Brian was so friendly at the drive thru and fast too! he was multitasking a lot of things at once but he managed to extend his kindness and a positive attitude. my pumpkin cold brew and muffin were delicious too! Ill certainly be back to this location :)

I wish I had gotten the guys name but I didnt. I do doordash and I asked the gentleman if it would take long to make a espresso while I waited for my order. He said no, and made me one and when I went to pay he said its on the house. Super cool, and thank you if youre reading this.

Always super sweet to me. On my birthday, they wrote a birthday message on my pastry bag. Just a little thing, but it put a smile on my face.

As a manager for another company in regards to the shift manager Dillion as well all other associates that were working his shift.He excels in customer service I can’t even gather the wording can’t describe how awesome he was literally and displayed leadership that needs to be recognized starts with mgt which followed with his staff.Definitely will come again!!!!

Usually love Starbucks, but this is the 3rd time recently my iced coffee is too bitter to enjoy at this location. I can deal with the challenging parking and drive-thru back-up, but will have to take my business to another location since the quality isnt very good now either.

Great atmosphere, good coffee, and food, good value. I love the character of this old building. It is charming and comfortable. This is a great place to go to meet with friends, have a drink or meal. This would be a great place as a mobile office to get out of the house.

Speedy and mostly right. Skimped on the ice? Thats an odd mistake but overall good experiences there.

This was our first time at this location. The service was great as expected from Starbucks. The drive-thru layout was different from other locations since I was expecting to enter from the right side, but the drive-thru was on the left side. It works, but may be an inconvenience for other patrons as this driveway also leads to other areas in the shopping area. While we were in line, a few patrons had to go around us to head to their destination. Despite this, the staff was pleasant and our order was prepared accurately.

There were 8 cars in front of us so I understand a delay, however we were literally in line for 45 minutes. When we finally got our hot cocoa, they were Luke warm and couldnt compete with a Swiss Miss, let alone a McDonalds, and was on par (literally)with a gas station hot cocoa, but Luke warm. The young lady at the drive thru however was friendly and seemed professional.

Biggest gripe is that the drive thru and parking lot are Sketch City, but the staff is awesome, the food and drinks are great, just be careful not to get hit by a car lol.

The drinks were good, staff is pleasant and the pastry was great.The line was just too long.

The drinks I usually buy near from my home is the best but their it’s not even giving any taste & above all the service wasn’t good here too, I don’t like to say this, but it’s not good Starbucks !

Helpful with assisting to find different sugar free options but forgot my whip cream. I guess they thought because I was ordering sugar free that maybe I shouldnt have the whip that I ordered? Im not sure... they corrected it by giving me a cup with whip inside and a dome lid to put it in my drink myself and change the lid. I dont know about you but I have never had a Starbucks mess up my order before this. The drink tasted good though. I couldnt even tell it was sugar free... hummm... maybe it wasnt???

This location used to be really good and Id come regularly, not anymore. This morning I ordered through the app so I could skip the line, grab it and go. I ended up waiting inside for nearly 10 mins along with about 5 other people doing the same. The girl that shouldve been making the online orders was shuffling around supplies and tickets instead of making coffee while the girl behind her produced 3 orders. The slow girl finally started making mine and it turned out to be a cup coconut milk with a splash of coffee... I ordered a triple shot... besides that I was late for work or I wouldve had someone else remake it. I couldve made a better cup at home. $10 wasted.

Came here on a Sunday and they were very busy, both on drive through/mobile orders and in store orders. They ensured the customers new when peoples orders were being started. I understand being busy through working in restraunts, so I just wanted to give a shout out to the employees here!

Love there coffee and banana nut bread. Just wish it lasted longer after you get it. 😆😆

Usually a very great place. Never had any trouble and theyve always been pretty fast and theyre nice. However, I cant give five stars because suddenly their hours are not 4:30-9PM anymore. Im not sure what their new hours are, but at 8PM it was as dark as the abyss on the inside...kind of lame 🤷‍♂️.

Coffee a little strong but I asked for extra cream and they gave me a small cup of milk so that was a plus. I like the atmosphere and music. The workers were very nice. I like this place!

The staff was very patient, and I love the way the drinks are fully customizable. Its always nice to get a good drink for how much you pay.

*edit* not sure whats going on but machiato tasted like bad water. i got forced to pay for a shot that was pushed into me without asking and it costed me the same as my drink which is ridiculous. I would avoid this starbucks for a while, beware the underhanded tactics refuse anything you didnt order

Hello, I usually have a great experience at this location ; However, lately that hasnt been the case. As of last yesterday, its the 3rd time in a row that I have left unhappy. I arrive with my fiancee and daughter (toddler) make our order wait in-line for at least for 40 minutes. Each time I waited a moment at my arrival to see if the line is moving at all and then i stay or not. Once the car has passed the threshold of the drive thru area we talk about what to our order, by now about 10 minutes pass, no big deal. Once I make the order, its another 30 minutes to the window, get there and wait another 5-10 minutes for my order and then leave upset because nearly an hour has passed and all previous plans had had to change. Yesterday it happened and My toddler needed to be changed while stuck in the drive thru. problem is its taking a very long time, youre stuck in the line, and by the time all the frustration has taken over the experience and I dont even want my drinks anymore. I even called to cancel them but no one answered the phone. Once I arrived at the window, I get my order and leave upset again. I dont think I will be returning to this location in the near future. By the way, Let me be clear about one thing; the people at the window are very polite and helpful. I dont get mad them. its the whole experience in general. Thank you for your time.

Very kind and order was great! Music was a little too loud, though! I had my headphones at almost full volume and I could still hear the music over my own. Makes it hard to focus or sit and enjoy my book.

As mentioned on other post Starbucks is never a disappointment it always has good beverages at a reasonable price and outstanding Internet connections. Hope they open up for study for students again soon

I love 💕 this place. Just wished they had a better selection of reusable cups to purchase. I like the metal ones and I feel like they have a lot of the glass ones....which are super cute but not very good when out on the road and may bump them around and/drop them! Not good for clumsy me😊

Order got mixed up as employee at window was in a hurry to complete her closing duties! We found out as we were exiting the Drive Thru-- had to go back through to get everything fixed right, and the Employees were having a blast about us bringing it back! Star bucks in Texas City does not know how to make a flat white. That is what i ordered. Started to leave and disvovered i had a toasted almond something. Went back they remade. I dont know what i got. Said flat white but wad3 undrinkable.

I go here often and they get quite busy. Its the only one in the area. Yes there is currently construction, but when its complete you can enjoy the two busiest places being in the same parking lot🤔👎👎. People are friendly and the drinks are good. Be prepared to wait ...or order ahead on the app...you still might have to wait. Its Starbucks, you know what you are getting.

Went here this morning for coffee they messed up my drinks 3 times and I never got the right order. Don’t go here if you want what you ordered.

Best customer service I have ever recieved at any Texas city restaurant. Melanie (I think was window attendant name) was the absolute best. So over the top friendly it didnt matter how long we waited in drive thru.

I rarely drink coffee but I do enjoy it. I have had the worst coffee here however. Every time me and my wife go we get 1 cup that taste terrible wether it be hers or mine. The service is the only thing that gets the 2 stars from me. But expect to get at least one cup that’s wrong and taste burnt and just terrible all around.

This early morning team runs like a well oiled machine. One morning last week I had made a mistake on an order. The manager helped get the correct order placed and everyone worked together to deliver 4 traveler boxes during the morning rush.

Bad experience today. Both drinks were made incorrectly. My iced drink was made hot and not remade, just iced down and was watery. I go here at least once a week and have never had a bad experience before. All new staff needs better training.

Im not sure whats happened, but over the last few months, this store has become increasingly slow. Its nothing to now sit in the drive thru for upwards of 30 minutes. Employees are super nice and patient, drinks are great, but SPEED is seriously lacking.

I love going to this location. The staff is always great! The only downside is that it is quite small which makes it hard to find a table to study at.

I had a very large order. Shorted me one drink had to go back inside to get. Also one had Whip I requested no whip my customer complained frappe was not good. Quick with drinks

This place is ridiculous! We wait so long in the drive thru only for them to get my drink wrong. I have to turn back to walk in because the drive thru is terribly slow. The lady says shes going to remake my drink so I turn around to browse the merchandise. As soon as I turn she says she added my shot of coffee. Um, its espresso! I taste it and look at my drink and its the same coffee drink with no espresso shot. She didnt remake it nor did she add my espresso shot that I paid for. Never returning to this location! Very poor customer service. They just dont know what they are doing.

I always order ahead and pickup in the drive thru. Everyone is always nice and pleasant.
