This place is awful. I’m telling you. Do not go here. They ripped a headliner and will not fix it. Says it was there before (on a new truck) when we have plenty of witnesses that it wasn’t.Also screwed over another one of my family members. Reporting to the BBB

Great place and awesome job

This place is a joke!!!! I asked them to repair a chip in my windshield - only to have it repaired and crack even more only an hour later. They did refund my money - however not one apology for the time spent for me to have to wait 30 minutes longer for my original appointment, or having to drive back to have them look at the new crack. They really did not seem like they knew what they were doing. So now Im stuck with having to replace a $300 windshield from their $30 mistake. #worthless

I am a busy person. It sucks that in this day and age, company want to charge but not perform at 100%. I say the service that I received the day that I walked in and paid $300 for a windshield replacement was amazing. The next day when I was caught in blinding rain because my windshield wipers were out of sync suddenly. I called them and a man I spoke with told me, yea,sorry. That happens sometimes. Just drop by between certain hour when the guys arent at lunch. He was sooo nice and underdtanding that I wasnt as pissed and II said OK. I left my car parked and used another untilbibgotbthe time to go back. Ibadkitbit took me three weeks but I feel like this company didnt do its job and I couldnt drive the car for three weeks. That frustrated me but the nice service I received before made me feel like they ownedbup to their mistake and would mind fixing it. When I showed up. I was basically told that the motor was going out and it was going out before I brought it there. How ironic. So I chose to get a cracked windshield fixed before the actual wipers??????? And magically after the blade tangle intobeach other the day later when I could have died. They really felt the need to just let me know that I should have comeback sooner and Im probably lying anyway. Thibodaux Glass, do your job and cover all of your bases before the customer leaves. Youll never have to worry about getting lied to.
