I brought my car in for some body work after an accident, the customer service was very high quality and the staff was courteous and kind. My car looked brand new after their repairs and it was done very quickly too! Sam and Leticia were wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable in their field. Even when my car had some engine troubles, they were more than happy to come out and take a look, fixing the issue! That was some amazing service! I definitely reccomend this place for any mechanical maintenance or touch ups!

Great experience with a body shop. Leticia and Sam are wonderful, helpful, and patient. I dont have phone service at my house which was not a problem because they were more than happy to communicate via email. They were organized, got the job done fast, and most importantly gave me my car back cleaner than it was dropped off as! Also easy to work with them with insurances too if that is needed!

Our brand new 2020 Army Green Tacoma Pro had a cracked rear bumper due to a small collision while parking. After visiting several body shops in the area, we choose American Collision Centers. General Manager Sam took the time to explain the process a provided a competitive and realistic bid. We could tell right away he understood the process because he had done two identical repairs the week before for another customer. He initially ordered the replacement parts and matched the vehicle color paint by using all the most advanced techniques. Once the parts arrived, we dropped the truck off and he provided a nice clean loaner vehicle during the repair process. He directly contacted our insurance adjuster for all the necessary paper work and needed changes, keeping us informed of every detail and steps taken. Our truck was delivered as promised, washed in & out, and in mint repaired condition! The mechanics, painters, and front desk staff, Letícia, were all top notch. I have used Sam multiple times now for my car(s) throughout the years. Im super OCD and as Sam knows I cannot handle the slightest ding or scratch. I was in an accident (totally ok) a truck driver literally backed his car onto the top of mine and I was freaking out. Sam took me in and even lent me a free rental car while my car was in the shop for a few weeks. He updated me every single day with details and I was so happy to get my car back in like mint condition. I recently had a scratch on the top part of my life gate and again Sam to the rescue. He took my car in, helped me with the whole insurance process, and my car was done in a matter of days. He also lent me his loaner car free of charge and once I got my car back and smelt how amazing and new it was inside after they got done washing it he even hooked this girl up with some of that special cleaner so now I can keep my car smelling like a brand new car. Thank you so much Sam. Im sure youll be seeing me in a month or so when I see a new scratch or dent ha!

Sam was way easier to deal with than my insurance company! He knew what they were going to do before they did it. And he was completely right! I went there after I had been rear ended on the freeway. I had been to other body shops in town over the years and the only one I had been happy with was North Ranch Bodycraft in the late 90s early 2000s. Well I am happy to now have found American. They got me in within a week, did a great job and the paint matches perfectly! I was really surprised because I went in with poor expectations from the results I had received up the from up the street and left kicking myself for not coming here instead.
