Nothing but positive experiences here. One pair of glasses got scratched. They fixed them no problem. They got me in same day for eye exam and I was even willing to pay out of pocket. Better than my doctors office. Staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Mcgee took time with me and was thorough. Johnny and Judy were very helpful answering all my questions, adjusting my glasses and even helped me pick out a pair that was right for me. I wont go anywhere else! Love, love this place!!

Zero customer service. Quite frankly RUDE.

Great Service~ Love Dr McGee! He is caring, patient and thorough. Both myself and my daughter go there. Had to return 3 x to have my daughters nose piece replaced. (she has a bad habit of falling asleep in the car with her glasses on) They fixed them each time within 5 minutes. They understand we dont have insurance and recommend low cost options for my contacts too!Highly Recommend them!!

The Doctors here does not really know what theyre doing. went back because the contacts was irritating my eye and she just kept suggesting other brands instead of checking to see if my eyeballs were ok.

I thought I would try Walmart vision center one more time. I went there 2005 and glasses didn’t fit frames that good . So I walk in looking for someone no one around. Couple minutes later someone come from out back . I told her I wanted certain kind of glasses and all I got was negative . Your prescription won’t fit, prescription is going to bend frame what about these frames . Bottom line we went with these frames I picked out and she did what she had to do and she said well it worked . So why does Walmart hire people that are negative from the start . I was going there to get cheap glasses and she didn’t know this but you would think she would of asked me if I wanted better lenses nope she went right to cheap . Didn’t go over pricing nothing . Hey Walmart you need to hire people that like there jobs .

When you make an appointment here, make sure the person scheduling you knows what the days of the week actually are. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, put it in my calendar right away as such because I had other appointments Monday and even requested work off for it (did so in front of a friend to have a second pair of ears for me to prevent stupid mistakes). Probably should have expected this from a Walmart based doctor. Thanks Walmart, guess Ill drive home blind now. ✌ Would not recommend, go to a real doctor.

Horrible experience with the eye doc, both girls left in tears. She wouldnt listen to them how it was still blurry just wanted to push them out. She yelled at me twice and is very unprofessional. I will never reccomend anyone to be seen by her. She should be reported to higher management.

Better perscription value than many optical shops. Glasses are a good value as well.

I visited Walmart Vision center in Tewkbury, MA last month to do my eye test.Nothing bad about this Walmart Vision Center except the doctor who took my eye test, which is why I am giving one star. I wish, i could give zero star !I went to check my eye here on regular bi-yearly check up. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Zhu was not pleasant. Firstly, she was impatient and in hurry the whole time from when i entered the exam room till the end !For example, when she was giving me 2 glasses with different powers to compare, she was giving me no time to feel the difference and was asking me, which one is better !She did not offer me a glaucoma test, color blind test and neither asked me any history of my eye problems ! She yelled at me at some point too !Finally, she gave me a power which I mentioned not to be comfortable with. At this point she yelled at me for the second time !I was very unsatisfied. Therefore, i decided to go to another Walmart Vision center in a different location next week. I did so and saw the difference !My experience in the other Walmart was very pleasant and the doctor saw me with care. They took my glaucoma test, color blind test and the doctor saw me with time and care. The power she gave me is also significantly different from what Dr. Zhu gave me.

This place is an absolute rip off. Do not ever go here for glasses!!!! Had a pair done for my son, cost almost as much as his regular optometrist,,,, then he got a scratch within 30 days and low and behold even though we paid for the scratch coverage they would not replace.asked to speak with the General manager and the nasty witch I dealt with said she was!!# and that I was not getting anything. NEVER AGAINI will find out who actually runs that store and file a formal complaint..

Friendly and professional staff. I hate going to walmart, but Dr. McGee is very good at what he does.

Dr. Zhu is an extremely unprofessional doctor. She refused to re-exam me after my prescription failed. She will yell at you and treat you as if you are not human. Save yourself a trip and do not visit Walmart vision center.

Whenever call or ask for eye check appointment, they never have appointment and customer service dont even try. Poor customer service.
