I recently purchased a new F150 from Robichaux Ford. From start to finish, the team at Robichaux is unparalleled. Raleigh, Chris, Matt, and Glenn go, and in this case went, out of their way to make me the happiest customer possible. When I walked in, they didnt have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but in a matter of hours, they had one that had everything I wanted and more! Their customer service is beyond compare, and everyone there makes you feel like family. We have purchased multiple vehicles from Robichaux at this point, and dont see a reason to go anywhere else. When buying a vehicle most people first think of price!! True but, after the first year or so service is just as important or even more. At Robichaux Ford I always get the royal treatment. It could be a oil change, or a recall, but either way their customer is always the king of their jungle!!!

Here on a project in St James Parish, after searching Ford Dealers, I had my truck serviced here Darryl the service advisor was a pleasure to talk to, everyone I felt with at this dealership was the same way they all took pride in their dealership and the Quality of service they gave thier customer weather a new face are a customer they have had for years, it is rare to find a dealership that takes the time to make you part of the family from the first time you do business with them. Changed oil plug and I had to call for an explanation. It was o k and no problem but I would have preferred if they had told me when I picked up Expidition.

The service team is very friendly and accommodating. On my recent visit for an oil change I had the misfortune of having my window cracked while my vehicle was in the parking area during service. The problem was taken care of super quick and I was given a loaner to use while they did it. Mr. Eric and the team are awesome and I will being doing business with them for a long time!

Great Experience! I am purchasing my wife an Explorer there because of the service and plan to buy my next truck there as well.
