Spoke several times with Matt. He asked me a bunch of questions about what I was looking for out of the stereo in my 2020 street glide special. Went with hertz amp and speakers for the front. I rode up from Cape Cod to have this done at audiowerks, and I am so glad I did. Matt and the rest of the staff are easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and do excellent work! I could not be happier with the sound coming out of my bike! Its absolutely amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!! Thank you guys so much!

I CALLED YOU THIS MORNING AND BECAUSE YOU WERE GOING TO BE SLAMMED THE NEXT 3 WEEKS WITH BIKE WEEK COMING UP YOU SAID BRING YOUR BIKE RIGHT IN WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND HONOR THE WARRANTY. THEY GAVE ME ZERO HASSLE AND ALSO HAD YOU INSTAL A NEW AMP WHILE YOU WERE DOING IT.WHEN IT CAME TIME TO GET THE WORK DONE I AUTOMATICALLY THOUGHT OF YOU GUYS CAUSE I JUST HAD THAT FEELING I’D GET THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS AND I FEEL AS THOUGH I DID. Had my system installed Sunday in Laconia. What an awesome experience. Matt and his crew really work there magic. My Wife and I spent 4 hours watching Matt and his crew. Matt even gave his chair to my Wife . Highly recommend Audiowerks. Couldnt ask for a better experience and end results. I was skeptical about spending $2800 but ended up being worth every penny. Had my windows in my truck tinted and they came out awesome... great place!

Had an electrical problem causing my security light to come on causing right directional shutdown. Finally squeezed me in this afternoon worked on it for almost an hour . Bad wiring inside my right front turn signal. Ive been trying to find the issue for over a year. Didnt even charge me. I think it was the owner he said see if its fixed. Hey at least I know what it is I can always replace the light down the road. They certainly helped me out. Good guys.

Exceptional service. My bike had a scratch and nobody would take the job to repair the “denim” paint as it was close to “impossible” to do it. These guys tackled it and made those other places look like a joke. 1000% recommend them.

I seldom write a review, but really wanted to for this place. First, when i ordered a remote start for my daughter, they called me and said it was going to be $100 less than they originally quoted me. Who does that!? That is honesty and what companies should be about!! Then when i brought it back after a year or so because the remote wasnt working properly, they fixed whatever it was for free. Really appreciate such great customer service. Definitely recommend Audiowerks!

These guys just installed a new sound system in my 2016 Road glide and it sounds great! Awesome products and great service all the way around. Bike was done on time and everything looks perfect and sounds awesome. If you’ve been thinking about it go do it you won’t be sorry.

I cant say enough how awesome these guys are! Matt and the team took me right in after I blew out my speaker just before my trip to Lake George. After they realized they didnt have the replacement part I needed Matt upgraded my speakers with a better quality he had in stock. When I asked what I owed...he told me I was all set. These guys get it! Ill never shop anywhere else.

Got my SUV windshield done with crystalline with these guys a few weeks ago, I was in and out in a timely manner and my SUV is so much cooler.. Saving up and going to get my whole SUV done..

These guys are the best. I brought my 1990 BMW 325i in today because one of the plastic panels on the front door that held the tweeter had shattered (from age and vibration). They fabricated a new piece of plastic and anchored the tweeter and installed it. In addition, they replaced two rear woofers that I had on hand. This took three hours while I waited. They charged a very reasonable fee, about half of what I was expecting. This quality of workmanship and service is quite unusual in this day and age. It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to Billerica.

I was having trouble with my Bluetooth microphone on my Advent OTOCAM2 navigation system. I called Audiovox International in New York about the issue, the tech told me that it could be one of 3 things. 1. The Microphone, 2 The harnesses for the microphone or 3. The head unit itself. So they recommended me to go to Audiowerks in Tewkesbury, to either troubleshoot the issue or buy the microphone or harness. So I drove there and Javier came out spent a good 30 minutes to an hour on his own time, pulled my microphone out, tested a new one, that did not work so he pulled the head unit and checked the wiring noticing that part of the harness that the microphone was plugged into was unplugged from the head unit therefore I could get and receive calls but could not be heard. Once he plugged part of the the harness that was unplugged from the HU he plugged my old microphone in, had me call him on his cell phone and everything worked. He then rerouted my microphone, and reinstalled my Navigation System back into the dash free of charge. He provided tremendous customer service, was very friendly, and was happy to see me happy that the issue was resolved. So a huge thank you to Javier and Audiowerks. I will go there for all of my automotive audio needs and would recommend them to anyone.
