Negative stars more like it. I walked in ready to buy my next phone cash in hand. These people are so rude, so busy on their own phones to even ask if I needed help. I had my dog with me and one of the guys is like we only allow service dogs in here. It’s hot here in Texas my dog doesn’t need a service harness cuz I don’t need one for his tasks. I felt so attacked even just walking in the door so I had to leave feeling very upset and uneasy.

Went to this location to get a phone replacement/upgrade. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Was impressed by their covid restrictions. Felt very safe, and it was still quick and easy to get everything with my account settled. One of the nicest looking Verizon stores Ive ever been to.

The manager of this store is not knowledgeable and gave me bad information regarding Verizon policies. Just wanted to come back and re-activate 5 of my 6 Verizon lines after trying Tmobile for about 5 days. The Colony store told me it would cost $35 per line to activate ant there was nothing that could be done (said due to SEC rules??? which made zero sense). I stopped at the Frisco TX store on my way home to double check. They said that was invalid and gave me the number to Verizon One Back. Called them in the store and found out zero charge to switch back within 50 days.Hope this helps someone else.

Ben, the retail specialist, assisted me and my sister. Ben provided outstanding customer service to the both of us. My sister had many questions about purchasing a new phone and phone plan. My sister is not technically savvy, so the process probably took way longer than normal. Ben was very kind, patient, and informative. You can tell Ben cares about the customers and he wants to make sure they are happy with their purchase. Ill definitely remember the level of service that Ben provided and Ill consider returning to this store for my future Verizon needs.

The most disrespectful Verizon store that Ive ever been in. Quite possibly the most disrespectful retail experience Ive ever had in 44 years happened at this store. When I expressed displeasure about something they were unable to do, the guy said oh, you poor thing! With the most condescending and insulting tone. I was absolutely blown away that someone working would treat a customer so disrespectfully. So much for empathizing with the situation and trying to help solve it... I guess thats becoming a lost art. For those of you wondering, my statement that brought about such a rude response was simply, Ive done it this way many times before, and Im frustrated that youre now telling me it cant be done.

Dont understand why you just moved to this location not too long ago and it is now closed indefinitely. The closest one is now Addison unless you go to the authorized dealers which say they cannot help with everything. Definitely need more stores available for customers to go to in person.

Ive never left a review for anything before but I just had to after being helped by Lee Hickman. Was without a doubt the best service Ive received from anywhere from anybody. He stayed on the phone for over 30 min with someone from Verizons support team to help me out. Went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I needed.

Excellent customer service. They had several different people helping me at different times, but it all went smoothly. Lee especially was very knowledgeable about the tech behind things, so it was a good place to get some info on Verizons 5G plans. He needs to be the techie behind the scenes, IMO, but not my department.I will definitely be jumping on the home 5G Network as soon as it comes far enough north from Dallas to me. Verizon, hmu @Sebbal, yeah?

I went in to upgrade my phone and worked with Lance. I did see a negative review in here about him, but that was the exact opposite of my experience working with him. Lance was courteous, and genuinely wanted to help me. He wasnt pushy at all, was very thorough and informative. It was busy when I went in, so I had to wait around, but when thats the case they do make an effort to engage you briefly while you wait (I was greeted quickly, then he came back over to ask what I was looking for/sent me to go play with the phone I was interested in, then came back over briefly to update me on how soon someone would be available to assist after I had sat down). They arent reinventing the wheel here. Just pleasant, hardworking people doing their job, and taking care of their customers.

This is the second time I have to get my tablet repaired. Customer service is great. I know they have no control of my tablet issues. They only can submit the information and have someone decide regarding my warranty. Im giving him five stars because they have excellent customer service in the store.

Went in to get prepaid cards. They dont sell them. I have 5 separate accounts and wanted to add money to them all. They didnt have the cash on hand to give me change if they made change for each account separately. They did have enough if they just rang them up separately but charged me the total. They said they would not do that. Mind you when I went in I said I only felt comfortable buying the cards because things get too complicated doing it the other way. They had a good laugh about that and spread it around to other employees who also laughed and acted like I was foolish. Then they told me that there was no way that any of the multitude of retailers who sell those cards could offer me anything that they couldnt. Except make change Im guessing. Or use a calculator. Or provide customer service. Or leave off the mocking. Wow. Went next door to Kroger and they had plenty on hand. And they were nice

I went in with a bricked edge 6 plus after trying to update. Royal was absolutely amazing and nice. David also tried to help but to no avail. David referred me to Best Buy that now had a Samsung kiosk in their store. They were able to download software and get my phone up and running within 20 minutes. A big big thank you to you Royal and David!

Dont go to Lance C at the Colony store. No matter how clear you are, and how many questions you ask, hell tell you what will make a sale. And then the real terms come out and youve lost $480 and back up phones. See someone else to get the real low-down before signing on the dotted line.

So I decided to leave sprint I’ve been with them for about a year but I went in to the sprint store today to upgrade and they gave me all kinds of grief about it the experience at the Verizon store was night and day compared to sprint I’m really happy with the switch and how well the sales rep handled it and how awesome she was! Thank you Angela! If your looking to buy a phone or make the switch go see them!

Money was stolen from me at this location. Corporate is currently reviewing footage to catch who took it. Customer service was terrible as well. Some guy with the dreads kept talking over me and wouldn’t properly explain policy and process.

I purchased a new iphone and paid for it in full. I went into the store today to find out why I could not unlock my phone and had the worst customer service experience. The support specialist that initially helped me talked over me and yelled. He tried to berate me several times and at other times just ignored my questions and didnt even respond. I asked if he has a pin to take my sim card out. Finally, I asked for a managed (I think his name was AJ) and he was extremely apathetic. He didnt really seem to care and had a stop wasting my time attitude. He didnt do anything at all to help me. His only suggestion was that I should sell my (3 week old) iphone on Ebay and take the loss on it and buy another for the carrier I wanted. He didnt even seem to know Verizons policies when I asked him some questions.My Recommendation: Do NOT go to this store. Drive a couple of extra miles further north to the Frisco store. The GM there (Naresh) has superb customer service skills and goes the extra mile to help you. He is very knowledgeable on verizon policies and procedures. I spoke to a couple of there specialists at the Frisco store and they are all hands down better than the employees at the Castle Hills Store.UPDATE: I recognized the last name of the store specialist in the list of reviews written for this store. It seems this store may have fake reviews written by their employees.
