Soooo great. They just dont have as many options as a bigger Starbucks but I love them.

This is one of the worst Starbucks stores Ive ever visited. As a frequent Starbucks flyer Im both Disturbed and dissatisfied by both the quality of customer service and the repeated number if times my order is made wrong at this location.Theres simply no excuse for the awful manner in which the employees at the drive up window engage with the customer when an order is wrong.

I work next door and I’m new to trying different drinks. When they’re out of what I like, employees like Hannah give me great recommendations. It’s always a great experience with every single employee!

I ordered a mocha with no milk sub with cold brew coffee. Had no issues this morning. I went again in the afternoon because I needed another coffee. The manager said he wouldn’t make my drink (when they made the same drink for me this morning!!). Hung up on me twice when I called to discuss this. Called corporate and I hope he has to find a new job.

Always great attitudes and awesome customer service. Appreciate the employees at this location!

This was a fantastic Starbucks!I just placed a mobile order with a few add-ins to my coffees, and typically (especially the Houma location) they dont actually make my drinks like theyre supposed to.I came to this one and everything in our drinks were spot on and they had a fantastic attitude at pick-up and were delightful to interact with!I was about to give up on Starbucks in SoLa before I tried this location.

Fast and yummy drinks. The typical Starbucks. The drive thru sucks and is tight at high traffic times.

Line goes fast for sure which is great! But coffee is usually always watered down.. and most employees are BEYOND rude.. and it just took one girl 3 times to get my order right.. but other than that place is good!

Ok. I gotta have some Bucks now and then. Good stuff...

I placed an order on the app, including a blueberry muffin. Throughout my entire visit, the only words spoken to me by any employee were the result of me asking about my muffin. I was told it was in the oven being heated, but I did not choose that option (I wasnt going to be able to eat it until later so the warming option was pointless). I understand it being busier than normal (it was the first truly cold day here), but I still expect some attempt at customer service.Once I finish using the gift cards Ive been given, I will go elsewhere for coffee.

Coffee always great but they were of crunch for my coffee. And do I have to ask for a receipt? Shouldnt you ask if I want one or not?

What can I say. Everybody knows its the best place to go for coffee but my experience the other day is a little girl that was in there wish I could remember her name was so friendly went out of her way to help it was awesome

Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. (STARBUCKS STORE 10596 THIBODAUX LA) They did not get my single item coffee order correct and then when I asked them to fix it they refused. Never going back again. CC coffee place is so much better, in service, taste and quality. The coffee tasted like they ran water through already used grounds. Horrible. Simply horrible . Bad way to start a morning. Never doing that again. I guess I am spoiled with the Baton Rouge, LA Starbucks, as they know how to do it right.

Honestly I don’t even understand what people love about Starbucks in Thibodaux I’m so disappointed every single time I get a coffee from there it is so watered down I got two extra shots of espresso and is completely watery also the only reason I went there is because I was close otherwise I would never go there why is it so watery

I have repeatedly gone to this Starbucks location, and it never fails for them to take twice or triple the amount of time it takes at other locations to get through the drive through. Its saddening for them to not be able to get their operations down more efficiently.

Inexcusable, my girlfriend and I stopped by to grab a drink for her, note my girlfriend is allergic to dairy products, she orders a peppermint mocha latte with no whip cream and and only soy milk. We usually go to Starbucks quite often and they have always done a great job, but tonight was the worst experience weve had. After our order my girlfriend took a drink from her coffee and it tasted different. She look to check and found that there was whip cream that had been taken of not completely . Instead of taking off the whip cream they shouldve have remade the drink completely. The barrista at this location need to do a better job. If my girlfriend hadnt noticed it shed be in hospital. Luckily she only broke out in hivs and has some small swelling on her face
