Called and asked for the price of my books and codes. Was told $450+ tax. Got there and it was $760 plus tax. Get home and realize they left out a book even though I gave them the correct class numbers. So not one was my purchase $300 more than I was quoted over the phone the same day, but they didnt even give me everything I needed. They had 5-6 employees behind the 3-4 registers and only 2 of them did anything the entire time I was there.

Excellent student store...prices not bad.

Merchandise is too expensive! I went specifically to look for Alumni attire and there wasnt anything to choose from that I could see. Sale items were still priced higher than I expected. I was a little disappointed.All the more... I still love NSU! Go Colonels!

Nicholls Bookstore has a great atmosphere with qualified, pleasant and diligent employees. They are very attentive to the students and parents needs and concerns. Overall, price matching books is applied and you can get the smiles from their faces everytime you enter and exit. Colonels

Good selection of NSU attire. Comparable prices to off campus stores. Had a great sale going and bought a few shirts, all nice quality.

Unfortunately, the NSU bookstore has disappointed me once more. They bungled my textbook order not once but twice, leaving me without a textbook at week two of classes. I am now forced to order it on Amazon and pay for express shipping. The staff are great and friendly. However, as a customer, I feel let down and dissatisfied.
