This is one of the few places I can go to purchase Colombian goodies. And the deli counter is very yummy. I wish the customer service was a bit better/more helpful but overall I always get what I came for (and more) here

I would have given this place 5 stars but I agree with other reviews. The customer service can be improved. Staff seem to be upset working there. Today I went to buy bread (pan dulce). When I bit into one of them there was a really long hair in my mouth! Giving it two stars because I can always find good produce and have not always had bad experiences.

I stopped into Mi Pueblo Market on a Sunday shortly after 12 pm. The fresh produce and shelves appeared to be stocked well. I had found everything that I needed within reasonable prices. It was an enjoyable experience. I do hope to shop for more items at Mi Pueblo Market in the future.

I love the fresh tortillas. I cant eat a whole package so the ladies will divide one and sell half stacks.Language is sometimes a barrier as my Spanish is muy poquito. But theyre always willing to help or get someone who speaks English if we cant figure it out together.I dont think the Property Management takes pride in the businesses. So its old, dark & dingy. Which makes it look dirty. But they are cleaning regularly.Fresh produce almost always looks & tastes great. Sometimes interesting things. If I observe several people buying something, I will get it & try it. Most things are marked in English & Spanish, so I am expanding my vocabulary.Prices are a little high on some items, but I think comparable considering this is a small market & not a large box store.

Security at the entrance asking to see my vaccine card to enter? I dont think so! Complete HIPPA/PHI violation. Completely lost my business.

Stopped by Sunday at 8am and it was so organized and all employees were cleaning. Isles were stocked perfectly. I was Impressed. This is my favorite place to get meat. Certain things are a little pricey but I get It import costs are high

The Lady was rude when my mom tried to send money to her mom and the lady said o sorry we are closed

Good store, great variety of Hispanic goods, food served at deli is also great. Overall pretty complete and good prices on most all products (of course here you may compromise a little, price over quality). Great if you want a snack place too if you dont want to do it yourself (chilindrinas, fresas con crema, fruta en chile, etc.).

I do not recommend coming here, the customer service is horrible, they also have no hearts my friend was having a seizure and they kicked us out because they were embarrassed

Good place cheaper prices for produce and meats. They all types of hustles going on in here. Come for groceries leave with purses or movies too 😂😂Wouldnt recommend their food though. The tacos were wrong and dry the limes were old cilantro was wilted as well.. 🤦🏾

Customer service here is horrible. We were shopping and wanted to order some food to go. We were told that the cart must stay on store side so we left the cart there with everything with had grabbed and ordered from the butcher. We grabbed our food it took us 5 minutes and when we got to the cart they had taken everything back. My mom was a bit confused and upset. She asked why they did that and the manager was walking by and said it was because it was left alone and we explained it had been five minutes and we left personal things in the cart. The manager responded in a very rude manner that she did not care and she had already sent someone to put everything back. She walked away calling us names in Spanish thinking we didnt understand. Later as we were paying for our things after we got everything back the manager came by again bumped into me while walking by. I am not sure why she was so upset but this behaviour is extremely unprofessional. I will never go back there again and from reading other reviews I can tell im not tbe only one who has had a bad experience. Worst grocery store I have ever been to.

No line when we went, everyone we saw was wearing a mask. Clean store. The produce was very fresh the meat too. The cash registers we moving along quickly workers very friendly. Plenty of parking too.

Needs sensitivity training. Needs to communicate in English unless customer does not speak it and needs to be communicated with in another language. I stopped spending my money with you guys it makes me very sad as I love you guys being from Jamaica with a small business too. I used to buy my goat and oxtails there. No more!!!!

This place is awesome. The produce is well priced, fresh and they have a nice variety. The meat counter is always busy but everyone is polite and friendly. They have a great bakery and the cakes look like people love them. Weekends they have a set up going outside cooking some fabulous bbq.

This store has a variety of grocery items and consumer goods that appeal to the customer with a taste of Mexico. Offering a mix of American items at great prices as well. They also have an excellent bakery, that specializes in Mexican favorites. You can also sit casually and eat made to order Mexican cuisine throughout the day. They make a variety fresh fruit punches to quench your thirst!

The only reason I give 3 stars to this place is that you have to go well dress, otherwise the security guards look all over you and check your bags if you havent steal something. But all other employees are great

Horrible customer service. Was treated very badly. Got attitude when I asked if it was just one bag of groceries. I was told yes but that was not the case. I did not get 1/2 of what I purchased. I live 40 minutes away from the store and dont have all I purchased ridiculous. I will never go back there.

Steak tacos were good but over priced for what you get. Menudo was nearly the worst Ive ever had. Will never order menudo from here again.

Came to get some hot food. To start off with the cashier is cleaning a refrigerator door for like 3 minutes do the same spot again and again. Why would she do that you ask she is to busy talking to the other kitchen staff and is lost in the story. I ask for some pupusas I know they take time to cook. So I ask her how long she says I dont know there is none made. She ask the cook and she says like 10 to 15 minutes did someone order some. Yes I did!! She is too busy in her story telling she never tells them about my order. I would suggest going elsewhere where there will be way better customer service a place that actually wants your business.

Its a good Mexican market place, and one of the only ones left in this general area. They have produce, meat, a bakery, and ice cream served by an employee. Its clean and well organized

Still a great place. Great selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, cheeses, baked goods and shelf goods. The staff are polite, helpful and patient.

They carry food unimaginably delicious and low priced. Better know some Spanish!

Friendly staff but lately the people working the meat section dont know what they are doing, get confused with specials on wednesdays, type in the wrong codes so they dot give you the right price on the meat and dont know their cuts. Other than that the produce is at an amazing price and the bakery is good.

The steak was torched and crunchy and had zero flavor, the tortas are beyond lacking in flavor and fell apart. And if youre white expect to wait far longer than another race, even if youve already placed your order others will be served before the white people.

I been going to this store for a long time used to love all the service, product, and food, but from like 6 months to now the service, and product has gone from very good to poor, very poor. I really now prefer to go to another store, I dont care to pay 10 to 20 cents more for better product and service.....

There are a total of 7 registers and only 3 open. Everything is over priced and the produce department is nasty. Wish i could give it 1/2 a star.

Ive been there for a lot of years as a customer. I have witnessed flies in the food, mice wandering everywhere, and the bathroom looks like a gang territory vandalized, and Paola the attendance lady just laughed about it. The manager Carmen Analla was so stubborn when she was informed and replied rudely, Go somewhere else to buy your bread. Also the security guard Victor Victoria got all nervous when I told him in front of his face normally they have an unhealthy place. The customer service wasnt great at all they have absolutely 0.000% no respect and dignity whatsoever. The A/C was always never on and they dont care wether its hot or cold.

I just left the store really upset i work near the store and went during my lunch hour! went to the restaurant and order 2 pupusas when i tried to pay there credit card machine is not working i said thats fine i will pay at the cashier up front i go and do some more buying getting meat and some veggies i take about 15 to 20 mins to give the restaurant time to make my food.. i pay and go back to the restaurant and guess what the lady in charge of my order forgot to tell the cook about my order! i was told it will be another 20 mins before my food is ready I said why !! i order first am still in my lunch hour and I dont have the time to wait.. i was told i can get something else or leave pretty much take it or leave it.. seriously i not only did not get what i wanted but i got horrible service and i got stuck with something else i didnt want.....the cook, the restaurant cashier were both talking among each other and chewing their gum like there was no tomorrow......

Cashier always mess up with my purchase and add something I never bought. Sometimes they choose a super expensive item and weight it with another item. e.g I bought a 4 lbs onions which was $.99 for 4 lbs and they charged me for a cactus which was 5.99 per lbs which cost me 6x times more than what my initial purchase was. They do these alot and I personally have experienced similar thing happening with my purchases 60-70% of the time. I go there still to buy fresh fruits and vegetables and now keep a close eye on the items that gets scanned.

This place its ok to get groceries, sometimes you need to get there early if you want to get the good stuff, the kitchen though is not very good, they make really good gorditas there but its been 4 weeks in a row that I go there trying to get one and they never have them and they are just to lazy to make more, good bred though.

Staff is not friendly. The store feels and looks dirty, unorganized. Even the produce looked dirty. I used to go here for the produce prices, but Ill just pay the extra couple bucks and go to Sprouts.
