Thanks so much to Dalton in the framing department. I took in two 16x20 frames with my daughters senior pictures in them. I had tried to replace the glass in them and made a total mess. Dalton spent about 30 minutes working on them and I was able to take them home and hang them back on the wall. I was so relieved. He was very kind and helpful. I highly would recommend him and his framing talents.

The store manager (at least I think she is) is super duper nice. I went in with the intent to purchase 1-2 things so I didnt grab a cart. Of course I found many things I didnt realize I needed and had my arms full of things. She noticed my struggle and went to grab a cart for me. She is always smiling and greeting everyone.

Very clean and beautiful! However, we asked a gentleman at the front if we could have a cart of flowers on hold at the front while we ran to our car really quick. We came back less than 5 minutes, maybe to a shift switch, a lady was standing there and had no idea what was going on. The gentleman hadn’t passed off our hold, and another woman was putting them away already. They are for a wedding so we were a bit distraught as we spent some time planning. Luckily the woman putting them away had a great memory and was able to find the flowers she had already put back. I’m a manager at another major retailer, communication is key, it’s like he just walked away. Thank you for finding helping us get them back though ma’am!

There is a pretty good selection at this Hobby Lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they had everything I needed. A little dissapointed to see the company get rid of the 40% coupon, but still most of what I bought was on sale.

My Autistic wife had been given a few hobby items to build as a birthday gift. We came in to exchange them bc she already had the ones she was gifted. The manager refused to let her use her exchange card on her purchase and then when we got to the next Hobby Lobby to do so they informed us that the card had been completely drained of its funds.The manager, Dustin, is extremely rude and this store is notorious for accusing customers of theft who are not in fact stealing.Do yourself a favor and do not shop at this store.

My disabled daughter was sitting down on the floor, due I her disability she cant stand for long periods of time. She was excited to start a new project... And was looking at her yarn choices, while waiting for me to finish my shopping. Then 3 employees surrounded her like she was a criminal, and kept telling her she had to buy the yarn... After she repeatedly told them she was buying the yarn, they would not leave...until I came over and told them she is buying the yarn. We will not be shopping at Hobby Lobby any more! And neither will my friends it family. Worst customer service ever.

I was followed around as if I was doing something wrong. I had more then enough money to pay for my items but since I was looking for a particular paint brush, and I was looking down every isle. I was being followed by this female who had told me to leave and thought i was stealing. Just an fyi I just had spent over $200 there around christmas time. I use to love this place and now I will shop at Michaels from now on and so will my family members. 🖕you hobby lobby!!!

This is a big hobby lobby, large seasonal section just inside of the doors. This location boasts a large floral, fabric, and framing departments. We were seeking specific cake decorating items and thought this location lacked what some other stores have provided. This location has just 1 sole aisle with mainly fondant offerings. You can find a lot here but if you need something specific, or out of the norm, call ahead or check online.

The store is pretty large and is stocked up with a wide variety of different things. They have every hobby item you could possibly need from knitting supplies to woodworking materials to arts and crafts. The store also include a bunch of different toys and Knick knacks that are great for kids. If you are looking to buy holiday decorations, they have options for every holiday and season, and they also have a small clothing and costume section to choose from. Overall everything is organized pretty well but since the store is very large it can be hard to navigate at times.

Hobby Lobby is great! Had a piece of art framed and they took care of everything professionally and very helpful.

This store sells supplies and kits for almost every hobby that an adult or child can have. Also housing decor, cards, picture frames, sewing fabric, etc. Anticipate many, many shoppers before any major holiday. Does not have any place to sit down to rest. Does not have any small electric carts for people with mobility issues. Cashiers and stockers are all very friendly.

This was one of the nicer and cleaner Hobby Lobbys Ive been to. Staff was friendly enough, although none of them ever asked me if they could help me find anything, which would have actually been very helpful for this particular trip. Also couldnt use the 40% off coupon on the product I bought. It could have been used on a different brand of the same product, however the one I purchased was the only option available, so thats a little frustrating, but overall, nice store, Ill go back if Im in the area.

Its amazing to me that a store in the year 2020 dosent have any type of inventory system in place. The cashiers just manually type prices in for everything in the store. You can find some really good deals if you visit during sales. Not a place for the covid responsible

One of my favorite stores for craft and hobby interests of all types. It is always organized and clean. They are not a greedy store; their employees are off by 8 PM and they are closed on Sunday to observe a day of rest for their staff.

The store is always clean and the staff is usually eager to help. Sometimes you cannot find anyone in the store though.

Close your stores, stop the spread. Think about your workers and patrons health over your profits.
