The employees were genuinely sweet and the coffee/icecream always tastes wonderful. They deserve every tip and good review they get.

Nasty iced mocha. I asked the person making it to make it sweet and they said we have granulated sugar. How is that going to melt into an iced coffee. Supporting small businesses get you this kind of service. Save your money and go to Starbucks.

My first visit was awesome! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional. The place is kept very clean. The best part is the ice cream. The only problem is that I don’t have enough room in my stomach for a scoop of each flavor. I’ll have to keep coming back until I have them all. I hope I don’t have to let out my pants. I would definitely recommend this place. I can’t wait to come back. I wish them much success and hope they are here for many years to come.

Great place for coffee and ice cream

Minus the bites out of Emilys cone, this is what $10.17 gets you for two partially stale waffle cones with two tiny scoops of ice cream each at Main St Cone & Coffee plus the young girl that waited on us today was very rude and acted like we bothering her down time. The scoops are not even whole scoops. I know this from working at an ice cream parlor. We gave them another chance because last time we went they had just opened and the staff was super friendly that time. But, the last time we went there we got frozen lattes that we threw away in the trash can outside of the door they tasted so terrible. Sad to say, we will not be supporting that local business. We gave them another chance and they failed my expectations and my pocketbook!

Took my grandbabies here for the first time. We were really excited! We each ordered a scoop on a small waffle cone that are advertised to be fresh everyday. Not sure what happened but the cones were not fresh. They tasted on the stale side. The ice cream was great! I will give them another try and hope for a fresher cone!

Its such a cute, quaint place with one of my fave colors on the wall. Has a nice ambience for a coffee shop. Nice quiet place to go to think or enjoy your company. Im not a coffee drinker so I cant speak to that, but I do love hot chocolate. The girl at the counter was extremely friendly and talkative. But when I walked out with my fresh hot chocolate it wasnt hot, so that was a bummer. However, Im willing to go back. Hope they continue to succeed, nice place to go on Main St. & attached to the antique emporium.

Love visiting this place in downtown Thomasville. Went three times this week. Kids and dog get ice cream and momma gets coffee. Then we hang outside and watch the trains go by.

Ice Cream is amazing

My wife and I took our daughters (ages 4 and 1) to Main Street Cone & Coffee tonight after dinner and it was awesome. The owner and the staff there were incredible and provided a level of customer service that you rarely see anymore this day and age. Our four year old had been craving her favorite flavor of ice cream (Superman, which they carry) and she was thoroughly enjoying her cone. She had eaten it down to the very bottom of the cone, which is her favorite part because it is the final bite of pure ice cream and crunch all meshed together. She accidentally dropped this final bite on the floor making it instantly trash. Her eyes began to tear up when we told her she couldn’t eat it since it fell on the floor. The owner and his staff didn’t miss a beat. They cut her off a bottom of another cone, put Superman ice cream on it and let her finish that final bite on the house. It made her evening and ours. In addition to this the atmosphere is great. All the best oldies music, good ice cream, friendly staff, and right in the heart of historic downtown Thomasville. Oh yeah, they also make great coffee. We will definitely be back! Great place to hang out with family, friends, or to just quickly drop in to get something for the road.

My husband and I love this ice cream and coffee shop. The atmosphere along with the great staff make for a great time. There is plenty of seating inside or you can sit outside and watch the trains roll by. Ice cream in a homemade waffle cone is awesome. Love this local shop!

Such a cute spot in Thomasville! We chose two different ice cream flavors and one my partner will not stay quiet about now haha. He LOVED the Apple pie one. I cannot for the life of me remember the one I got but it was super sweet and had cookie chunks in it I believe. Anyway the small shop is adorable and the service is wonderful.

Great relaxed atmosphere. Takes you back to simpler times. The staff is attentive and very patient when you are trying to decide. You just have a good feeling there.

Yes, the ice cream is Hersheys icecream and it was delicious (ignore the Jay Holder review, he gives this place 3 stars for Hersheys ice cream yet gives another local icecream shop 5 stars for serving the exact same ice cream).Not a big coffee fan in general, but I enjoyed the iced mocha I got. It was strong, but good. And the staff has always been friendly and professional.
