My wife loves her converses. They have some great bargains, and great variety of choices. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Obviously they havent got all the sizes in some of the styles, but theyve got a lot to choose from and the prices are awesome. They also have accessories like tees, backpacks and gym bags, socks, laces, etc. If youre a Converse fanatic, you definitely should check it out.

No sales here, so I was kind of bummed. But the staff was nice and helpful

The staff at this store is awesome! Everyone made me feel welcomed. The cashier I believe his name was Daniel, young Caucasian guy with glasses and skinny jeans was super sweet and friendly. He helped me get some great sneakers and he kept me laughing the entire time he was helping m. This store was a big highlight of my trip.

I haven’t purchased Converse since 2013, decided to drive 40 miles after work in January ’20. My old tennis shoes (not Converse) have holes in them and I really needed a new pair.The clearance section is pretty flippin’ big, it is an entire flippin’ aisle. I saw a pair of High Street High Top blue and black shoes size 13 for $24 (checked the price in online stores they cost $55 to $60). I could not possibly walk out this this store without purchasing them (because of the holes in my shoes and the good deal).:)

I luv converse. I hardly ever leave this place with anything less than 2 new pair of shoes. Sometimes the staff is the best but other times they seem to be hiding and refuse to help. And i understand the staff is tired and it being an outlet the customers come in all day asking a million questions. But even with that being said i give this place a 5star review because of the luv i have for the shoes

Ive been wearing Converse shoes exclusively for almost 23 years, so I was happy to find out they would have their own store.. But, they dont have the all-black, leather high-tops!!? And all of the more plain Chucks are actually cheaper at Journeys and even Foot Locker. Do Better.

Bought 7 pairs of Chuck Taylor sneakers due to needing a better shoe for my sciatica. My faves so far are the hightops. Love love love the shoes and how much better I feel. With the sales and military discount I paid $140 approx for $300 or more worth of shoes. A great find at Tanger outlet south of League City.

Love the shoes! Unfortunately, this location is staffed with rude people that are completely lacking customer service skills. I wont give up on Converse all together, but Im totally finished shopping at this location. Save yourself a headache and get your Converse somewhere else.

I went in today around 4:45 and the employees were super rude ! One girl said hello when I walked in and when I was trying on shoes it was obvious I needed help to find the right size for my child. The employees were sitting on there butts looking at me like I was going to steal some 30 dollar baby shoes! Really?! They never helped me and when I checked out the off red haired girl never asked if I found everything I needed! But she did say These shoes are going to be full price would you still like to buy them? That ticked me off so I asked her what does that mean???? She never replied so I asked her do they ever ask customers if they need help or do the employees just sit around and talk?! All she said was well our customers are pretty self sufficient...A damn shame! So so rude I will not shop at this converse store again!
