I want to start by saying this could have easily been a 5 star review. We met with the manager and he was super knowledgeable and helpful for us first time billiard players. The delivery team was top notch, very friendly and accommodating. We however were given a ping ping top that was smashed up on the corner and look like it had been used. We are still awaiting a plan to get that replaced.

Left with an absolutely beautiful pool table. Extremely nice, patient, honest, knowledgeable staff. Love that THEY set up the pool table, not a third party. We had an issue with the table as delivered, they fixed it as soon as possible and with no trouble.

This shop is hands-down amazing! They know what theyre talking about, they have a great selection and amazing quality products. What really sets these guys apart is their customer service. They make sure youre taken care of, I have zero worries when I buy from these guys. I have one of their pool tables, a set of custom bar stools, and fancy cue sticks...every purchase has been wonderful :)

Five years ago we purchased an Olhausen table, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The table is gorgeous and unique with Buffalo nickel markers and custom felt. It’s gorgeous, and our friends rave about our pool table. It is the showcase of our bar basement!

It was a great experience.. my husband is very picky and they worked with him for over an hour trying different darts etc until he found the set he was most happy with. I found a set I absolutely loved from the beginning and they were so helpful, friendly, and just overall awesome. Will definitely return anytime I need something bar/entertainment related. Plan to eventually go back for a poker set and bar stools as well as eventually a gaming table.

They have a lot of stuff here. My favorite is is the wide selection of pool sticks and darts.The cashier was friendly and also threw in a free carry bag for my new pool stick purchase. Awesome!

The waitress and experience was great. I had ribs but really theres no flavor. I got dry ribs sure but even dry ribs have spices and flavor it just tasted like I was eating plain ribs. For a first experience there I wasnt impressed with the food. The lady who served us was awesome though.

We loved this place. Stopped in late last year but were not ready to buy. The guys there are very friendly, helpful, even a bit playful. Today we did order the table and barstools. Everything in stock, will be delivered free and set up on the date we picked. I am sure it will be 5☆ too! Great job guys!!

We walked in the door and walked around for about 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. There were two salesmen at the counter having a private conversation.When we were acknowledged, the salesman asked how he could get us started. When we said that we were interested in an RPG table, he said that we should go to a different store. He then suggested we google it.

Met these nice people at the Garden and Home Show. We got our recliner sofa here and it is worth every penny. I love my sofa its so comfortable. I did a lot of shopping around and they have great quality and selection for the price. Could you get a electric recliner sofa for less? Yes, but the quality will not be there. I have had the sofa for over 6 months and still very happy with my selection.

Giving a 5 stars because of the customer service. I visited the store several times considering an air hockey table. After much debate, I purchased one. Upon setting it up - which was no small feat at 300+ pounds - we realized that it was missing parts needed to attach the motor. We called at 10 a.m., by 11:15 they were at our house with the parts and helped fix it. I was surprised and so happy that they cared enough to help us out before Christmas.

Very dissapointed with hours, I drove from 44th and federal after work to get here today for them to close at 5:45 pm. Second time I made the drive to find them closed early, wont be going a third time. If you advertise hours stick to them you lost a customer!

Came in looking for a pool table, the older gentleman who worked at the front counter did not acknowledge we were there even though there were only 3 customers including us that Friday afternoon.

Drove all the way up from Denver and they’re closed for Mother’s Day.Got to respect them for wanting to close for Mother’s Day.My wife went into DeLuth which is next-door anyways, and I said in front on the bench for probably 20 minutes and watched 15 people go to the door that were disappointed they were closed can I guess they lost a lot of moneyI’ll shop somewhere else

You close at 6PM? A lot of people are getting off work around that time. I have to think that you are missing out on business. Id be open until 8pm.
