So pleased with our visit to the Terre Haute office today. My husband has hearing aids already but couldn’t hear anything. We decided we would have the hearing aids checked first. We met with Courtney Smith and she spent at least 30 minutes with us. She first checked his ears and then cleaned his hearing aids. Then she worked for a long time on the computer resetting his devices. Voila! He can hear again. We could not be happier and as the sign in her office says, “ when one person in the family has a hearing problem, the whole family has a hearing problem. He had bought the hearing aids in FL, but would definitely like to return to help U Hear the next time he needs new hearing aides.

This place is amazing. I have had Widex for almost 2 years. Unable to comprehend what was being said, and trouble hearing from L aid.Went in, spoke with Cortney and was amazed. She did a hearing test, wiped previous programming out of my H.A.s. Then she reprogrammed to the results from test. Now, after suffering from incompetency from non Audiologists, self proclaimed professionals, I CAN hear what I shouldve all the time .I Strongly recommend a visit if you are experiencing trouble, or just need a check over. Rates are extremely low, so dont let money hold you back.I also have a set of Miracle Ear aids. Same old story of a tech, not trained to professionally adjust what they sell.I give this dealer a 10, on scale of 1-10. Very Professional!!!

Amy did a wonderful job, she was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on. Everyone there was great. Im very happy with my choice to go to help u hear, I highly recommend them to everyone who is in need of hearing aids.

I had a great experience. I was very nervous going in but came out feeling pretty good . The chemo I am on affected my hearing tremendously. Courtney explained everything very well and modeled how to use them. I am very glad I went to see Courtney!

I was very impressed with the personable Audiologist and her professional personality. She was a pleasure to deal with. she did not have the part for my hearing aid but is ordering it for me and will call when it arrives. It is great to know that they work with the Military hearing aid program and will eliminate my having to travel to Dayton, OH to Wright Patterson for service on y hearing aids! They are a great find for me!2 February 2021 - Amy and Courtney did a hearing test for me and updated the programing in my hearing aids and adjusted the program to fit my hearing need. These two ladies are very personable, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They truly appreciate us veterans and are very enjoyable to work with!! I am so happy to have discovered this office and these ladies!!

AWLAYS available & more then willing to help with any & all questions Ive had to call about, (of course during office hours) There hours for an appointment are pretty flexable !!! Terra Haute, Indiana Office, Courtney has usually always been the Lady assisting me. I am just amazed at her knowledge, her Beautiful friendly smile. Great attitude. Amys been very helpful & quite friendly the times Ive had her assistance. Help U Hear hooked me up with a device to help me hear from the right ear when ALL other places have told me there is nothing they can do for the right ear due to severe nerve damage. They were wrong 🤭 I can now now hear from both ears, PLAIN, CLEAR & SIMPLE without having to turn my head to one side to hear, as a matter of fact I dont have to even look at someone now when they speak ......I Love this place.Thank you Courtney & Amy

Great staff. My boyfriend has been wearing hearing since he was five years old. He was always having feedback, and couldnt hear me when I spoke from the other room. We got him into Help U Hear and fitted with Audibel hearing aids. Now he can hear me from the other room. In fact we went to a concert the first night he had them, and he was able to have a conversation with me while we were in front of loud speakers. He was AMAZED, this was the first time in his life he could have a conversation at a concert. These people truly change lives. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer financing which made everything even easier!

I got hearing aids here in June 2017 and have been quite pleased. This office is very good about cleaning both the hearing aids and my ears every three months. I can certainly hear much better now!In June 2021 after four years of use my original hearing aids were starting to fail. I was able to get temporary fixes at no charge at Audibel offices in Austin,TX, and Mattoon, IL. Ultimately the Terre Haute office sent them to the factory to be refurbished or replaced. About ten days later I got *new* (not.refurbished) hearing aids for $250 each. This was a very pleasant surprise.

My husband and I have both used Help U Hear in Terre Haute. Because he had such good service, I made an appointment with Courtney to have my ears checked. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Since I needed hearing aids snd have never had them, she explained a lot about wearing them, helped me pick what kind was best for me, and put it in layman’s terms that were easily understood.
