My fiance and I come here often for groceries and other essentials and household items. Its convenient right down the street, but I wish they wouldnt let petitioners stand outside of the store and harass customers. Otherwise the store is clean and orderly and the employees are great.

They never answer their phones! I called because an item was missing from my order pick up which has happened before and it took 5 calls to 5 different departments to get someone. The guy I spoke to said they don’t keep people to answer the phones. Turns out the item was never picked for my order and when I asked to speak to a manager sure enough I was placed on hold and the manager never answered and the phone hung up on me. It’s worth the drive to any other target location for better customer service then this one.

The actual Target staff, all of them, and Security are ABOVE 5 Stars but stay AWAY from Tech! What is wrong with the individuals there who next to nothing can be said Professional, Kind, Reliable or Friendly about? Go to a Wireless retailer or Best Buy. Especially this Tech Team at Newbury Park Target are abominable! Again, Target employees here who really do care are the best. The WLV Tech Team are even worse, if that can be imagined.

Store is dirty, disorganized, and rarely has the items I want in stock.Also, they sell NECA products, which they should be embarrassed by because literally 33% of all NECA products are broken before you even get them out of the box. Why does Target carry this garbage?

This store is clean, safe, and well organized. My wife was particularly impressed during our visit with how the layout of the cosmetics section of the store is vastly improved over how it was previously.

Well there is not much difference from another locations but like all stablisments the manager in charge is the one to make the correct desitions ...What is the best thing to do for your repeat customers .As everyone know every store have they favorites.With all of this craziness happening around we can understand the keeping the store with supplies is key to have a great successful day at the store..Water, cleaning products, paper rolls, eggs, milk...You guys knows what the people want...Please give as much as you guys can to stay safe for you and for the rest of us..I hope all of this caos finish soon .We will come back again hoping everything will be better ..As much a communication between your employees and supervisors and of course management..Will make the difference..Thank you for your effort and dedication that you guys give every day

Convenient and I find what Im looking for.I will shop at this Target again.

Quick and easy order & pickup. Only issue was the red Im Here button disappeared on the app when we pulled in and I kept trying to find and could not, but it some other notification link three times. Felt bad for the team member who apologized for the wait, but we didnt wait, it was an app issue.

The associate was very nice and efficient. This process of ordering the items online and then getting notification that its ready for pickup via email is brilliant and it works soooo well! Thank you Target!

Typical Target. Same store layout. Store is clean. Shelves are messy and products are difficult to locate. Very busy store and parking lot.

Its ironic that you mailed this survey to me today because I was independently going to write Target corporate about my visit. This store is an absolute embarrassment to Target. It is horrifically unkempt. Shelves are bare and if there are things on them they are from different departments - people just dropping off something they dont want but obviously no personnel to go around cleaning up. The entrance area, with the $1, $3, $5 items is absolutely a mess! Every bin either completely barren or in complete and total disarray! This isnt the first time Ive encountered this at this store, and I tossed it off a one off but it is like this EVERY time I go now! It used to be so fun going up and down the aisles, often spending more than Id planned because everything looks so nice...I couldnt wait to get out of this disaster of a store!

Great selection and nice place to shop. Target Newbury Park needs to get the guy camping overnight out of their parking lot. Hes camping in in a Mobile Home with a 24/7 Generator running with exhaust fumes positioned on the pavement in the lot. A bit disturbing. Once you let one guy do it then more will come since there is no enforcement. Im as compassionate as the next guy but this guy needs to be told to move along. Plenty of place to squat in the Desert.

I am tired of being harassed at this location every time I come to shop by people with tables and political agendas trying to get signatures

Target has everything I need and don’t need but want lol the only complaint I have for this store was they need to turn up the AC! It was so hot in there for guests and employees.

Its target they have anything and everything and the app drive up service is beyond next level especially having it even before covid really kept our family on point

I always find fun things I dont really need.

Less than half of the people were wearing a mask. Even the cashier had his UNDER his nose and kept touching it. The woman disinfecting the carts was using her cloth to wipe her face.

Excellent customer service by Sky and all the other ladies in the fitting room area also very helpful & friendly. Great Target store there just wish it was a bit bigger. Nice selection of clearance items.

Hey there commradians, I hope everyone is well and stays safe. I feel blessed that we could pull together and reopen our community. Target in Newbury Park one of our essentials stayed put for us and with doors wide open. Maybe they dont have procedures well practiced and on cue. I had returns I had been holding onto For-Ev-Er. Went in and was told my receipt was out of date and illegible. When the manager (her name begins with M) was called for clearance. She said no. My receipt was not scanning properly. Hey lady Fruit-of-the-Loom 5pk. shirts w/ pocket is pretty clear. And they were unopened and pristine. Oh well, so theyll fit my niece and not my uncle. Lesson learned. Were still cool Target.

Orders, no matter how small, are correct, on time and convenient. Love you TARGET!

New paint job looks like a correctional facility.

I purchased an item, there were multiples of this item in the same place on the shelf, and the tag below said $8.99. I went to the register to pay and it came up over $22.00. California state law requires the item to be sold at the price where the item is located. This was not my fault, but the fault of Target employees putting the item in the incorrect places on the shelf. I asked for a supervisor, and she still would not accommodate me correctly in accordance with California state laws. Horrible experience. Will never return to the horrible, non policy or law abiding store. I will happily spend the extra 10 - 15 minutes driving to Walmart, to avoid the scams of Target.

Ever since I was told about this option it is so convenient and everyone is always extremely nice!

Target App easy to use, order quickly filled, and staff at pick-up site efficient and friendly.

Target carries some things which I like and can get nowhere else: Simply Balanced fruit snacks, for example. Prices on many items are competitive or sometimes the lowest around. And this particular Target does not play music, which is great! Silence is so much nicer than most store stuff nowadays.

Target is my go to store but, Today I had a horrible experience, I tried price matching amazon, The trainer Heather at returns / customer service vouched it was a worthy price match all the reps there also agreed, but she assisted to call the manager not sure why maybe is the color of skin since I got there she was already giving me attitude and and being very rude . Didn’t get the price match due to its prime and the don’t price match anything with prime since it’s membership I understood since I didn’t know but she showed relief and happiness she didn’t even try be nice about or even apologize in that manner

Target has very reasonable prices on most everything and you can usually get in and out in a decent amount of time. Some times it is difficult to find staff if you have a question, but when you do they are helpful. The cashiers arent always the best, so I am not giving them 5 stars.

Well-stocked and clean store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Its convenient that customer service is located immediately to your left when you enter the store. I am always pleased with the consistency of all Targets across the board. The Thousand Oaks Target is definitley on point!

I went to Target just after opening time. I get that there is a lot of work to do in the morning, but the main isles were blocked by carts full of stock that were side to side across the entire isle. Same went for many of the stock isles. Of the store is open, the isles need to be clear. If there was a fire, itd be hard to get out when you cant see because of smoke.

Awesome selection, they normally have a full selection of sizes, especially for mens wear. Less so for womens. The grocery section is great if you want to get a meal and your other shopping done in one stop, but doesnt replace a full grocery store. Service is normally awesome. Only downside is there are rarely enough cashiers scheduled, resulting in longer lines.

Always a great shopping experience and atmosphere. Even during this pandemic.

Love the variety of cosmetics they have here, and let me just say ladies if your looking for a good hair iron get it from here! There amazing and cheap!

Self check out is a joke I tried paying with my target gift cards through my phone and then paying off the rest of the total with my direct express card MasterCard and the machine kept saying card declined I had to try eight times to get the car to except a check the balance of my bank account and I have plenty of money to pay for my transaction of two items totally ridiculous target is great but you need to fix your machines

Staff is friendly, and the store is clean and well stocked. My problem is that I couldnt find everything that I was looking for and had to settle for different but similar items. 5 stars if I could just come in and find everything without wasting time.

Cashier who helped us was nice. Other workers were helpful. Even though its a big store, it didnt really have any of the items I was looking for (original Sparkling Cider, Bud Light Michelada) and had a super limited amount of electronic mens razors. What was worse was that, they only let you get $40 maximum cash back per purchase when we wanted to get $100. That was very annoying.

This target location is usually pretty good. Just like all retail I try to avoid them during the holiday season. During normal business Ive always been able to get help from someone friendly and knowledgeable, and without much of a wait. The management is either overworked or unmotivated, I tried to get a job here and received a call back but was never able to schedule anything or meet with anyone. Especially frustrating that they arent available after 3 or on weekends, since the shift I applied for and my availability were for nights and weekends.TL;DR: Basic staff is great but management sucks.

Love this store! Came in yesterday it was very busy but the Starbucks staff is always so friendly flor always makes my drink just right good service with a smile!

They store no information about merchandise credits or gift cards. I had the receipt for a return and they still said it was a non receipt return transaction..............ridiculous! Walmart is so advanced in comparison.

Seems to always have everything I need. This target also have a grocery store inside of it. The only problem with target is getting out with only the 3 items you went in for.

I came to California in May (2016) from Ireland for my sons graduation, and my mothers memorial service. I needed a temporary phone, but am pretty inept when it comes to technology. Michael in Electronics not only helped me pick out an appropriate phone, but helped me get it started. What an amazing person this man is. Target is very lucky to have him working for their company. I hope the store appreciates the above and beyond service he gives. Thank you Michael.
