I am a big Michael kors fan. I have a lot of handbags from this store. I visit it at least once in the month. Staff are not friendly mostly (-1 star). They don’t like to answer question or help around (-1 star).

I like this store, the staff is friendly y the bags are so pretty. Nice price too.

Selection was fair but the two ladies working there were to busy on their phones to be bothered acknowledging or helping customers. There was one nice young man sticking shelves who was welcoming.

Very limited selection. They said because of Covid they hadnt received their shipments. I would recommend a small window display so shoppers could see what they have on their shelves before going into the store...because of Covid they limit the number of customers in the store at one time. So you have to stand in line until someone comes out and you get your turn. I stood in line for 10 minutes just to spend less then 5 minutes in the store. If I could have seen their selection I wouldnt have wasted my time and anyone elses behind me.

Went to this store a few days ago. After my experience, it will certainly be the last. Found a purse I liked. It had a tag but the price was cut off. So I asked for the current price. I held onto the purse while I looked at wallets. The same salesperson came asked if I was buying the purse. I said yes and she yanked it out of my hands. She said she would hold on to it until I was ready to pay for it. Yet all other customers were holding on to theirs and she said or did nothing. My friend was approached by another salesperson. Said the saffiano leather purses had been marked down even more. I liked the portia. Again, it had a tag but the price was cut off. That salesperson told me the purse would be $110 from $418. I decided on the portia saffiano. The same salesperson who said it would be $110 was the cashier and told me my total was $167.The receipt read original $348 not $418. The discount was 35% not 60%. The deal for the day was 60% off plus an extra 20%. When I asked for clarification. Another salasperson became very loud. Asked me if I understood what the issue was. I said yes and thank you. They were arrogant and rude from the moment I walked in.So then I go online looking for this portia mk purse. Sad to say that the one I purchased looks like a knockoff! And the real portia mk sells for under $300 original price.Their rating should be below zero. Please look very well at what you purchase at this store. Something just isnt right.
