Everyone was fantastic. Wife got her brakes worked on and I got my inspection done. Both were quick on a Sunday afternoon. Got a free car wash with inspection and it was great! The gentleman in the booth was very nice!

I LOVE this place!!!! They are amazing with ALL things, vehicle!!! Oil change, fabulous at getting your car PERFECTLY clean, inside and out... I wouldnt go anywhere else. Amazing customer service and ALWAYS friendly!!!

They take chances and unethical business practice. I paid $22 which included a hand wax after machine wash. Thats $4 extra. After the machine wash the lady only hand dried the car and said we are done. I asked her if she is sure since I think she is missing something. She conveniently overlooked what needs to be done on the receipt. After pointing it out she was annoyed and hardly put any wax on a cloth and briefly waxed a massive Suburban SUV with only applying wax to the cloth once. It took her less than a minute to apply this wax layer. Fortunately I have knowledge about waxing a vehicle and know when Im being taken for a ride and ripped off. If they intentionally overlook what needs to be done to your vehicle what else do they sell you which does not happen. Specially the oil changes. They lost a customer. Wrote an email to complain but no response thus far. Its a fairly new place and service is slipping up already. Their reviews on others sites are rated 3.0. Google review sliding into the same direction.

I got here for their car wash and the state inspection. They are always friendly, quick and do a great job. Their website has a $5 discount for state inspections and it comes with a free car wash. Not a bad deal. Check them out!

I am not planning to visit this place again. I went there for the first time today. I intended to get the $6.99 car wash that was advertised on their website and all over the exterior of the building. I waited like 20 to 30 minutes in line. When I finally got to the front, the employee told me that they were only offering $12 or $18 car washes today. This is clearly false advertising and price gouging. I just went ahead and paid the $12 because I didnt have time to go sit in another line at a different car wash. The car in front of me left without a wash (theyd been waiting just as long as me).Very unfortunate that this business decided to engage in this chicanery during a global pandemic, and during one of the worst weather events in Texas history. Make our community a better place and dont give this business any of your hard earned money.

I love coming to wash guys for my car, it’s very open and inviting. And while big building are usually intimidating, wash guys made use of its space to make customers feel welcome with complimentary snacks and excellent customer service. The workers are all very friendly, this was especially comforting for me who knows how to turn on my car and that’s about it😂

Went in for a State Inspection and the mechanic also informed me that my car was almost completely out of oil. He put in a couple of quarts of oil at no charge for me. Great service that went above and beyond.

I’ve been going here for years. They always try to up sale me on every wash but I always say I want the 6.99 wash. Yesterday after the weather, I waited in line and once I got to the guy working the window I told him I wanted the 6.99 wash he then proceeded to tell me he could only offer me a wash that was 30 dollars because my car was to dirty. I had bird poop all over my car but that didn’t matter they could use the brush. After I told him I wasn’t doing that he said “okay fine I can clean it for 18.” How do you go from 30 to 18. By this time the guy was full of it so I just left. Their rude and they just want to take your money.

I think it used to be better that it has been in last few months. When paying $150 for detailing the car, you would expect your car to be spotless. Last 3 times when I took my vehicles they were not properly cleaned. All times I still had bugs still on front bumpers. Windows still had streaks on them and vinyl step down were not polished. For same price, I am also getting the engine cleaned from the dealership. I guess I will stick to Washgiys for regular wash and leave detailed cleaning for dealership.

Advertising 6.99$ car washes then being told only the 12$ and up option was available is classic bait and switch and highly unprofessional. Taking advantage of the winter storm knowing that people are going to need a carwash is a shady and slimy businesses tactic considering the amount of people who just suffered a week of no electricity, water and no work!!! I hope the appropriate owner of the car wash can realize how colossal of a mistake this has been.

Had the pleasure of working with Salvva at the Frisco location. I must say I was very impressed by the quickness I was in and out. Got an oil change, state inspection, and car wash. Very satisfied and highly recommend them!

I have been coming to this location for a couple of years due to how close it is to my house and because I have always had a great experience, I will never go anywhere else. They are fast, they do quality work, and they are always friendly.

This is my go to place in The Colony for oil change, inspection, and a car wash! They are always, ALWAYS, so very nice. The lobby is so comfortable, you barely notice the wait.

This is my go to car wash, reasonably priced and hand dry included. My vehicles always look clean.

Although we arent from here we happened to forget to change the oil before our trip ro Dallas from OKC we stopped here very friendly service and professional oriented people. Would recommend 100% also got a free wash while we were there after the oil change and best of all we didnt even have to get out of vehicle.

Lube guys have no idea what kind of oil to put in a vehicle when it clearly states the type of oil on the hood sticker. After changing the oil for a second time picked up our car with a dent in the hood from them not knowing how to properly close a hood. Then was told the owner would call me to review cameras and still no response.

Only having the 12.99 option available is essentially price gouging because you know peoples cars are dirty from the snow . yes of course I could’ve went somewhere else there’s there’s not many in the area that are cheap . And why do y’all not have vacuums what’s the point I never come to this car wash for that reason .. there is a big sign that says 699 when I pull up you tell me that only the 1299 option is available which I’m paying six dollars to just get a hand dry your price gouging sir your bait and switching
