to her that we did not have possession of house, only had possession on paper. So purchase a new window we did - - from Andersen Windows. I love my window!

Absolutely had the BEST experience. Robbie, Charlie and Kyle were professional, as well as great craftsmen and friendly. They cleaned up perfectly after the installation and were done in no time. The windows are beautiful and I highly recommend having a conversation with Michelle in Terre Haute Indiana who really helped us pick the perfect windows for us.

Windows are great, install was great, I had a long wait from initial purchase to install date, every time we had rain close to install date they would push me our six weeks (seemingly to the back of the line).

I called to get someone to come and measure one window for me and the person was very rude over phone. Said I would have to wait till spring then it would take a year to get that one window in. Funny I went somewhere else and it is only going to take 4-6 weeks for it. They also fixed one window for free and came out next day for measurements. I guess if you are not going to spend a lot of money with them they dont want you. Jokes on them it wouldnt have mattered price I just needed a new window.

Had new window installed in Living Room today. It is quite impressive. There was a delay in install due to window manufacturing, but we were not in an emergency situation, so it was not that inconvenient for us. Due to COVID situation, we did not take this into consideration for rating. They kept us updated on the status of the window being made and ready for install. Great service! We can definitely tell the difference on the efficiency of the window. We live right on a highway, and noise went down IMMEDIATELY!

Drove 1 hour to location in terra haute, in. Their web site said they are open from 10 to 2. Sigh on door says closed on saterdays.

Windows are solid, easy to operate, look great and all for a reasonable price. The install team, lead by Robie, was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. They all worked very hard and did a super job. We had 22 big windows to replace in 2 days. The replacement was all done as planned and as promised. We will definitely call them again. Way to go Window World!

Called to obtain an estimate on two windows. First response was an immediate upsell. I asked if two windows are too small a job. I was told no, two is better than one. They aren’t even available to complete an estimate on one window for 4 weeks, but 2 windows might be able to get an estimate in two weeks. Two weeks just to obtain an estimate? The supply chain is disrupted on many building materials and other things now due to Covid, so add the delay of the estimate and I’d probably be looking at two months for replacement. I did not call on a whim for window replacement. I urgently need it due to some property damage in a rental. Clearly Window World did not want my business. In 20 minutes I had another window company call me and schedule estimate for tomorrow. Sorry I called.

We had 5 windows and 2 doors replaced in the fall of 2018 . We stopped in the store in April to ask if someone could come out and adjust one of the doors that wasnt shutting right. we were told that they would get back to us. I called two weeks later when no one had ever called us back. I was told that this WAS their busy season and we would have to wait. Well, it is now the end of Oct. and we are still waiting Like their products - their service- not so much...

My experience was terrific! 3 gentlemen came to install the windows, were on time, courteous, and left no mess! Extremely pleased with the windows and installers, not to mention the office support !

Hands down, the worst experience of any company I have ever done business with. Total lack of care to my hstoric home as they tore out the new windows and left the surrounding plaster cracked and in shambles. Rugs were left filthy and stained. Companys salesman said they could do it, installer said he could not. Salesman came back saying they could do it. We got cold feet at this point and tried to cancel our install and were told we couldnt do that(even though they had been willing to cancel it on their own terms 24 hours prior). We only had the upstairs done and can guarantee we will find another company to do the downstairs. Unprofessional, unqualified. Installers disrespect salesman. Salesman disrespects installers. I have never made a more regretful decision.

Well to me it seems that when they hired thelady that is there now, people started to get treated unfair. Not so much the customer but the temporary services and contractors got devalued in a bad way.

We are so happy with our windows. They look great and the crew was fabulous. We would definitely recommend Window World to anyone looking to install new windows.

I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally they asked for my number to call back. They did call. I only have one window at this time I wanted a quote on. I was told they were to busy to deal with just one window, if it was a garden window maybe. I told them I was not doing business with them because I didnt like that. I told them how awful I thought they were. The lady was quite blunt on the phone, no customer service skills I guess. First contact with this company and I would really rate them 0 stars.

We used WindowWorld in the past a couple of times and have been very satisfied with the workmanship and price.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars this time is because the installers didnt call before they arrived (as they always did in the past). That said, they were efficient, thorough, and left the place spotless when they finished.Yes, Ill use WindowWorld again!

After waiting over 8 weeks, my sliding glass door came in. They came and took out the old sliding door, when they were finished, the guy told me they had to install the door upside down. Yes, upside down..! The blinds in the glass were not able to close bc they were at the bottom of the door. They also told me that the door wouldnt lock. I was not signing anything or paying for this!I called in and told Michelle what had happend, she sent the guy back out to fix the lock, I had to wait 2 days to have my door lock.I was told the doors came in hinged the wrong way, remind you I had window world at my house 2 times to come and get correct measurements and door to slide the correct way.They told me that it was a manufacturer problem, that it wasnt the guys fault that took the order, or the installer of the door. I was told that it would only be about a week to get it corrected. It took 3 weeks!They sent the same guys back to install the doors again, they were installed, but after review, there was day light coming through the top of the doors, the lock was super hard to lock, noisy to slide, plus the screen did not have a latch to lock! I called, waited over a month to have a different set of guys yo come out to correct the doors.I tried to get a discount, it was difficult, the door was $1,800.00 all they would give me is 10% off.

I called several weeks back to get an estimate for vinyl siding.I was needing a late in the day type appt to be home because I work.I had to cancel the scheduled appt for the estimate and the lady offered the option that the guy didnt necessarly need anybody at home to take measurements ect(fine,I figured that much from the beginning)if he had any questions hed call me.I wait and I wait and I wait,not a callback from either of them with an estimate.I wished I would have read the reviews before I even considered them.Others should take note...

Fantastic! Things worked out so smoothly! I stopped in to talk to Michelle the few days I was in town mid-December, and she sent someone to stop by for an estimate the following day, even in the snow. I was worried about the age of the house, the old framework, and such. But they didnt foresee any problems. The original install date wasnt until February, but then I got a call late December that they could move it up to January. The new windows were just installed today. They were installed in a timely fashion and the ancient windows were hauled away, including old storm windows that were just sitting inside the house. Though Im not there to see them firsthand (Im out of state at the moment), my family present for install said they look fantastic and loved all the extra features these had, like the tilt out for cleaning, lock setting to prevent windows from being opened farther than you wish, and the added solar layer for more efficiency.This old house definitely needed more efficient windows! 100 year old pane glass wasnt cutting it for heat & AC anymore. We are very happy with how our experience has went!Update July 2018: Finally got to see the windpws firsthand and reaffirmed it was a great decision! They look so nice and our old interior window framing is still intact holding onto that 100 year old character. Outside looks like it got a bit of a face lift with them too. The added effect we hadnt considered prior to install was the sound. The ancient windows rattled when large trucks would go by (pretty busy city street). Now its so much more quiet! We dont hear every single vehicle going by and no more rattles. The solar efficiency thing in them seems to be helping too. The AC was on this time, but didnt have to work super hard. When my husband was visiting in May, he didnt even need the AC on at all.Huge thanks to Window World!

I asked for a quote for a door replacement. They came out to measure 12 days ago and I still havent received a quote. After the first week without any response, I began calling them every other day and every time I called they said they were working on it and I would get a call soon. I finally just gave up and hired someone else. Yes, my door is not a standard size but nearly two weeks is ridiculous, even for a quote on a custom door, and I shouldnt have to nag a company for a quote.

When they say lifetime warranty no questions asked they mean it only problem was the installers spoke very little English
