The new location next to Rockfish Grill is so beautiful, finding the products I love is so easy, and the staff is amazing! Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a beauty supply!

I was greeted today by two gentleman who were eager to help. They had great guest service and excellent product knowledge! The two were quick to help me find what I wanted, and I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Thanks!

I went to this store location for the first time today after always seeing it empty in the parking lot I thought it was a closed store. The experience I had today was horrible. I have never felt so disrespected. The guy worker was very friendly but the manager was so rude and snatched a box out my hand that I was looking at because I opened it to see if it had a item inside meanwhile the staff member assisted me in opening it. She commented to me as she snatched the box that once it’s opened I have to buy it so she had to take it off the floor but the box was previously opened because it was not sealed. I could feel the tension. She never greeted me while I was in the store and while I checked out by staff she mugged me . Never will I go back to that store. She needs to be fired, customer service is not her thing. Then I ask for corporate number and she tells me to google it ...

I ran into Sallys today around 10:30 this morning and was assisted by this very friendly staff member. She was very attentive and helped me with my selections. The store was nice, orderly and very clean. Got everything I needed and some great deals on some clearance items. I wish everyone was as friendly and nice as this employee was to me. She made my day.

The so called lady call her self a manager there, her name is Kalen was so rude, I picked up a product was showing 1.99 was 6.19 at the counter, I just asked her to check the price she said no the upc number might be different understood,but she rudely told me that oh I cant move the product from infront of the wrong sign just because you told me,this is so really rude, the guy who helped me all the time his name is Angel is so nice, dam Angel you should be a manager instead this idiot lady KALEN....she need to know how to talk to the coustmer,I never had no problems here before

Two ladies working there were about as smart as a box of rocks. A monkey could figure out problems faster. Never apologized for making me wait over an hour while they looked at a screen. Poor service!

I have been a long time Sally’s shopper. I went today for a product and was told I have had to purchase a bag to take my products out the store or I would carry them out in my hands. This was very very poor customer service. I will not ever shop at Sally’s. The bag was I believe .15 cents. After spending over 40.00 I should not be asked to purchase a bag. Totally offended by the customer service I received!

I had the BEST experience at Sallys today! I was helped by the store manager (I didnt get her name) but she was amazing! I walked in and she greeted promptly and picked out the perfect shampoo and conditioner for me after asking me some important questions about my hair. She was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and eager to help. I was truly delighted with my experience today!!!

Everybody was super helpful. They had a great selection of a ton of different Beauty items. And the staff was super friendly. Ill definitely be coming back for all my beauty needs!

No hours posted. I showed up at 7:57, apparently they close at 8. I parked and started walking up only to have a worker open the door and yell out in a disgusted and snippy tone umm..? Were closed..? We close at 8!All the lights were on and they only started counting the register after I got back in my car.

If there were negative stars it would be about a -10. The hours are not posted, no body answers the phones and they opened an hour later than what the website says . Extremely irritated .
