We were looking for a partial upgrade to our master bath. Enlarge and upgrade the shower, glass door and side partial wall, tiles, tile around the tub, and counter top. We found a good contractor to do it all, however, he only worked with 1 shower guy, and his price was more then we wanted to spend.Via Angies List and Home Advisor, I got a few recommendations, and picked Dallas Bath and Glass. The decision turned out to be the right decision. Their price was cheaper than what out contractor offered, and we were able to time it perfectly, so the contractor got done, Dallas Bath and Glass came right in afterwards, measured, custom built the shower enclosure, and installed.The staff was excellent, responsive, and the price was exactly what they estimated, down to the penny. I was told it would take 2 weeks to make the shower (On Oct 30th), and the shower was installed completely on Nov 16th. Right on schedule.I highly recommend Dallas Bath and Glass. Their estimation process was very smooth, and accurate. The staff truthful, responsive and easy to deal with, price was right, and the installation was very smooth. Job well done to all !!

Dallas Bath & Glass did an outstanding job, helping us replace our fogged windows. They are very responsive, have excellent customer service, and price was good. They replaced just the glass portion, which is what we wanted as our windows and frames are still in good shape. (Some places only want to do new windows).The lady that answers the phone and does the scheduling is on top of her game. They were quick to quote and the installers were extremely friendly. Can’t recommended them enough.They were also wearing their masks, which was much appreciated!

Had a Frameless shower Glass installed.I was impressed with the person sent out to take measurement for the quote, even though it was for just a quote, he took his time taking detailed measurements and spent more than 30 min ensuring accuracy.The whole process from getting a quote to installation was Handled Professionally and everything was to our expectation.

Friendly and helpful discussion during in home estimate. Estimate was easily scheduled. Finished product is high quality. Team took the time to come measure again after tile was installed to be sure that measurements were rock solid. One panel wasnt sized right during installation but the team took had a new piece made until it was right rather than trying to cram an incorrect piece in place. A+ I wouldve appreciated more active feedback on timelines after they had to have the new piece made.

Bathtub to shower conversion - Bad experience! Shower floor that was tiled had a wave effect to it, their answer was was to just tile over it! Unacceptable! Finally, they sent a tile layer out to rip it all out and completely re-tile the shower floor. The end result did meet with my approval. The drain, however, was not moved to the center of the shower as I was told it would be, reason they gave me was you bathe dogs in this shower. Made zero sense! Cutouts for holding shampoo, etc. were warped and had to be redone. End result is a slope that everything slides off of. Three, or four times per shower I am picking bottles off the shower floor. Warp still visible. Substantial dip in the main wall, tile had to be ripped out and redone, dip is still there and all the walls are different heights now! Firsttime using shower, shower column flew out of the wall and is now bent. Plumbing not secured behind the wall and shook violently when running other appliances that use water. Had to hire someone else to come in and cut through the closet wall to get to the plumbing to secure it. The new shower valve I purchased they tried to install and broke a screw off inside and then tried to hide it by securing the handle on with mastic. Came right off in my hand. They subsequently came out with a new valve but could not figure out the correct position for hot and cold. Finally, after 3 attempts I asked them to leave and hired someone else who resolved the issue in 2 minutes. Shower curb is two inches too short, meaning if the plumbing ever backs up, my bathroom will flood. What really chaps me the most is they knew they were doing crummy work and tried to push it through anyway. The took my money and ran, and the owner doesnt care enough to even make good on this. He is in hiding! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DALLAS BATH & GLASS!!! Now the owner is saying they only provided the glass, which is false! It appears to be a way around owning up to the DISASTER I am left with. Now water leaks out all over the bathroom floor and they will not return my calls or e-mail! Time to sue!

I own a construction company. After trying many different companies over the years, we have fouund the experience to be best when dealing with Dallas Bath and Glass. Couldnt ask for a better experience, whether it be from the office staff or installers, they are all awesome.

Great job, excellent customer service and the best price. I shopped around. The serviceman (I can’t remember his name now) didn’t try to upsale me. I gave his opinion and presented all options for my frameless shower and only gave me what I asked for. He did suggest I get glass that was 6 inches higher and it ended up looking great.

These guys do a great job. The made the shower project easy and I felt taken care of. Will be back!
