I absolutely love and adore their vanilla latte with some sweet cream. Kat makes it to a perfection and I can say it’s one of my all-time favorite coffee, and I’m so glad I found Allegro!

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in! Coffee is amazing and unique. Today we tried the Vietnamese cold brew and got a classic chai latte. I’m very happy!

At first I thought this was just their corporate headquarters, but it does have a public facing coffee shop and hang out area. From inside you can see some of their roasting activities, which is very cool! The coffee itself was really good: I had the Vietnamese coffee and it was amazing! It had really good coffee flavor with a strong coffee kick, with condensed milk to sweeten it.

This place is wonderful. Kat and Joshua are always super nice. If what you want isnt available theyre quick with a new suggestion or a close match to what you wanted. The place is quiet and inviting. The coffee is always great!

Very disappointed in skill of baristas. Every milk drink becomes a latte. Americano are very watery. Drip coffee is weaker than anticipated.I like allegro coffee. I avoid this cafe.

My favorite place for coffee in this part of town! Allegro is a little tricky to find, but its an interesting coffee shop attached to their corporate office.Super friendly baristas that make great coffee and espresso drinks.Theres also a huge selection of whole bean and ground coffee, including organic, bird friendly, rainforest alliance certified and fair trade options. Every roast Ive tried has been delicious.The atmosphere is airy and somewhat industrial and theres plenty of space to spread out.

Ordered a delicious latte from here. Nice, cozy space to get some work done while on a business trip. Tried their cold brew too which I didnt like as much, but Id absolutely come here again for their latte. Friendly staff, too.

I love Allegros! Great coffee at a good price. They have many milk substitutes such as coconut, almond and oat. Also the atmosphere is great for getting some computer work done or just catching up with a small group of friends. I love the iced chai latte with oat milk.

Fantastic coffee! This is coffee for people who really like coffee, not the stuff sold in the green and white cup on every corner. They grind every fresh and have multiple methods of brewing and a great selection of different coffee beans from blends to single location. Only problem is that theyre not open on weekends.

The drinks here are amazing! The taste and atmosphere are very pleasing. If you want great photos for Instagram, come and get the birthday cake coffee.

Hidden gem, outstanding coffee and tea, plus awesome people. This is a great place to meet with friends, family or coworkers. Free wifi and power is available on the bench. We love the space so much, we copied it for our offices employee break room!

We always enjoy the atmosphere Allegro coffee. They make top-notch cappuccinos lattes and regular brewed coffee. They also have some little food snacks and breakfast items as well. Its definitely a winning coffee shop

I really like Allegro Coffee here. The roasting smell from the factory outside the building is to die for. Friendly people, great seating, and quiet enough you can actually have a conversation with someone! My only disappointment, is if this is the Allegro Coffee shop, why wouldnt they put more than ONE coffee on at a time? Whey not have several selections for customers to choose from? Allegro makes a huge amount of beans available in different roast and flavors.

Great atmosphere and fantastic coffee. The baristas are warm, welcoming, and skilled at what they do. I accidentally left my wallet at home and they let me pay with what cash I had even though I didnt have the full amount.

Its my favorite local coffee shop and cafe. Attached to the main roasting facility, its the perfect place to buy coffee by the pound, tea, spices, and try some crafted drinks and teas. The staff is friendly and so knowledgable about coffee!

The smell of roasting beans is what lured me in. Because the coffee shop is located in the roasting facility, it was an unexpected find nestled in an otherwise industrial looking space. The coffee is excellent!!!! You can see into the bean processing area to see how the beans get moved along. Great baristas!

Really great people making very good coffee! The whole set up is super cool: funky industrial vibe, cool art, and you can see the whole bean operation through the back windows.

Nice new clean place hidden away from traffic view. Large hot mocha was delicious. Was a nice place to quietly chat with a friend.

With the upgrade to coffee shop it looks amazing. Plus this coffee shop has a window you can see the coffee plant in motion. How much fresher can you be. This a awesome place to visit. Wish the hours were longer though.

They gave me a discount for bringing my own cup. I ordered a small mocha latte since its enough caffeine for me and they filled my cup all the way. This is my go to place for the coffee and tea as well as pastries. So glad its close to home.

Love this place! Very good quality drinks, and a spacious atmosphere! One of the only good places for a Matcha Latte in town, or the only one I’ve found so far! Also carry oat milk, which is a big plus for me.😍Only downfall would be that they don’t open until 7am. I wish they would at least open at 6:30am, and considering the amount of people ahead of me right at 7am, they would have no trouble getting the business. Everyone is ready for some Allegro before 7, just sayin!😊

Its quiet and nice inside; staff was friendly. Ive heard good things about this place, but I ordered a cappuccino and Ive never tasted worse espresso in my life. My friend ordered a latte and obviously the espresso was also disgusting. I was disappointed since so many people hyped it up to be good.

The best place for real espresso, tea and pourover. Cant get fresher when you can see the actual roaster. If you like candied unicorn phlegm that matches your UGGs then maybe not, but they are purists who craft coffees from around the world and do it right.

Really impressed by this place. Connected to the roastery so presumably as fresh as coffee gets. Cozy atmosphere. Not loud. No. Obnoxious music like a Starbucks. Drinks are cheap and as good as anywhere. And the nitro hibiscus tea for the tea drinkers is unique and tasty. Highly recommend it as a work or study location.

Great roasted coffee by the pound (with a loyalty punch program!), awesome coffee drinks, an always changing selection of eclectic coffee accoutrements and a great staff, in a location that is never crowded. Convenient under the radar spot if youre a Thornton local, but worth the visit for anybody.

There arent many coffee shops around here that arent starbucks or dunkin. But even if there were, Id still go to Allegro. Not only is the cafe a great space to relax and get some work done, but its affordable and delicious. Theyre one of the few coffee shops Ive been to in Colorado (and I think Ive tried them all by now) that offer coconut milk. Theyre also the most affordable place to get your morning cup. Bonus that you can see inside the factory.

Nice, woodsy decorated cafe and roastry tucked away in industrial warehouse section of town. Better tasting and prices than Whole Foods (though its the same coffee brand they carry; could be the baristas skills, freshness of beans, and brand of milk/cream they carry vs. at Whole Foods). Cool to see the roaster in the back. Good service. Little retail shop wall with all of their beans, Whole Food spices and teas, and 2 mile deep natural water.

Allegro is a cool coffee shop with a nice variety of drinks, and it was much cheaper than other coffee shops.

Love this place! Been coming here since 2012 and the people now are not so friendly as they once were here. Not so welcoming. Austin was very nice but the female was snotty and rude. You used to walk in here and FEEL the good vibes, you could tell people lived what they did now its just a job not good vibes. Hopefully something changes. What happened to my tumeric latte??? No longer the same for sure

A little hard to find, but worth it. The barista was very knowledgeable, and made me an excellent cortado, and then a americano. The place was spacious and clean. Definately going back again.

They roast coffee there, I think. Cafe is open to the public during the week, until about 2p. Great drinks, friendly baristas, solid WIFI, reasonable prices and an amazing selection of single origin coffees. These Allegro folks imported a coffee from Myanmar (Burma) about 5 minutes after Aung San Suu Kyi prevailed upon the military leaders to open up the country to trade with the West. Brilliant.
