Love these guys they always fix my laptops

Very responsive but highly unprofessional and likes to experiment with your device. I would not recommend this shop in a million years. Pay a few extra bucks and get someone more reliable.

My computer was fixed in a few hours. I thought it was very inexpensive. Very nice person that helped me. I will keep returning if I have any problems.

Ive had about 5 repairs done here over the years. Its always extremely fast and the best price around. Cannot recommend more highly. Taking 2 more devices there today because my teens crack phone screens like its their job.

I spilled water on my dell laptop keyboard and I took it to this store to get the keyboard replaced. the laptop was completely fine and working perfectly and was using a a desktop keyboard before I took it to be fixed.I asked the worker if he could fix the keyboard he told me that he couldn’t fix the keyboard and he would have to order one online worth $129. I tought about getting a new laptop entirely but I had a lot of school files that I couldn’t risk transferring and losing. Then he went ahead to tell me that replacing the new keyboard would be EASY PEASY and that he could have it done within three days and he would call me when it was ready for pick up. I paid $162 dollars total for the keyboard and fixing. A week later he says the laptop is ready for pick up and it’s in perfect conditionA week later I called him to ask about my laptop and he tells me that I need to get a new battery . I told him that. Couldn’t afford that right now that I would like a refund . He claims that the keyboard works and therefore he can’t give me a refund because he ordered the keyboard and it can’t be returned. Even though it clearly says on the receipt that ALL REPAIRS ARE GUARANTEED FOR THIRTY DAYS ON LABOR AND PART.

I took my computer in because the hard drive crashed. When I took it in, it was a 1 terabyte hard drive. When I went back to pick it up, it had a 750 megabyte hard drive in it. Although he did save everything from the crashed drive, he never told me he put a lower size hard drive in. I even went back afterwards because I thought he forgot to put a screw in the bezel. Turns out, the new hard drive was thicker in size, and the bezel would not properly line up where that screw went. I feel that is a shady way to do business.

The owner was nice until he told me the reason my phone isn’t working properly is because his prices are cheaper than apple and you get what you pay for.

The guys a lunatic. Dont waste time and find someone credible.

Competitors Fake Review - how convenient! Nut job!

Extremely nice staff that I have always dealt with. Been here around 10 times and 9 times it was a certain gentleman (I dont know his name, sorry). He is the owner at this location from what I gather.Anyway, he is always as nice as can be and takes the time to fully explain everything if you have any questions. The guy is knowledgeable. Like I said, I have used him as a vendor ~10 times. All 10 were pleasurable experiences.I highly recommend this store if they carry merchandise and/or the types of services that you want. Theyll take care of you.P.S. I just went and swapped cell-phone carriers the other day through him and he helped simplify the process of transferring service from one carrier to the next. Great customer service.** I recommend going earlier in the day and calling the store before you leave to make sure they arent at lunch. If you have other things to do, I should mention that he does seem to take his time to make sure everything is correct and sometimes you can be sitting there for quite a while. Hes easy to talk to though, and it makes me happy to help support a local, reputable business.Sorry about such a long review. I feel that if I am to give it 5/5 Stars that I ought to explain why this place is so great. If you REALLY want to know, go there and see for yourself! :P

My son took my cell phone here to get it fixed for me when he brought it back there were some issues. I had difficulty texting and when I’m on a phone call people cannot hear me. I took it somewhere else and they fixed the issues. Would not recommend this place

Today I went to fix my Iphone 8 plus with completely shattered screen to few stores everybody was trying to charge a lot since my both lcd and glass was broken, Then i found Millennium and they fixed the whole phone for just $85 and helped me to come out of Disabled mode. By far the worst and most malicious service I have ever received. I brought my 2014 MacBook Air in to get a quote on a screen replacement. I was told that the screen was not available locally so it would have to be ordered offline. I was quoted for this repair to be between 300-350. I called back in to let him know I would be bringing the macbook in and to ask what the turn around time was since I am going out of town. At this time I was told my new price would be 600-650-I very nicely asked why the price increased and was told that it just did and there was nothing I can do about it. I pressed further and was told that he didn’t care and this was the new price. All I wanted to know was why the price increased. I have never had such horrible service.

I went to get some help on my old AT&T Pantec Phone, Mr. Jabbar helped me to backup all data and restored my phone to normal, As i was having lot of issues with my Android Phone.I would definitely recommend his expertise.

He helped me to create apple id and download my apps on my new iPhone which I got from MetroPCS, They did not help me with the setup, I went to Millennium they were very helpful. Thanks I will recommend all my friends to go there.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I went in to get my phone repaired. The man was really rude and took 3 hours to fix my phone. I dropped my phone the same day it was repaired and it cracked already. So not good quaility screens or screen protectors. Would not recommond coming here if you want to waste you money on a cheap screen that will break easily. I also called and they would not replace my screen even though it was a couple hours after I got mine done. I have a well known family in the colony growing up here and friends do not waste your money! His response says it all how this business treats paying costumers. UPDATE: I had my phone fixed by AT&T warranty and they told me that the person who fixed my phone used the wrong screws and it was indeed very low quality.

This business does not deserve a star rating. The business etiquette is wrong, customer service is 0 and the Jabber guy is very sketchy. Run and Run!!! If this comes to one of your options available. Run!!!!! Otherwise you are at your own risk!!Here is my story. I took my macbook pro to this place after it had been previously checked by Apple store and I already got my recommendations. My laptop was water damaged which according to Apple store may have affected the motherboard. I was given a recommendation and options but I was curious to see if some street smart guy could fix at a lower cost. So I ended up at this sketchy place- Millenium Communications.I dropped my laptop for diagnosis and I told him what Apple said. He asked I call back a few days and I did and picked it up with no solution and nothing new from him. Infact, he didn’t give me specifics of his diagnosis and findings but only alluding to what I told him Apple store said about the motherboard.I wasn’t going to give up on fixing the laptop at a cheaper cost. Few days after, I went to one of approved Apple store service specialist in Dallas. They took a look at it only to realize my harddrive had been removed by Millenium communications. I called millennium immediately, spoke with the Jabber guy and he confirmed having my hard drive. I was curious as to why he (Jabber) left my HD behind and he couldn’t give any reasonable and convincing reason, just only blabbing. Ofcouse I stopped at his shop immediately after work to pick up my HD and I decided to probe further. Just when I started asking questions on how to authenticate my harddrive (the one he gave to me as mine)and why he left it behind in the first place, he started raising his voice at me and asking that I leave his shop immediately( very typical when someone is shady and has been caught right?). The heated arguments lasted for about 10 mins until I decided to call the cops to report him and to document the event….Think of the following questions with an understanding of the sensitivity and criticality of a harddrive in a laptop. As a service technician,How do you couple a laptop you opened without installing the hard drive back?How do you put back the screws and then the rack holding the hard drive without the HD itself? This right here clearly shows ‘an intent’..During our conversation; one thing he constantly kept referring to was he didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. And I asked how is this my fault? Between the diagnostic charge and my harddrive, which should be more important to the laptop owner? ofcouse hes such a dumb not to get the logic.I documented this event with the cops that showed up and that would be a starting point should I discover anything else was removed from my laptop without my consent.This Jabber guy is sketchy and shady!!!

Took my old phone to recover data, they did in no time . I have my new phone with all my contacts and pictures. Definitely i will recommend this place to all my dear ones.

I called and talked to Jabbar, he quoted me $50 to replace the battery on my Google Nexus 6P, assuming I would purchase the battery elsewhere, since Millennium does not normally work on Google phones. When I brought the phone in to have the work done a few days later, Jabbar told me, since it was a Google phone, he would not be responsible if the phone was damaged or destroyed during the repair. I immediately decided I would take the phone elsewhere. Jabbar told me that I could call 50 places and nobody worked on these phones and nobody would take responsibility for damage caused while repairing the phone. I was still committed to taking the phone elsewhere but I wanted to help Jabbar understand how he might avoid this same situation in the future, by informing the potential customer (on the phone) when he would not take be taking responsibility for damage caused on a job he was quoting. He would have none of it and practically chased me out of his shop.I went home and called one other shop in The Colony (We Fix That MD). I spoke to Trey and he matched the price and said he would take responsibility for damage during the repair. My battery was replaced a few hours later and my phone was in perfect condition.

Got my home PC downgraded to windows 7. It was great and was finished in a timely manner.

Cheapest phone replacement I could find locally. Had a cracked screen on an iPhone 7. Replaced it, there was 2 small issues that I came back and he fixed it both times. However, the screen is maybe too strong or thick which sounds like a good thing in terms of scratches and dropping the phone. Texting has become very difficult now as the phone doesnt pick up the buttons or keystrokes. Sometimes the spelling is so bad that autocorrect cant correct it. Also, the screen doesnt dim when you are talking on the phone and you put it up to your ear. I have to always talk on speakerphone now because my ear will either push speakerphone or hangs up. I gave it a few days before going up there. He said its because I need to update my phone. This is false because these problems started after I replaced the screen. I havent updated my OS since the 8 and X because itll kill the battery as everyone knows. Even though I havent updated my phone in almost a year, I never had these problems - only until just recently. I would give only 1 star but since this was the cheapest phone repair in the area, I give a star for that.

They were fast and work was great

Today I picked up my desk top computer. I was very clewr about the repair needed for my computer. The frame and the button on/off switch needed to be aligned from a fall. The computer was taped around the frame with scotch tape. I was charged $35. Got computer home and it doesnt work. This is poor customer service. Presently, I am sitting home very discusted. I am a single parent wjlho does not have $35 to waste.

I brought an iphone with a broken screen for repair (it was a year old without any prior breaks). The new screen lasted two weeks and then cracked. I brought it in again, and was charged full price for another screen which lasted, this time, only 10 days before cracking. I returned and complained about the quality of the glass and they wouldnt warranty the new screen because it was broken (duh!). So I took it to a competitor in Lewisville. I dont know much about electronics, but the new screen FEELS thicker and better than the two that had been installed by Millennium Communications. After tossing away $200 with Millennium Communications I will never return.
