South Coast Baby Co is absolutely amazing!I had a million questions and was a little indecisive and called multiple times and every time Alicia and the owner Kelly were so kind, helpful and patient with me. They were beyond amazing and went the extra mile to help and if they were annoyed with all my questions, they most certainly didn’t show it. Alicia was extremely friendly and professional the entire time and I felt like she honestly cared about helping her customers! Good customer service is hard to find these days but Alicia is one of the great ones!!Instead of just looking things up on the computer (like customer service at big chain retailers) she physically searched through their inventory to find certain items for me. If she couldn’t find something or didn’t know the answer to any of my questions, she didn’t hesitate to contact the owner Kelly who immediately responded. Since I couldn’t see the products in person, they would give me more detailed descriptions as well as their personal opinions if I asked. I am very thankful for their kindness, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile for a complete stranger!!Awesome shopping experience with very fast shipping.
