We always visit sonic. Weather it be just for a quick drink or a nice meal in our car. The brilliance of the nerds mixed into a slushy is outstanding! Whoever came up with this is a genius! The whole family gets chili cheese fries, i havent had better from a fast food restaurant. The fast friendly service makes for a great experience. I have never had an issue with sonic. The food is always great, and low priced. Highly recommend a visit if you havent been.

Was a fan until today. Went in for early lunch. Hot dog had consistency of potted meat and bun was cracking. Was told that everything was fresh on return. Didnt want replacement or refund. Just not eating there in the future. Shameful

I come here multiple times a month during the school year and the place always reeks of marijuana. I’ve been told by employees there that the whole place is basically a drug addict’s haven.Decent food if you can get over the smell of marijuana.

The woman who took our order was very rude and didnt even let us finish our order and when we got our food we was missing something that we order, the people taking orders need to be more respectful and stop rushing to take the orders

I been to many Sonics... This is my home town Sonic... And it is the absolute worse. Get a blast it is soft serve with a sprinkle of whatever you wanted in it on top... Go to another Sonic elsewhere and it will have everything through out... Next, if they get your order correct... Go get a lotto ticket cause you are lucky.... I once complained about an incorrect order... The manager said next time was on him... Guess what... Even when I went back and ordered via the manager... They still messed it up... You can only give a place so many chances to redeem themselves...

So I didnt get to finish. The young lady working the window at the Thibodaux sonic did a really good job in all the confusion she didnt panic and she didnt rush around . She did her job and well. Her name is Lindsay. Way to recover.

Had weird experience. Ordered a blast. Was very good until I bit into part styrofoam bottom of another cup...hope they check the cups better.

Never experienced any bad customer service in the past but very disappointed today. i only had a card on me and no cash. all i had was change and i always like to tip, knowing that they rarely get any tips at all. my receipt says i was served by Macy. i apologized to her for not being able to give her more and gave it to her. she gave me a weird look and walked away. as i looked back i see her talking to another worker signaling to the change and laughing. makes me not want to even attempt to tip at all when i only have change.

Theyre pretty good. The service is fantastic. The food is out of this world. The only problem I have with them, is whoever makes the drink does not pay attention to what I ordered. 90 to 95 percent of the time, I ordered the same drink. A Route 44 strawberry lemonade. And 90% of the time I end up with a strawberry lemonade Karma which isnt bad. It doesnt taste bad, but it just doesnt hit the spot when youre jonesing for strawberry lemonade. I usually get the SuperSonics double cheeseburger, but I recently found that they have the Super Sonic bacon double cheeseburger. So now, I order the bacon double cheeseburger meal and it is quite filling. And Im hooked on the onion rings they are the best. I just wish they could fit more of them in the bag.🍔🍟

This Sonic is my favorite place to go to in Thibodaux. The food is always wonderful, and the staff well they are awesome. Hands down best customer service. Bo was the best Sonic worker NAY..... the best fast food worker I have ever come across. Also the $5 community deals card is amazing! The sundaes on the other hand are super messy.

“Can you repeat your order?” . If they would turn the radio outside down a bit they would not hae hearing.. a customer.. with money.. willing to spend it there. Food great customer service usually meh as all hell with the ketchup. (2 large fries might need more than 3 or 4 ketchup in the bag.) if they just turn the radio down outside we can all hear what we order.

Doesnt do well with special orders and often still puts what you wanted off, on. A good place for a quick dessert. Greasy food.

I asked to upgrade my fries to cheese sticks, something I have done for years and gladly paid extra for. They told me it wasnt allowed. They also lied and said they had no cheese sauce for fries even though I had just seen an ad on the screen for signature cheese sauce.

Ordered garlic parm wings they sent Asian ones then proceed to tell me they dont have garlic parm and then I ordered a premium ultimate egg cheese and meat breakfast burrito with extra egg. All I get is a 3 inch long burrito with no egg.
