Brought in my Shark sweeper to be serviced. Was told it would be a couple of days, which was fine, but they called a couple of hours later to let me know it was ready. I couldnt be more pleased with the exceptional customer service and professionalism.Highly recommend taking your vacuum into them for regular servicing.

The people at Sweeper World were so friendly and helpful! I dropped off my vacuum and got a call stating what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. I decided to just buy a new vacuum there and they were so helpful in finding a vacuum that would work for me. I will for sure be going there anytime I need a vacuum!

I love this place. They dont just sell amazing vacuums new and used as well as refurbished. They sell a lot of carpet cleaning products. Odor removing products. They have a new French line that removes odor freshens the air and kills germs at the same time in a super cute glass jar. The people are pretty awesome also

We called on a Monday about getting our Hoover vaccuum cleaned and was told to bring it in that day at our convenience. We took it in that afternoon. They called the next day to get approval to put in a new filter which was ok. It was ready Wed. They were fast, efficient, friendly and didnt do anything additional without calling first. Great customer service. Now my vacuum works better than it did when we bought it 5 years ago. When they fixed my vacuum they also cleaned the outside. Now when I vacuum it also smells nice, idk if they put a perfume pad filter in there or that was what they cleaned with. Im definitely recommending them to everyone.

Great service! Was able to pin point the issue I was having with my vacuum and get it back to me the next day. I go there for all my extra supplies and they usually have them in stock or are able to order them quickly. Its great to be able to talk to people who know what they are doing. I will go to them for all my vacuum needs!

My first purchase with Sweeper World was in 2006 when I purchased my Simplicity vacuum cleaner. They were very informative and knowledgeable about the product. I later went back and purchased a Royal carpet cleaner with utensils and absolutely loved it. There was quite a bit of construction going on and these items did the very best in cleaning up the mess. On March 5, 2019, I retired my Simplicity after 3 house flips she was getting weary but still ran great. I purchased my 2nd Simplicity and Love, Love, Love it. It has the turn on switch at your foot, extended lock handle, easy glide and the suction could suck a cloud out of the sky. And I also purchased the Casabella spin cycle mop. No more leaning over to drench the mop. If you think about the $35 to $80 You spend approximately yearly on vacuums alone, buy a Simplicity that will last years. My first lasted 13. Just saying this is a product worth the money and the service is the most kind, knowledgeable people.

I bought a used carpet cleaner that retails for over $200 for $15. It had some issues but I bought it anyway. I decided to take it to Sweeper World. It cost me just under $50 to have it checked out this price included taking it completely apart and replacing all the belts. I was called within 48 hours and was told it needed two parts which would cost just under $50 to fix so I had $115 total invested. When I picked it up, it looked brand new and worked perfectly! Sweeper World takes pride in their store, sales and service. They are local, personable, knowledgeable and their service is spectacular! The next time you need to purchase a machine or get one worked on this is the place to go. I am one of many, many satisfied customers!!! You will be too!!!

They performed a maintenance service on our family vacuum and had a same day response time. The vacuum runs like brand-new!! Because the vacuum had a purchase price of $650.00 when new, the $89 investment with Sweeper World was worth every penny!

It was horrible. My wife took our vacuum there to get it repaired. The man was down right rude to her. Was trying to charge her an arm and leg for a part. I then decided to check out AAA Vacuum on Wabash Ave and Tracy was very helpful. She was able to repair it and get it back the same day! I have always went to Sweeper World but now I will continue to go to AAA Vacuum instead!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Our vacuum kept shutting off and we called the manufacturer and was told its under warranty. We took it to the manufacturer suggested servicer for our area. My wife took it in and talked to an older lady. I had cleaned the vacuum out before I took it in and we were told that everything was fine and it just needed filters. One of our filters is washable and non replaceable. I was told they put filters in it. I got it home and still had the same filters in it that I took in. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK FOR SERVICE. We will be driving to Indy for any future service on our equipment.
