Cumberland Farms is one of my favorite places in the world. The people I work with are very sweet, and the coffee is delicious. The prices are also fair. Im finding that Im visiting farms more than Dunkin Donuts these days.

Randomly, the creme for coffee is bad. And never expect to be able to get a receipt from the pumps as they dont ever seem to refill the paper.

Great staff! Clean, new, spacious with lots of snacks and drinks inside. Cheap prices. Their air machine was broken for a LOOOOONG time so I had to knock off a star for that. Does it really take over a month to fix? It works now as of this writing. The rewards app is great. I get tons of free drinks and $0.10 off a gallon. Payment is faster too.

This place is not getting a good review for me. I was in line waiting to pay for my gas. There are a few construction workers ahead of me. This place happens have one of those cash registers that pumps the coins out into a little cup and the attendant hands back any bills that are due back to the customer for change. When the construction worker walked off without grabbing any of the coins out of the cup I went to say something to him what was stuff for the attendant when she told me people do that all the time they just leave the change. She grabbed it and probably put it on top of the register. Two people later, mind you I was in a long line, the same thing happened again, and I went to notify the person and she stopped me again, telling me the same thing, and taking the coins and placing them on the register I noticed before she grabbed it that it was almost a dollar in change.Ive never before seeing a store actually try to keep customers change before, but to do it so publicly, and so in your face is just abysmal!

Myself, my aunt, and my cousin came here to grab a few things. Ellen marie refused to sell any of us tobacco products due to one of us not havin ID, one of us had positive 42 year ID, positive 34 ID, but the 29 year old didnt have one so she refused any transaction with all of us. When we said that we have a right to buy if we had propper id she told us that she doesnt care shes the manager and we can complain if we want but her company will back her. I can now firmly say that my business as well as my families will be going to speedway. Better luck next time during these pandemic times

I work down the st from the Tewksbury location and go almost everyday. Employees are nice, place is clean and they have a good selection of items. Ely is one of my FAVS..very attentive to customers and her job! I always see her on top of things and being helpful. Keep it up and thank you for the service!

They dont sell you any drinks or food after 3pm due to COVID-19. That makes absolutely no sense.

Cumberland Farms is the type of gas station that has a very strict set of rules for its employees AND its customers. While having rules is essential for any successful business, there IS such a thing as overkill. Let me give you an example. On this one terrible and snowy day, I had just gotten out of work and desperately needed gas. It was late at night, just before midnight, and everything was closed around me. All I had in the way of spendable money at the time were two hundred dollar bills. My gas tanks light was on and I was at the end of the line with nowhere else to turn for miles. Upon entering and waiting in line, I tried to purchase gas. Anyone who has tried to pay for anything at Cumberland Farms with a bill larger than a twenty already knows what answer I received: He wouldnt let me buy the gas. I was then told that he had no change to break my bill. I then asked him about the easily accessible safe behind the desk that always has a plethora of change. He told me there was no money in there either. Now, I used to work at Cumberland Farms and already knew this was a bold faced lie. There was ALWAYS a certain amount of money (well over a hundred dollars) in there in order to cash out the drawer at the end of the night. For a company who claims to care so much about their customers, why would it be policy to leave a customer completely stranded in the middle of the most ferocious blizzard of the year?In short: if you have large bills, no matter how desperate your situation is, Cumberland Farms will not help you.

I don’t really like this Cumberland farms in Tewksbury ma. It is dirty most of the staff is rude. I went in there today 8/21/2018. And was waiting for one of the workers to stop talking to her friend so I can ask if they had medium cups so when she was done talking she ignored me and walked right into the back room. I started looking on my own and this person Jenni was very rude. The place is always dirty always out of things no one is at the registers and u wait and wait for someone to come. They also don’t call for help when the line is long. I think it’s the staff and definitely the Manager. The best Cumberland I’ve been too is the one in Reading. Very friendly very cleaned and enough people to help and to ring you in. But I love their coffee...

There is an old hag who is working in here and has a horrible attitude she would not let me remove something at check out merely because she “had the change” I had to cash a 20$ bill for 10.15 I asked her twice to remove the lollipop she didn’t want to she may of had the change but I didn’t, because of her I did not have enough money for grocery shopping at Walmart, my mistake for going to her at checkout instead of someone I know that has been working there longer
