Absolutely pathetic customer service! They dont care how horrible you feel. They had 2 hours to fill my prescription and didnt do it. I had strep throat and needed my medicine.

Very disappointed in the way they handled Covid vaccinations. Customer before me waited an hour with no one in the vax room. Several people left.I waited about a half hour, long after the last person left.For people nervous or skeptical, that gave me enough time to think about it and change my mind.Not helpful in getting these vaccines out to the public.

The pharmacy people are the best . Especially Jeanie and the other ladies. I also have two guys that always make sure Im taken care of. Love these guys.

Pharmacy doesnt have enough staff. Usually have to wait more than 5 minutes to be served.

As long as Ive been going to Walgreens Ive never encountered rude staff and they always have enough stock on the shelves the pharmacy is always prompt

I have been using Walgreens for the past 8 years (since moving here). The staff is always so friendly and kind. The manager is absolutely AMAZING! My daughter has mental health and they were out of her medication. Frantically trying to find someone in town with a supply of it, I had the manager (Tina Johns) pull me aside. She said that she would do whatever it took to help my daughter. She sent her script up to another city and met that manager halfway to bring it back to Thomaston. Theres never not a moment that all hands are on deck in the pharmacy. Each staff member Ive run across has always been so courteous and respectful. I cant imagine why anyone wouldnt not have a good experience here. As for the one who commented the manager is disrespectful as well is to their team members must be thinking about a different location....

Very hard to get the one prescription I get here because they dont have it mail order and its impossible to get them to fill it they always say they have some in then they never get the others I think that if the macon store can fill why cant this store do it? Please check on this someone at Walgreens can fix this for me I have insurance and they pay for 28 years you will be pay .

My mother recently changed to this pharmacy for convenience purposes. As a retired nurse, she is in the habit of counting her prescriptions. When one of her medications was 12 short, today, she was told that it wasnt possible; they were counted multiple times. They werent ready upon our arrival, and were rushed out in 10 minutes, and she was a nurse for 25 years, but she was wrong?

Love this place. Fast on getting my scripts filled when they have just been placed by the doctor for all my family members. Great Walgreens brand products and sales on items I actually use. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

Very unprofessional...held my prescription for a week without letting me know any info. Every time you call they leave you on hold for long period of time then when they answer they put you back on hold. I will never use Walgreen again worst experience ever.

Service is slow to say the least, prices are extremely high compared to the other pharmacies in town, Ive had to stop there because it was late when I left the ER and the drive through always takes forever even when u can clearly see the store is empty, prices insanely high, I had a script for lidocaine patches for back and they wanted 320$ for 5, I called Northside and they told me they had the generic brand, and that they had the exact same ingredients for under 50$ for a box of 10..shop homegrown small businesss they need us like they we have needed them over the years!

Difficult to understand staff, no one speaks clearly on the phone.

The manager is very disrespectful and does not treat customers correctly as well as staff.

The pharmacy manager attitude is horrible. If you dont like your job you should get another one. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP.

I went to pick up my medicine, at Walgreens in thomaston after being told it was there, i was told it would be a 30min wait, on the return another clerk told me it wasnt there and would have to be ordered, after it was supposedly been ordered a week and 3days ago this FREAKING SUCKS.

Worst place ever.
