I had no issues, just needed to make copies. I was asked twice when I was inside if I needed help with anything. There is usually nobody here this is why I stopped at this Office Depot. Plenty of parking.

I wanted to print something but it looks like they cant even get that right. Why do I have to pay for your error? I thought maybe after the first error, the company would be able to get right. Apparently not, big thank you for wasting my time

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Recently Ive had to go there and make copies from my email and other files on my phone and I wasnt familiar with how to transfer info to get printed and they explained it and showed me how to do it with no confusion. 👍

The very tall handsome young man, named Zach was such a lovely help. He offered to help birth my child and let me borrow his Porsche once. He also saved my drowning father in a pool the other day.Zach deserves a raise because he brings such a happy energy to Office Depot and that place really needs it. He made my day so much brighter and deserved a very generous pay check

Wow!!! Sorry, didnt want to intrude will not bother again! Staples just 5 minutes away. As far I could see, No other customers. Employees had 0 to 0 to do... Month ago an employee was Great☆ Today both employees aloof!! One in printer area, other at front corner near copiers.One look to engage, I asked her Question but didnt want to bother via her back so again with a question. She Did Not Want Me There So I was there & decide try get electronic I needed but Gentlemen(non gentleman) was less interested in assisting too!! Farewell office Depot! No mask no service, I quit giving my business to Office Depot the day I found out the CEO was a liberal anyway! Go to staples folks, they dont give a darn if you wear a mask or not, and no one will tell me I must wear one, Mask are for sheep who know no absolutely nothing!

Absolutely, despise this store. The only printing store close to the area for printing and supplies. I have neve walked into this store and come away without some sort of problem. Everyone is unknowledgeable ! Including the manager. Customer service is the worse. Printing services are extremely lacking and dont even mention the self serve area where the machine always has a problem. I wish staples was still in Dickinson. It was my go to store. Now, I drive to Corporate Quality Printing in Dickinson. ANYBODY, but this Office Depot !

Kind of the WalMart of Office stores, it was dirty and their restrictions (cov19) were a bit overboard, but I was able to accomplish what I needed for a good price. I’d shop here again.

Took an hour to figure out how to print 15 pages. And more than one employee looked like slobs.

Visited twice in the last month and overall the customer service was good. Employees seemed eager to help. It was pretty busy but they had 5 employees working to get customers out. Was a much better experience than my previous d perimeter at diff locations.

Placed an online order for some printed material. They called and said that they did not have the materials to print them. When I called them to have them transfer the order they placed me on hold for ever. Called the corporate office and after an hour on the phone they simply cancelled the order and NEVER PICKED UP THE PHONE.

Spent almost 30 minutes waiting at the counter to mail a bubble package....guy didn’t know the system, guy didn’t know it had to be one computer and not the other, guy didn’t know what he was doing...called for help. The ONE person in the store who knew how to help was on “finger printing” duty. Apparently I was expected to wait for her to finish the line 5 or 6 people deep, who came in after me, in order to get this package sent. Throughly disappointing service from the staff at this location. More cross training needs to be provided in order for these workers to succeed. Disappointed that if I knew I was going to be there that long for absolutely no reason, I would have driven to Dickinson for the post office.

The manager Mrs Lopez is awesome,But Josh is rude condescending and he argues with customers. I have done business at this store for over 10 years and never experience what I experience with Josh

At this location i was very greatful to have the sales guys wkin 10/8. my day was very overwhelming from the start.he helped me from start to finish n twice in one day. very knowledgeable, in a timely manner, very helpful, polite nnot only to me but to all the other customers as well. i would highly recommend n will continue to come back. well done.

Why many of the employers in printing area are so rude? And they are always short of personal, I was surprised of how a employee talked to me, and the costumer that followed me I saw he received the same bad behavior, So disappointed I always go to office depot with that attention who would want to go again

I would not recommend purchasing from the Office Depot in Texas City. I went into this location to purchase ink for my printer. I am accustomed to paying $71 before taxes; the ink was $20 more. I asked the cashier why the ink was so high. The cashier price checked on Office Depots website and found it for $89. I was ok with that until I finally found the cord to my printer (I recently moved from Dallas.), plugged in my printer, and realized I purchased the wrong color. Because the ink was so high at Office Depot, and because I didn’t want to get out in the COVID air again, I looked online for the color I needed (blue) and learned that Staples had the color I needed for $20 less, and the color I had purchased (black) was $71 ($20 cheaper). So, I called Office Depot in Texas City and informed them about the lower price. I was told they were closing in 5 mins and I could bring the ink back tomorrow.When I arrived the next day, I asked a two-part question: “Can Office Depot price match Staples’ price for ink; and if not, could I return and get my money back? The cashier proceeded to tell me I could not get my money back because of COVID. That the Office Depot COVID policy, which they pointed out to me was on the cash register counter and door entrance (the policy didnt say I couldnt return ink, rather it said I could not return computer parts. Further, no one reads the papers they tape to the door or counter. Finally, they knew of the policy and should have verbally warned me of the policy to ensure: (1) I knew the policy was in place and (2) encourage me to make sure I knew I was purchasing the correct item. I digressed.Any who, after the cashier only addressed one of the questions in my two-part question, he went to get the manager. The manager comes to the front scowled up and barks very rudely from behind me, NO Returns!SHE DOES NOT GREET ME, SHE DOES NOT ASK HOW SHE CAN HELP, SHE DOES NOT APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I say maam, this ink has not been opened or used. She repeats in the same tone, NO RETURNS! There is a notice on the door. There is notice on the counter.”I forget for a minute that I myself asked two questions and begin to entertain her tomfoolery about these posted policies that no customer reads. Once I remember that I am looking for a favorable resolution, I redirect. I inform the manager that she is being very hostile toward me and that I would like her to cool it because at the end of the day, she needs a sale and I need some damn ink. I advise that I have no problem keeping the black ink, that I needed a different color (blue), and will purchase the blue if she gives it to me at the Staples price. I also inform her that Staples has the black ink for $71.99 and it was sold to me for $89.49 which is about a $17.50 difference and I requested that the difference be applied to my purchase of the blue ink. She agrees! But then when she rings the blue ink, she applies the Staples price of $58.99 but refuses to apply the $17.50 difference.I am about done with the incompetence. She tells me she cannot apply the $17.50 price because I was already price checked. She then tells me that I have to come back on the 19th of April to see if THEY (who the hell is they?) will honor the Staples price. She said that due to Office Depot policy she could not credit me the $17.50 because returns are not allowed.Needless to say, I had to all customer service, who reached out to her because they could not understand how this manager was interpreting Office Depot’s return policy. Customer Service agreed that what I was asking for was neither a return nor an exchange. The black ink would not return to the store. The manager of this location, however, did tell Customer Service that she would refund me $17.50 on April 19th.I have never had this kind of an issue with any Office Depot—EVER!

Im going to edit my original review because the copy center has changed for the better! Its being run so efficiently and the girls working there are awesome! I originally gave this store one star but Im changing it after today. 👍Only one person in the entire store knows how to work The copy machines. So theyll ask you to come again because there machines are not working, obviously not the machine but the operator! All I asked for was 20 simple invitations on card stock, but that was too complicated for the young girl working there. Please properly trained your employees. Will never return again, rather drive 10 miles up the road then deal with this disorganized store.

Its very quiet. You get the products you need. Very busy, at times wondered around wondering where the clerk went, but all around great place for electronic and office supply needs.

Went to buy an office chair and actually had someone help us out. Great guy and super informative. Greatly appreciate the attention.

Need more employees cross trained. One person in the printing department is ridiculous she was helping three people at one time. Nobody was in line for the cashier to check out she could’ve easily helped her.

The employee refused to print my pictures claiming there was nudity. The outfit can and had been worn in public and were larger than bikinis Ive seen on the beach. The jealous staff member when confronted made a racist comment and then also refused to print my texts due to a curse word ( which I told her to skip). She printed none of my order. And when I was exiting the store proceeded to talk about me to the next customer. She should loose her job.

My experience at Office Depot is always awesome the manager there is always so helpful and he helps me quite a bit and so do the other ladies that work there I could always say that they are always on top of their job everyone in the store is

This place is okay but they gave me a hard time because I was trying to buy a gift card With an official Office Depot credit card. Had to get to supervisor to prove that type of transaction is acceptable unlike a regular credit card

This place is awful, I will never again shop here. Not too many employees, customers having to wait. I needed help with copies and the young woman back there had a serious attitude problem. Come to find out, she was one of the managers, Racquet, I work with AwesomenessTV and this is was one of the shops that was around that I needed copies made while down for my nieces wedding. I did catch her name from one of the employees and I will be calling HR because that young lady was very rude. My advice to anyone, NEVER SHOP HERE!

Plenty of people to help & copy print lady, Yvonne, did great job comb- binding my manuals &gave great customer service. Prices elsewhere in store are a bit high, which is only reason for 4 & not 5 stars.
