I have furnished my whole house with new appliances within 2 years, their paid for, they offer 90 days same as cash through acima leasing no credit check $54.70 down so if you still waiting on FEMA to pay you your money and you any appliances that broke for the hurricane they have plenty of things in stock that can be purchased picked up or delivered on the spot.

I originally called Precision appliances to see about getting my refrigerator fixed from lighting hitting my house. The first company I called wasn’t able to fix it and was planning on just replacing the parts one by one until it started working again. What I appreciated about Precision is that they were completely honest and told me they weren’t going to waste my time and money by coming out and just replace parts until they maybe could fix it due to lighting damage being something that could have been irreparable. I decided to check their refrigerators in stock and they had a nice selection for great prices. I ended up purchasing a fridge from them and was very satisfied with their customer service and the way they helped me. I highly recommend Precision because they don’t make you feel like they are just trying to make a sale. I will continue to go there any time I need to buy appliances or to get mine fixed.

I just walked outside of the store with a heating element. As shows the picture, the return policy doesn’t state that I cannot return it. I go inside and they tell me, “We don’t do returns on electrical parts because you could have took it home and installed it or damaged the part.” The time stamp on the receipt and the current time shows we just walked out of the store right after he said it was a good price. My girlfriend literally just found it on Amazon and from other online sellers for half the price. This is flawed and I’m only rating one star because the option of no stars doesn’t exist.The store is free to sell things at whatever price they want. All I was asking for was to return the part once I realized I had over-paid.

Do not waste your time. Just buy something else anywhere but here. I have never been treated so poorly and so disrespected by any business owner. The level of unprofessionalism and poor service is by far unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in my life. I do not understand how this business is still open.

This is a great local company. Not only do they sell appliances they also provide service and maintenance for them. They did not have what I was looking for but the owner went pick it up and had it within 2 days!

COMPLETE SCAMMERS ! They offered me a used refrigerator acting like they cared so much about customers and people who maybe struggle with limited finances when all they did was rip me off I’ve had that fridge for week it is out completely .The only thing that’s working is the lights and they refuse to even look at it . They want to charge me to do that blaming me for their product saying all sales are final it says that on the receipt. And to top it off I’m pretty sure they rip me off an extra hundred dollars gave me a price for the fridge I paid in cash then left and I got a call 20 minutes later saying oh you shorted me $100 .” I can show you right here in my register”. I thought it was possibility only because of all the excessive talking. She was kinda all over the place, but now I see how that was part of the plan.Obviously, my intuition was right it was. I declare & decree they be exposed for all their deception & be forced to pay back every person they cheated & took advantage of!

We were looking for a refrigerator and as soon as we opened the doors we were greeted by a nice family oriented business. We have been in the process of finding a fridge for some time and they had more items in store for sale than Home Depot, Lowes. They were the friendliest, and most helpful people you can meet. Their products were better priced than most places I ever been to.

Last week my husband and I purchased a refrigerator with Precision Appliances. From start to finish I received great customer service. Yesterday when the gentleman came to deliver we did not have the right key to our home so they could not get in right away. Instead of leaving they waited until we got into the house. Im sure this was frustrating for them but they completed their delivery and install again with great customer service from start to finish!.
