The worst pharmacy drivethru I have seen. We were one of five cars that sat at the drive thru for half an hour while the girl at the check out helped a customer inside. Nobody in management or in the pharmacy directed any back up help . Completely horrible customer service

This is worst Walgreens location I have been. Waiting on the drive tru for one hour. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This is hands down the worst Walgreens in OKC. You know its bad when other Walgreens locations already know how bad this location is. The employees are rude (if you can find one who will actually work the register), the management is apathetic at best, the store frequently needs restocked, and its just dirty. Go to ANY other Walgreens, or to CVS across the street. Walgreens corporate desperately needs to do something with the way this store is run or shut it down. Stay away at all costs!!!!

Went to get a prescription the first day, they said it would be in on the next day. I went back the next day and they said that it still has not came in. I asked why the person told me it would be in on the second day and its still not here. She goes back and checks and says its in and they have not un packed from the truck yet. I asked her how long she said give us an hour. I came back 3 hours later and they try to give me the run around that its not in stock. I then told her Ive been by 2 days now and just have been told the same thing and my prescription would be ready in one hour 3 hours later its still not ready. Terrible management or lack of people wanting to work. And dont lie to your customers at least have the same story between each other.

They were busy when I went, but the pharmacy tech was friendly and pleasant. Thanks for working hard for us.

This Pharmacy is spot on. I love getting a Text telling me my Refill is Due. Then another Text telling me its Ready. (Love Love Love That) Took awhile to get it all on track though. All is fabulous now though. I do try to get there no later then 3:PM because then it gets Crazy Busy at the Drive Thru! Dont go after 3:PM... There will be a wait, just chill though. They will get to ya. Just get there early, avoid that busy busy mess.

So I work for Walgreens. I wish everyone worked in retail then they would understand. We fill at least 400-500 prescriptions a day some even more. So yea youll have to wait for it. We can only help one person at a time in drive through. There is only 1 window. There is an actual human being filling your prescriptions, not a robot. Us Walgreens humans actually have ears, a heart, a brain, and feelings. So yea when your yelling and cursing at us, were not going to smile or be happy about it. If your insurance doesnt cover your medication, we cant make it were a pharmacy not an insurance company. The reason it takes so long, is because you get one customer who wants us to call their insurance company or their doctor and as why the medication cant be covered. That takes at least 15 mins. Then we have to keep filling at the same time. Its not that easy. We literally get a new prescription every min and each person expects to have that prescription ready in like 5 seconds. Theres a process. You take the prescription, you scan it in, you type it up, the pharmacist verifies its legit, it prints you fill it, the pharmacist verifies it the right medication, and then it gets filed. For each medication. Sometimes its so crazy we dont get lunches. The pharmacist literally does not get a lunch, they stand there for 8 hours straight and run to the cubby to grab a bite of their cold sand which thats been sitting there all day. So next time you go to a Walgreens and you want to start yelling or getting mad because you have to wait. Just think about the actual humans behind the counter, that are trying.

Went to add cash to my Paypal account via Paypal Cash, and was denied and told it was a scam. Its not, as its a service provided by Paypal and GreenDot. Was frustrating.

Tonight 1/20/18, my partner went to get her Tamiflu filled. She got to the drive through at almost 10 til 6. The pharmacy tech refused to fill her script since they were about to close. She had to go to three different pharmacies after to find a place to fill the scripts...two of the three said this particular Walgreens was the only one who had it stocked. I have never been so disappointed in someone’s/company’s customer service and humanity!!! How do you turn away a sick person when your job is to help them??? SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Hours online reflect 7am to 10pm- pharmacy opens at 8am NOT 7am. Hours online are not accurate- because of this I will have to wait an hour until the pharmacy opens..

Not going back ever again.... They put the rong prices in name brand medicine like 2 for 10 or same %off but when youre going to pay they give you the original price and tell you the that price is for ther walgreens brand and they actually go and bring you ther brand that happened 2 times... I told them no thanks Im goin to walmart .... if you are going to shop here look closer at the price

Out of the 30+ Walgreens that Ive been to all across the united states, this one is by far the worst Ive ever been to!! Tell you 20-30 minutes for a prescription to be filled and take over an hour and a half!! The worst pharmacist is a tall white man, if he doesnt like you or feels like just being rude hell put you behind any other person that walks thru the door. If you can go anywhere else, go there!! Ill be driving across town just to avoid this rediculous place!

I really am disappointed. This is normally my favorite store but today I needed something and the hours of operation online was way off.... Several customers including myself came to shop 30 minutes before closing only to be turned away by a closed store. So not cool!

Waited for the cashier to call someone to photos she waited 7 minutes while I stood at the photo desk . Only after I grabbed the photo box to see if my cards were finished did she decide to call someone to the photo desk. The photo paper was empty & they were not in Amy hurry .....Very frustrating ......

Every time I go here, they have my insurance information wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Like they cant note it in the system ever or fix it??? Ive been going here over a year and youd think theyd fix it by now. Changing to another pharmacy because this is ridiculous.

The pharmacy is a joke horrible service, they dont know how to answer the phone or the window and certain ones are rude and my prescriptions were short there seems to always be a problem!!!!

Worst pharmacy EVER! Long waits in line, even when there is no one else in line. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!
