Alexia was very unhelpful and unfriendly. I was trying to use my gold rx discount code on prescription and she refused to help me saying I would have to wait 20 mins to use it and to move to back of the line... so she could clear the line instead of helping me the customer that was at the front of the line

I make an appointment online for COVID rapid test where it clearly said they could do a rapit test. After trying several times to contact with someone inside. I contacted the pharmacy and they told me that they do not have this test available n this location. To go to another location she said. Are you kidding me, they cant be offering something they dont have. Much less to people who already come with symptoms and still go through this waste of time. They are all inept in this location!

My husband went to get an RX for me.The CVS store in Terrell showed open at 8am.He got there and found no one in the entire store! He went to the pharmacy drive through and they were in there, but wouldn’t even listen to my husband when he said my wife needs her meds. He drove 30 miles to pick it up, and the lady said we don’t open until 9! He said please, I know how much it is, and I’ll leave you extra money..she simply turned her back on him.I wish I had sent my Rx anywhere else! What a rude individual!! There is obviously ZERO customer service here! Kindness goes a long way, even if you can’t bend the rules..I’ll get my prescription, but I will NEVER go back here after that!!!!

Store is organized and tidy. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

The female cashier did NOT know how to enter a loyalty number, would not ask someone, then refused to let me try the transaction with the other cashier that was there.Overall I’m not convinced they had 2 brain cells to rub together.

Just sat in line for 3 hours to get a covid test just to be told the person who can give them out went home. This could have been handles better. I had an appointment and I arrived 50 minutes before my appointment to set un line for 3 hours and be told I cant do anything thank you. CVS will be loosing my business this is not how you treat people.

The entire pharmacy staff is awesome; everyone is polite and extremely helpful. The pharmacist himself has gone above and beyond expectations to ensure that our prescription needs are always met. If youre looking for a pharmacy in the Terrell area, Id highly recommend CVS pharmacy.

I was in a lot of pain and just needed to find my medicine quickly and first thing they were friendly and very helpful!! They found exactly what I needed and it was one of my best experiences shopping!!! You give me faith in a good shopping experiences! Keep it up!

We use CVS for the pharmacy more than anything. They are friendly, helpful, and in most cases are quick in filling prescrips and getting customers checked out.

I went to fill 2 prescriptions, never again will I go to CVS to do it. They told me 1 pm it’d be ready and it wasn’t ready until 2.Then to top that off, they only filled 1 prescription, when asked about the 2nd they had no idea what I was talking about and insisted as if it was an error on my end.

Kimberly in drive thru was so rude I was paying for my medication in CHANGE that’s all I had instead of her politely asking if I could get it out because she couldn’t reach it she told me next time make sure I have it in a bad or inform y’all on when I’m paying in change never heard o that MONEY IS MONEY!! that was rude and and I’m sure I’m not the only customer that’s paid with coins! Vaule customer service and don’t act like your above anyone whether it’s cash credit or COINS!

Nice store but the staff is rude and inconsiderate. One employee even made it seem like it was an inconvenience to check is out.

Refilled prescriptions already discontinued. Pill count regularly inconsistent with orders yet charges my insurance for 30 day supply.

They need to serve better !! I do not know if they have a problem with me? because every time I have to go pick up some prescrision, they treat me very badly. I do not like the bad way of treating people. especially to us the Hispanic people

Will never use this place again. Took both of my parents prescriptions up there two days ago so they would have them when they needed them. Went to pick them up today. Sat in the line for a good 15 mins when only two cars were in front of me. Then get to the window tell the lady the prescriptions I needed, and she couldn’t find my dads prescriptions at all. Then after sitting at the window for a good 15-20 mins I say just give me my moms. I will come back for his, and she says hers is not ready yet. It has been two days since I dropped both prescriptions off and neither one is ready and had to give them everything off my dads to reorder his. Before we moved here our pharmacy had all prescriptions ready in 15 mins. This is ridiculous my mom really needs her medication and she can’t because they take days or weeks to get prescriptions ready.

This is the second time in a month that I have done the drive through and they told me my prescription wasn’t ready. Walked in the store and they had it the person at the window never checked.

Pharmacy is great but dont expect to find any of the on sale items from the ads

Clean store, friendly cashiers great prices.. Clean restrooms.

They have your meds ready when they say. And they also explain how to take it and what to do if not what it can do.

They do not give you the discount when you bring in valid coupon. Bad!

Got to get people who have the ability to smile

It took days to get my medicine that they had in stock, they said it was ready finally, we get there and and over an hour later with no one in front of me, they finally have it. The worst cvs ever!

Get some people in the pharmacy that know how to refill prescriptions. Some medication cannot be escribed

Had everything I needed, but the cashier was extremely slow and refused to call for help. This caused a line and a long wait.

52 minutes to get my prescription. Seriously!
