I recently moved to tewksbury. The aubuchon hardware store is right down the street from me.in the process of remodeling my condo,just about anything I needed from paint to tools they had which made it more easy.the service there is excellant.when you walk in 9 times out of 10 there is someone there to ask you if you need help.Also the place is clean as a whistle.you can tell the employees take pride in their work.To all the employees there thank you for being there for me.

Their inventory is horrible. I’ve tried to go here several times for normal items (bags of mulch, drain cleaner, fertilizer, dry wall anchors) and they are always out. This last time the guy I asked was rude and gave attitude when asking for help.

Only place that could make spare keys for me. Very helpful. Wandered around and found several items that we were not really looking for but got anyway

Love having this store nearby. A great selection of items and plenty of help in the store. If you need paint, this is the place to go. Also great place to get propane filled for the grill. If you need some home improvement stuff check here first instead of the big box stores.

They have good vinyl letters like mailbox kits and adhesive letters and numbers. They also have 1 letters and numbers kit black on gold reflective stickers and 2 letters kit and 2 numbers kit for house identification. They also have 3 numbers kit too. The 3 letters kit black on white vinyl is not available in stores.

These guys are awesome. Went in to the store only so my son could see some lawnmowers... you see he is 3 years old and obsessed with lawn care... these guys took him all around the store and showed him all sorts of things... honestly i didnt have to buy anything today, but I will definitely be back when I do need something. You truly earned my business today guys.

Yes, Aubuchon is a chain, but this still feels like a small local hardware store. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Not sure where to find what youre looking for? Just ask anyone who works there and theyll take you right to it, no matter how obscure the thing your looking for us.

The staff is always willing to help you find what your looking for and prices are good.

Really enjoy working with John in the paint department. Has a local contractor who requires a lot of paint he always goes above an beyond to provide great service. I would highly reccomend them for all your Ben Moore needs.

I have been here several times and have found the employees courteous and extremely helpful. As a Tewksbury MA Real Estate agent, I always find myself getting keys made, do small fixes etc....I finds someone is always on hand to help. And, it is much easier to get in and out of then the local big box home store.On a personal note, I recently went to buy paint at a big box store and received some wishy washy, poor advice. Went here and received very knowledgeable on point advice. I am going to buy the supplies here.Update- months later I followed the advice of the paint specialist and they were spot on with their recommendations.

As a resident in Tewksbury, we have a lot of options for hardware stores including Lowes and Home Depot. I prefer to visit Aubuchon for a few reasons: (1) Great customer service, the team is super knowledgeable and friendly (2) Store location convenience (3) Benjamin Moore paint carrier. They may be slightly more expensive with fewer options but the quality of inventory is usually very good. I will continue to do my business here
