Very clean, need to have more lanes open but this is a common problem in several corporate companies. I feel we have lost the importance of helping people over money. As you give more people work in your store like the good old fashioned days you will be surprised that Walmart will increase in sales by 100 fold. Lets get back to basics. Love God with all your heart, mind and soul and love others as you live yourself.

Today I arrived at Walmart pharmacy at 10 minutes before 1pm. No other customers were here. Great! I should be in and out. I called it in yesterday for it to be ready by 11am. This is a joke! It’s not ready but I am told it will be ready in 10 minutes. Okay, no problem. I actually got busy sending out emails and updating accounts so I didn’t inquire about my prescription until 1:15! It’s still not ready! When I asked the same Rep that checked me in, both she and the Pharmacist acted as if they were clueless as to my frustrations.I don’t mind waiting. However, when I am giving a time then service me in that time! I don’t want it hang out in the pharmacy department when all types of individuals are coming in and out, coughing without covering their mouth, and just outright unclean! Still waiting and it’s almost their lunch time. Horrible service! I can’t wait until this prescription runs out to switch to a better Pharmacy with better service.

Out of all Walmarts that surround me I choose to go to this one. It is always neat and clean. You can find what you are looking for. Also this is about the only one that have more than one check-out line opened😂

Ive been cashing checks at Walmart for a year without any hiccups but when I came to thomaston Georgia Walmart and here your billing address has to match your mailing address according to Josh. Was told to produce proof that I lived at the other address and I did that but still it was a check and he wouldnt cash it he said but you brought me another check I said thats what yall do right ?? ignorant I suppose

Its Walmart. What else is there to say? Its hot. Its crowded. You cant walk up the aisles for merchandise thats waiting to be put out. The new layout is atrocious. But what are we going to do? They have no real competition.

Good visit cloths are better quality only prob didnt have what I needed was looking for steel wool and the old Times mouse traps employees were very pleasant

I really enjoy the self check lanes and they have staff to help if there is an issue. We are grandparenting this weekend and needed to get a few last minute baby items.....they have a great selection of that type of inventory.....A+

A lot of stuff missing from the shelves. Not essentials just bad inventory and ordering. Half the stuff is gone out of pets and shoes. But there is plenty of T.P. and paper products.

I have to tell myself ahead of time to be prepared to find only 50% of my shopping list. It has very rarely been even close to fully stocked.Was there just today - entire bed sheets section near empty. Same with toys, towels, and pet supplies. Takes weeks if not longer to restock.Today theyre out of change (again) and literally cant ring you up unless you have exact change. No notice at the beginning of line, so you have no idea until youve waited forever in line to check out. This happens with bags periodically, too.Nice employees (mostly) when they are there! There has truly never been at least one employee in each department when I have been there.I also learned that they hired a bunch of new, inexperienced cashiers and cut the hours, sometimes down to zero, of the loyal, long-time employees. Typical corporate greed.As soon as theres another choice locally, Im not going back. Lovejoy is awesome but a long drive.

Thomaston Walmart has fast easy check out never really an issue when I go in here. Got in and out really quickly.

The supervisor Amanda and the young lady working in electronics were wonderful. They went above and beyond to help with our cell phone issue after it stopped working after buying 2 days ago and made sure we left satisfied.

The worst customer service you have ever seen. I went the jewelry dept. and was interested in buying a ring, and there was no one there. Ask and associate if anyone was working that dept and they to get someone. That person arrived after about ten minutes it seemed like. They open the case to let me see the rings I was interested in. When I made my decision and was asking about sizing prices, I informed that they had go get someone else to assist me with that. While waiting at the jewelry counter the first associate and another came back by and asked if I had been helped all while acting like I was trying to steal something. I stayed at that counter I know for a total of about 30 minutes, leaving without the purchase. What type of service is that.

I havent shopped for groceries in Walmart in almost a year, until this trip. With Dollar General so close to home, more convenient, Ive avoided Walmart... like the plague, lol. I was surprised to see how much cheaper the food items actually are in Walmart, as opposed to DG. They were also fully stocked, which also surprised me since a lot of other stores around here are starting to look like theyre going out of business. The store seemed well maintained, clean, and the employees were all kind and didnt seem disgruntled, lol.

Thomaston Walmart they only had two lines open 5 and 6 .And you scan was way past the frozen food section is ridiculous they need to do better.Your in line behind ppl with two buggies.And u only have about 20 things.

It feels good to me to go into the store first thing in the morning and to receive a clean and orderly store.

Really? 6 to 10 customers left sporting goods without being waited on or otherwise satisfied. From licenses to ammo to clay pigeons, Walmart is hardly super anymore. Just close the department and save us the trouble of motoring 40 miles to be ignored.

My husband and I go to this specific Wal-Mart because of friendly faces and large choices of items. Grab a sandwich, salad, premade meals in front of store near deli and grab what you need for home. A great place to shop.

Being very honest, this is one of the worst Walmarts I have been to. The employees (most, not all) will avoid you if they see you looking for something or if youve got a confused/ I need some kind of help look on your face. There has been about 3 times Ive needed help and even though someone was radioed to come help at the area I was in, no one would show up even after 15 minutes. I have had a total of 2 experiences where someone has asked me if I needed help with anything the 1 year and 7 months I have been coming to this Walmart....

It was a great experience, its as large as the 1 in LaBelle, Florida. I will shop there again while Im here in Concord, Georgia. Thank you WalMart employees.

Bad service all around. Most specific is the Tire and Auto center. I have never dealt with such lack of customer service. I had a tire ordered with them and was told it would be there the following day and that they would call when it arrived. When I didnt receive a call by 1:00pm I called them. No tire. I decided to go up there around 4:00pm, which was close to there last time they get their deliveries. Still no tire. Each time the staff made me feel as if there was some sort of inside joke about my tire. So, I tried to be patient, although my wifes car has been on the jack for numerous days now. I called 3 days after the suggested delivery date, and the people I spoke with then acted as if there was never a tire coming in the first place, and that neither of them in Automotive or Customer Service knew what to do. Needless to say, I still dont have a tire 7 days later, and having 5-star auto handle it. If this place wasnt a large chain there is no way they stay in business. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a very poor, mismanaged Walmart.For a good Walmart shopping experience, go to Forsyth.The experience is totally different.Shelves well stocked,friendly employees and great management.Thomaston is poorly stocked,with empty shelves,empty freezers aisles crowded with merchandise needing to be put up.I’ve noticed the electronics section does not have the latest and greatest merchandise other Walmart’s have such as Lagrange and Forsyth.I think they take overstock and older model products and try and sell them at this location hoping we won’t notice.

Never have there own brand of soda twist up never can find my size blue jeans out of all the different brands they have

This visit was very good. However, service in general at this store has dropped significantly over these Covid months. Especially at night. Forget using garden at night or getting propane.

Went to return some shoes. The customer service lady, Mary, was very rude, treated me like I was bothering her. She was more interested in gossiping with her co-worker about someone on social media on her phone. Surprised at such behavior from an old woman.

I dont hate, they dont offer the 12.95 a month plan yet. Express delivery is expensive but worth it, but its ashamed that the store has no autonomy. I mean their own website. They are in control by Corporate.

They never have enough of anything in stock. The only reason I go to this Walmart is because it is the closest and right now my tag is expired due to a technicality so as soon as I get my new license with my new address then I can go get my new tag. I dont want to drive further out in risking another ticket but the other Walmarts in the area such as Griffin, Lovejoy, they are so much better and have so much more but the people at the Thomaston Walmart are very nice!

Terrible service in some of the departments. I made an order online for delivery. Got canceled 4 times. One time the driver went to pick up my order and was told by the Walmart Store in Thomaston Georgia that they canceled the order. As far as I know the drivers are paid by tips. So since he or she didnt get to deliver the order to me, the driver didnt get paid. Thats sad for the driver.One day I wanted the deli department to cut up a chicken for me and they said that it was against policy. I called corporate and they said no it wasnt that it was up to the manager.They dont want to go the extra mile. What happened to the customer is always first? That is the only Store that doesnt do it for me.I havent gone to Walmart for a while now. I thought that I would give them a try again but I will continue to go to other stores instead even if I have to go an hour away or order from another place online. Its worth it to me.

Store is great but the pharmacy is horrendous they dont want to fill prescriptions half the time without an argument and when they do have to wait hours and even when they say it be ready takes an extra hour or longer

Should not make handicapped people go to another door if they are parked in a handicapped area, and make them walk around to only door that is working!

I like this mama art, Im new to the area but its closed and they have everything I need but I have noticed that the Walmart in Griffin and even other Walmarts seem to have more clothes. I kept looking for this one particular item that I saw at the Griffin Walmart and its been like 3 weeks and I still have not seen it at this Walmart. I dont know why they bother having 14 checkout lanes, when they only ever have 3 people working.They need to quit pretending & jus make 5 lanes & put a bigger self checkout at the pharmacy end. Then at least we can get out faster.The workers are doing great, the company management is fubar.
