My wife and I were there to look but not having done much research. David met us in the front and we hit it off.He explained the deals they had that day then answered the barrage of questions I had. He was thorough and his answers were detailed. Even when he repeated some of his answers for clarity.He was friendly and we were in there for almost 2 hours. At the end, we bought 2 Purple mattresses because after all our questions were carefully answered, we were well informed to make that decision.The site is clean, tidy and organized. But the most important thing to me was the customer service which enhanced our experience.I asked about the delivery costs, the setup cost, the time of delivery, who delivers it, how they will reach me, the interest rate, the finance company, whether they pull my credit if I finance and David patiently answered each question along with further explanation as needed.This was a great experience 👍👍

Stopped in to find a new mattress for our new home. We ended up selecting the Purple 3 and it has probably been the best decision ever! Extremely comfortable mattress, and the employees are very knowledgeable and will help you pick the right mattress for your body.

Mattress Firm Leadership,I recently purchased the Tempur-Proadapt Medium Hybrid Matt King Prime. I was charged $3,6699 which included the $200 off special. The total amount spent was $4,036.53. I requested that sales rep honor the signage in the front store window which is displayed in several Mattress Firm stores. The signage advertised states “King Bed Queen Price” as seen in the attached photos.The sales rep referred me to his manager Kathryn as he stated the special excludes Tempur band. Kathryn also declined to honor the offer and referenced the same exclusion. I requested her email and the district manager’s email. I also noticed that the store manager greeted all store customers, even one’s who were with a sales rep. I was there with my interior designer for about 30 mins, left then returned and spent over an hour in the store. We were never greeted by the store manager. We also happened to be the only black couple there being assisted by a black team member. I found it odd that we were not greeted in the same fashion as the other customers. We expressed our displeasure to the sales rep, and he expressed that the store manager just sees that we are being taken care of. We left the topic alone even though we had a bad taste in our mouth from not being greeted like other customers and not being honored with the offer that was advertised. I still purchased the mattress despite my hesitation because there were only three in stock and the sales rep, Jude, did a great job assisting us. I also respected the fact that he supported his leader and did not throw her under the bus. I wanted to ensure he received credit for the sale because of his attention to us.Texas deceptive trade practices laws prohibit “false advertising” and “bait and switch” advertising practices. Under the law, Mattress Firm’s advertising falls under Texas deceptive trade practices. I am writing Mattress Firm to give the opportunity to rectify this situation to prevent further escalation of this matter. Further escalation would include getting my attorney involved and filing a consumer complaint. I do not want to escalate as I would rather handle this issue with Mattress Firm directly. I’ve purchased four mattresses from Mattress Firm. Hopefully we can come to a resolution of this issue. I look forward to hearing from Mattress Firm leadership to see how we can resolve.Thanks,Marco Walker

We were needing a twin mattress today and went to Nebraska furniture. The price was way too much and none in stock. We saw mattress firm across the road. Not only was it in stock at their warehouse that was 10 minutes away it is n $200 +tax. Thats more than half of what Nebraska furniture wanted. We picked it up and now were on our way home. I also need to say how great the sales folks are. They are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back when we replace our queen size mattress. Thanks yall. We bought a bed there about 6 years ago. Went in today because we needed higher legs for a new bed frame. They looked up our record and saw the legs we had were not the right ones (even though they worked with our current bed) and gave us (2) new sets!. Great service!

I had a queen mattress that was on the floor and I needed a box spring and frame to raise up to normal height. They told me about a bed frame that they offer that is about 18 off the floor and it replaces a box spring and regular frame. It was only $150.00 and fit in a flat box that was easy to transport home. Once I took it out of the box, I unfolded it, pulled the legs out and locked into place, put a couple of bolts to hold the two sides together. It took 5 minutes or less. The frame has plenty of room for storage under the mattress. This is an inexpensive alternative to a normal box spring and frame.
