I bought my 1999 Oldsmobile Bravada from the Lakewood location. I live in the mountains and on my way home the engine blew. 2 hours later I was in tears, they offered another vehicle in replacement not one I was satisfied with but really had no choice so I took it. Believe it or not that engine also blew on my way home. I cried even more, as my husband consoled me management stepped-up right away and gave us a new vehicle to go home with while they came up with a plan. I received a call just a couple of days after and they offered to replace the engine in my original choice. I just paid my car off and love it! Thanks for your amazing customer service and care. I am fully satisfied with my vehicle ☺

Bought a rav 4, broke down 3 months later. Had to file for bankruptcy to avoid paying for a broken down car. Dont buy from these scam artists. All their vehicles are lemons on the verge of collapse.

As a first time car buyer I bought a used Nissan Murano here a little under a year ago. After only driving 4,000 miles, I had to replace the pads and rotors because I wasnt expecting to burn through the pads so soon after buying it. Then a few months later I had to pay out of pocket to replace the radiator because the vehicle started overheating and this was not covered in the warranty. I was under the impression that everything engine related would be covered in this warranty when I purchased it (Im not a mechanic so to me that means everything under the hood). Ive already had to spend 1200 in repairs (not including maintenance) on this vehicle, so I called and asked if there was anything they could do. I was told thats typical wear and tear on a used vehicle and you gotta pay for it like everyone else. Guess its a very loose inspection before the sale. Long story, short its on me and I shouldve known better. D1 taught me a lot about buying a used car, just dont do it and if you have to dont buy one at D1!

Had a great experience here buying a car last week. We went to King Credit because several friends recommended talking to Lloyd. They said he would treat us right, and he did! We got there a little late in the evening and they stayed there until the deal was done. Though the selection was small we immediately found a car we liked, a 2011 KIA Sorento. And Lloyd made sure we took it home. So far, a week later, we are very happy with our purchase!

Not a bad place, I have purchased a few cars here. They are always willing to help and work with you once your in the car as well. Seems a little high cost but for the buy here pay here option you expect to pay more. They do referral cash which is always nice and the card are usually clean and working only had one issue years ago but they made it right. Will buy here again, new management so cant comment on the customer service yet...

Ive been been talked at and not to like I have here. I spent a few moments on the phone with one individual, Vin I believe and he was great, attentive, listened and welcoming. The following day, spoke with Lloyd who simply didnt listen, hard to get a word in edge wise, and basically gave every reason to not purchase a vehicle. I had a bad experience through Car Hop and was super mad when they lied to me and still was unwilling to finance a car with me. I had lost hope and on the way home we saw Kings Credit and turned around and went in but in my head I kept telling myself I wouldnt get approved. I am so disappointed in this place. They took advantage of my naive, sweet-natured girlfriend who doesnt have one mean or ill natured bone in her body who just wants to enjoy life and treat everybody as if theyre her own family. They tricked her into paying $8,000 for a vehicle that is worth $3,000, of which in the end will have paid just north of $11,000 with interest.... Well, thats the cost of repairing your credit is their justification, Im sure. Absolutely not. That was straight up theft. I was outside waiting in my car because I knew that if she felt wrong or iffy about the whole thing to just say NO and we would come back tomorrow. Then I went and looked up the value and I was LIVID. I sent texts from outside saying DO NOT DO IT...DO NOT DO IT... I didnt want to go in and embarrass her, mind you. After she read my texts she said to them shes too nervous right now to make the commitment and she doesnt think she can afford it and things like that. Well, they somehow manipulated her back to buying it again and BOOM! Poor thing is making $500 a month payments on a feature stripped 2005 Ford Escape with a hundred and eighteen thousand miles on it that has the most irritating electrical whirring sound from under the dash that makes you want put a shotgun in your mouth and end it all. Shes still mostly in the dark on it. She doesnt understand things like this ... or why a business would do something like this to someone. So Ive never brought it up to her. She thinks she got a good deal. I dont want to say anything because I would hate to see her hurt. Im ashamed this business exists so close to my home. Get some morals. Then again, what goes around comes around.
