I could give a negative rating if the software allowed it. I recently went to this dealership for a vehicle maintenance (I bought my vehicle from here as well).They had confirmed in the evening that my car was ready for pickup after the maintenance. As part of the maintenance, I had asked them to replace all 4 tires based on options given to me. When I came for pickup, it turns out the car was not ready. It had a flat tire and the tires were not changed either. Needless to say, it was a poor service with no final internal inspection or quality check done and to call me all the way (I live 30 miles away) only for it to not be ready was emblematic of the service. The icing on the cake was that I neither got a good explanation or even an apology from either the coordinator or the manager. Its a customer oriented business as they well know and The utter lack of professionalism to acknowledge a lapse on their part was astonishing.Also this is not the first time I have been treated by their service department like this.If you have better options, you would be well served avoiding their service folks.

I did a lot research into the car I wanted (decided on the ‘21 CR-V) and the range of out the door cost I should be paying for a good deal. I contacted Atamian and Amelia got back to me right away with a detailed and transparent quote that was extremely competitive compared to what I got from dozens of other dealerships (especially in this market). I was able to come in the next morning and had Miguel Genao as my sales consultant - he was a great guy super personable and helped me with the test drive and getting through the sale honoring the quote I already received. What stood out to me was the excellent level of service he was able to provide - he drove 45 minutes to come pick me up at my house so I could bring the new car home that same day! This saved me several hours of travel and planning/logistics which I was planning on doing the next day and made this a superb experience. Getting a car from this dealership was by far the best experience Ive had and choice Ive made. Ray LeDuc took my (low) offer of a down payment and monthly payment and zero credit and with his team somehow made it possible for me to get a car that far exceeded my expectations within 24 hours! They guided me to a wonderful insurance company and worked with them to make it an easy experience. They ordered the color I requested and it arrived within a few days and with a few signatures I was ready to go!The sales and leasing consultant Andre was also incredibly kind upon my arrival to pick up the car. He treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. He did not try to sell me unnecessary things. He understood my financial situation and helped me get the car ready in legit 45 minutes... plates he put on himself. He drove to a nearby inspection place to have the sticker put on quicker. Took the time to help me set up my Bluetooth and explain features. This gentleman practically jogged while in between tasks.Stephen Redding in the financial/warranty aspect again did not upsell me, I got a realistic package that only cost an extra $14.66 for a $350 tire replacement should I hit a pothole or nail. They offer many other valuable options but yet again he respected my budget and helped me make the best decision.I am home now, with my beautiful 2021 Honda HR-V LX, when I hoped for at best a used 2015 Honda Accord.This entire team is lovely and easy going to just so over the moon helpful without seeming like they just want to make money. They literally just crunched numbers to get what I said Id like but even better. I will CERTAINLY be back. And sending a thank you card :)These folks actually care. I never right reviews, I have nothing to gain. But for people struggling to get by like me, they far exceeded my expectations and took amazing care of me. The car was washed, polished and pristine. 10 miles on it and still had that satisfying plastic to peel off 😄10/10 would reccomend. Whether you have a high budget or low. These are the people to go to. I havent been ripped off for the first time... ever.

They have good customer service and are helpful in scheduling recalls and repairs and whatnot. I think there are cheaper alternatives, and in a lot of cases I try to just work on my car myself to save money, but I think I’d come back here for a big job. My family does and they are always satisfied.

I purchased a used vehicle from Atamian a little over a month ago with 50k miles on it. A week after my purchase I noticed the vehicle was handling differently. I called Honda immediately to bring it in and have it looked at. Dropped it off early morning at the service department and picked it up in the afternoon. The mechanic said nothing was wrong with it. I had another mechanic look at it and the intake hose was perfectly sliced in the bends. Very suspicious from Honda service or extremely lazy inspection. Either way this is concerning and now Atamian honda has lost our business and trust.The 2 pictures under Atamian of a damaged intake hose are photos I took after being told my car was perfect.....

I have been a customer of Atamian since 2001 and l have always had excellent service. The service technicians l have had have been superb. My last visit to Atamian was due to my low pressure light on due to a nail in my right rear tire. Ben was great…..got me in without an appointment and my tire was repaired. I would recommend Atamian service.

I had a great experience at this dealership and would recommend it to anyone. I started my lease deal through the Internet sales department with Lesheka and Stephanie. I was impressed — I was able to negotiate a significantly better deal through them than what any other Honda dealership in the area was offering. They promised the price wouldn’t change when I arrived at the dealership the next day, and sure enough it didn’t change. Miguel was my on-site sales agent and he was great. Even though I had already picked my model and trim, he still took me for a test drive, kept good humor as I kept changing my mind between three colors, and made sure everything came together like magic before 5 pm so I could drive the car off the lot that night. (Also thanks to everyone behind the scenes who helped make that happen!) John took care of me in finance and I also enjoyed working with him. Throughout, I felt that they all explained the options and were honest, without pushing too hard on any up-sales. The place also just had very good vibes. People seemed happy and it’s a nice airy building. 10/10 all the way.

I took my CRV to Atamian for service a couple of days ago and had a great experience. The service associate was very courteous and got me all squared away in no time. Waited in their huge customer lounge with comfy chairs, bar style tables and stools, and a big flatscreen TV. Had them do an oil change and give it the once over to see if it needed anything else. They were done within an hour and didn’t even try to push any extra services on me. The service associate went through the whole checklist with me at the end and I was on my way after quickly paying at the cashiers desk. I will definitely be going back there next time I need service and I would highly recommend it to others.

I was in the market for a new car to get me through the rest of my college years and being a student my price range definitely wasn’t the highest. I decided to try Honda since they had some good deals going on and they have reliable cars. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by Jimmie who made me feel very welcomed. We all sat down and we just talked about personal things first and i explained my situation and what i was in the market for. Jimmie did his best to get me in the car i wanted and that was a good fit for me being helpful throughout the whole process, making sure i felt safe while driving it and felt comfortable using it as my daily driving vehicle. My overall experience with Atamian Honda was nothing short of great with great people working there it is a place i would recommend to friends and family.

I went in there to talk about a senior service writer position. Knowing I wouldnt pass through their background check from many years ago of bad decisions I made I was upfront with him about this reality. He still wanted to talk to me about the position. He felt I was a great fit for him and his company down the road. I went and passed their urine test. Waited 2 1/2 hours to do so. We met again and he offered me the decision to join their service department. I was excited, he knows about my commitment to AA, my 23 years of service there.We didnt agree to everything but he wanted me. He knew if anything popped up big, small or large he could rescind job offer at a moments notice. In the end thats exactly what he did. Been dealing with a few important health issues that were serious. He threw me and my job offer out the door like a piece of garbage.Im a older guy who turned his life around quite a bit. Hard work and determination is what made that happen. I guess I should feel lucky that I havent started. It would of been worse. Take care everyone out there.Regards,GKokoG

I purchased an Odyssey from Atamian as a new car in 2005 and all maintenance and repair has been done by them for the life of the car. The first issue was a cracked transmission housing from an overtightened plug after they changed the fluid. This was resolved after some discussion. At 216264 miles the rack and pinion needed replacement, a $1700 repair. When I took the car in for routine maintenance at 246708, I was told the rack and pinion again need replacement after only 30000 miles. I felt the replacement part was faulty but they told me it was my problem, now a $2000 repair. When I asked for an air filter replacement at 253000 miles, I was told that the bolts in the housing were stripped and they could not replace the filter. When I inspected the work, I found that one of the screws holding the cover was broken off, two were left completely loose and the last was easily unscrewed. I easily did the replacement myself. At over 250000 miles the Odyssey is ready for replacement, but given my history with their service department, I wont be shopping at Atamian.

Very large selection of cars, everything on the lot was available, and no talk of well see if we can locate one. It was an easy process, no high pressure sales, no pressure to by add-ons or needless plans. We were in and out in a little over two hours, including test drive, finance, and all paperwork. It will take a few days to get the registration and insurance done before we can pick the car up, but over all, a very easy process.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my Honda HRV. I really wanted the EX-L and Amelia from their online sales helped get me a preliminary quote and extended warranty information. I had my car serviced for A/C issues as part of an extended warranty. I figured they would try to sell me something or tell me I need other service. I don’t usually use the dealer for car service, cause it’s inconvenient as you have to take a day off. Atamian really put my confidence in a dealership after this first visit after purchasing many cars from them. They were honest, did a great job and didn’t try to sell me anything else. Due to the pandemic basic services have been lacking at many car places. I have been to at least 5 dealerships looking for new car. I had a great experience here. I was lead here via AAAs auto buying program (which I also recommend). The salesperson I worked with, Vickey Ana Perez, was very helpful. All the staff I met with were very nice.I think you have to take my review with a grain of salt. I know not everyone likes dealerships, and its not always a great experience as you see one price, and then when everything is said and done, people often feel like theyre getting ripped off. I have definitely felt that way in the past.In any case, I feel the team here was helpful, clear, transparent, and easy to work with. So I definitely recommend this place. I will say the Atamian Honda team made my experience as easy and painless as possible.**But if you have a bad experience after reading this review, please dont blame me. In general, I kinda think buying a car is never really a fun experience--so we kinda have to roll with it -- or we just have to walk, ride a bike, or take the T to work.

Brought my Honda back to dealership for a oil change the first time since buying the car. Spent over 2 hours waiting for the simple service of an oil change, kept getting told that “it should almost be done”. In the meantime while waiting the 2 hours they were able to give me an estimate for an additional $5000 worth of services they recommended me get as well. Lesson learned, for a simple service as oil change go anywhere else where they can get it done within 10min. Not worth the time or frustration to go to the dealership

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and overall I had a very easy, painless experience.I have returned several times for service and have been very happy with the my oil changes and the pricing.However the best part of my experience was my interaction with Ben in the service department. He thoroughly explains pricing, timing and what I should expect from my visit upon arrival. He does the same to explain the diagnostics and any issues that may have been observed during my appointment. He is friendly, funny and genuinely caring. His overall customer service was excellent.

I called to schedule service and was told to come to the dealership without an appointment even though they were fully booked and someone would just take a quick look at it to see what may be wrong. Drive directly to the dealership and was looked at like I had 3 heads. Honestly....there were 3 service writers were behind the counter and no one could take 5 seconds to look at my 3 month old 2021 type r that I hit a pothole with and is now screaming metal on metal noises. I was specifically told to come down and when i arrived i was only greeted with rude swrvice people. I would give a zero star rating if i could. Thank you Atamian for being there in my time of need and being told by your own people to show up.

I purchased my CRV from Atamian dealership and purchased extended warranty. When there was a time to use the extended warranty for a work to my vehicle and I was basically harassed and told that it is not covered. However after some argument it was discovered that the requested work is covered but I was told that it can not be done soon. I’ve to go there for couple of times to get the work done and on top I have to call the warranty company as well. Not a very good experience and will not purchase any vehicle in the future.

Routine oil change turned into parts falling off car on road. The mechanic took parts off for one of their inspections and never put them back on. I called and was told the service manager would get back to me. He never did. I reached out to dealer manager who finally go the service manager to contact me. Even then the guy dragged his feet. In the end, I had to fix all the problems myself.These idiots still contact me weekly about buying a car from them, like I would do any type of business with them. And I told them. Still they contact me. Hence the bad review.

I was desperately in need of a car and started looking around at Honda dealers around my area. Most of them did not help me as much as Atamian Honda did! I have to say they tried their hardest to get me a car! The agent I working with definitely made it VERY easy for me. I went to see them the night before and literally got my car on the road to take home the next day! I was so so happy with this dealer and I would recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been here twice for service on my car . The employee that assisted me was nice and helpful. This location gave a coupon for a oil change and tire rotation which was nice to give to Honda buyers.

Place was very spacious and very clean restrooms. It even has a lounge where you can have free coffee while waiting for the staff or the car to be available. Our dealer was very accommodating and would even follow up on you when you are waiting for quite some time. Both manager and dealer were very professional with us and even made sure we got the best deal out of our budget. All I can say is excellent customer service. Thanks a lot Steve and Alston!

I went to Atamian Honda to look for a new vehicle. I met John Desrochers who showed me the vehicle and what I needed to know for the test drive. We went in to talk and I have to say he is not someone who makes you feel pressured. We discussed pricing, and agreed on the price a day later. The process of down payment and buying was pretty fast. Really no glitches . When I came back to pick up my car it was spotless! John took the time to go over the features of the car. We spent probably 20 minutes discussing options and the buttons and functions of different safety measures. I give John an excellent rating of experience, dedication, and being knowledgeable. He loves what he does and it shows. I will recommend anyone I know looking for a Honda to meet with John D. Service was by far the best from any car I have ever purchased.

Brought my 2007 Honda CRV for airbag recall, service was outstanding! They pointed out another problem with power steering pump, which I was aware of. They gave estimate to correct it, without any pressure to perform that work.

Vicky Perez, my sales agent, was knowledgeable and was very helpful. No pressure. We left and looked at 3 other dealerships at the competition. And decided we had seen the best first. Vicky worked hard to get me the color I wanted and she jumped to Joey the transaction done in a day. I was delighted by her through instruction about all the features. Way above what I have had before- and I have made several car purchases to compare this experience. The warranty options were also covered in detail snd with no pressure. You can get just what is right for you- not what they have to push. A great dealership. So glad I bought at Atamian

5 stars for Michael Melendez. He was an absolute class act and a pleasure to work with. He posted a 2000 Honda S2k that was shared with me immediately and I knew I wanted to buy it before even seeing the car. I messaged him and the atamian facebook page to get an appointment set for the next morning at 9AM. I showed up ready with a check/preapproval for the car as I was not sure if I wanted to finance or just pay cash. Micheal made everything extremely easy and painless.In comes Steve the finance manager to completely ruin what was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience. He starts by telling me I cant pay cash because I was trying to use a check from my business. I was 100% okay with this and I understood this as I had never purchased there and they didnt know me. I then told him Ill just take a bill of sale and go to my bank (DCU) which was 10 minutes from the dealership. He then told me Well we have a process that youll follow if you want to buy the car. He tried lying to me and saying that DCU will not finance the car because of the age. Which is absolutely false. The rep at DCU told me they do not have and age limit. He just kept trying to get me to finance through his bank on his terms so he could make a few bucks on me there. Mind you I did not even ask for a dime off the car I was purchasing.Luckily Darith Nhem the other finance manager was there to handle the situation and he was excellent to work with.So what couldve been a 45 minute process took about 4 hours because Steve wanted to make a few extra bucks on me. I get it its business. But also have a little bit of respect for your customers.At the end of the day Michael Melendez, Darith Nhem, and the person I spoke to online (Amelia) were amazing to work with and are the reason I am giving a 5 star review. If it was not for them the deal would have never happened and this review would have been about 5 stars lower.If you happen to buy a car here I recommend Michael Melendez and I would request Darith as he is a lot more upfront and honest.
