After calling multiple companies for a quote to move an existing hot tub to a new location I decided to hire hydrotherapy Hot Tubs for the job. On the morning of the move I received a phone call from Justin confirming my appointment. I met Justin and Tim at the location where the Tub was to be moved from. They both went above and beyond and explained so much about maintenance, care and operation (which I knew very little about). They took their time and safely moved the tub from one location to another and showed nothing less than exceptional professionalism while doing it. We bought a hot tub from Hydrotherapy. As with any hot tub no matter where you buy it, we happen to buy one with issues. The technicians came out time after time to fix it and still no solution. Turns out it was a manufacturer design flaw. When you buy a product, you can only hope the retailer will stand behind their words. And thats exactly what Hydrotherapy did. Their customer service is phenomenal and they know how to treat and deal with customers. They went above and beyond to make things right and we are highly satisfied with how we were treated and the way they solved our problem. We recently purchased a hot tub from Hydrotherapy and I can’t say enough about the sale and installation!!! Joe was so helpful and patient with me while I was deciding exactly what we wanted. The guys delivered and installed our tub this past Friday and they were top notch as well! They did an excellent job with installation and thoroughly explained everything! I had what appeared to be a leak, called selling dealer. They sent a man out, looked at it and said it had to go to shop. They wanted an hourly rate plus $700 to pick up and deliver. Called Hydrotherapy Hot Tubes was quoted $100 for service-call including 1 hour of labor. Needed a $9 part. Justin was here about 15 minutes and had fixed. DID NOT NEED TO GO TO SHOP. Bill was approx $110. Hydrotherapy was at least $700 less than the selling dealer. I would recommend Hydrotherapy for service.

Jessie Wwrick came to look at my hot tub that had been in the basement for over 20 years.We bought the house recently so did not no its history. He got right to work and diagnosed a bad circuit board .They do not make it now but he said thy do make a retrofit kit and would get me a price. I told him I wish I knew that the pumps an other parts worked. With my permission he went around the board and to my satisfaction he temporarily ran hot tub!I can not say enough about this guy...thinks on his feet always instills confidence....completes his tasks. good company good service tech.

Bought my hot tub in May 2019. Ian and Shane have been very helpful, even after the sale. When a service issue came up last week, it was handled and fixed within 2 days by a very nice young man who was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. Worst experience EVER. Royal Spa got my $3000, and I got nothing!ETA: You respond by saying to call you to discuss it? I called you to discuss it when you claimed I forfeited the $3000 to you and you kept the hot tub! You KNOW what you did, and you wont accept responsibility for being a crook! You fired the young man with whom I conducted business, so you know nothing of what he told me to my face as I was making the decision to purchase from you. I hope no one else falls for your dishonesty!
