Great team of qualified staff that greets theyre customers as they walk in the store, they always answer any question I have . I make all of my purchases there for Bayou Reserve Apartments and appreciate theyre great service.

I have shopped here off and on for 28 years as I have needed paint for my home...and even flooring once upon a time when they still offered that. But sadly I have noticed a slow but gradual decline in customer service that has now hit a low point in my opinion. Could this be because it seems like nothing but inexperienced kids seem to run the store now? Where is the professionalism and the helpfulness that used to exist? I recently wasted money on wood stain that in no way matched the sample they offered in the store. No one there had offered any type of advice on what I was choosing...so what I thought was a light brown tone turned out to be a heavy gray tone, both in the can and when applied. And since no refund is available on mixed paints and stains (nor any apology even for that fact), and I surely couldnt use it, I just donated it back to them--let them profit from it twice! LOL

The person that was helping me had to stop a number of times to answer their phone while there was two other men sitting in an office talking, since counter person was busy with me it would have been nice to have one of them take care of phone calls.

Love this location. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Product is great. Would not go anywhere else for my painting needs.

Justin was rude and uncaring, we spent OVER 5grand in paint. And when we asked him to explain something on our receipt he proceeded to speak to us like we where stupid. He was disrespectful and out right rude. He could use some customer service training.
