I visited Conejo Valley Mattress for my first mattress purchase. I saw their advertisement in the Acorn offering wonderful deals and savings. On my first visit I asked for the mattress described in the ad, and was directed to one that was marked at $100 more than in the ad. When asked if they would honor their own advertised price they declined, so I picked another that was in store that I liked, but was more expensive.As we sat down to finalize the sale, they told me their delivery fee was $50 instead of the advertised free offer in the print ad that I brought into the store. Immediately they back-pedaled, made excuses, and as I was walking out they magically could offer the new mattress at a much steeper discount than before.Do not buy from these people. Any other mattress seller will honor their own advertised prices. Any other seller will honor their free delivery promises from their own printed ads. These scoundrels will forget anything they promised whenever it is in their favor.Leave, walk-out, do not accept their shady dealings.

Couldn’t be happier with our new mattress. This is the 4th mattress purchased from here and finally my wife and I get one. Service and help from Pam is always the best. Prices are great too. You are blowing it if you go somewhere else and you are supporting small business. Thanks again.

We stopped here to buy a simple mattress for my sister moving in and the lady working here was SOO SWEET and hospitable. She was super helpful with us in our price range and was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend this location for students needing a mattress.

Dropped by to check out beds for guest room. Pam asked who would be sleeping on the bed and steered us to a comfortable but fairly inexpensive bed. NO UPSALE! The sale was over and done within 30 minutes. Pam also helped us tie the mattress on our vehicle while remaining attentive to other customers. I would buy here again in a heart beat.

Walked in and was acknowledged, but when another customer walked in behind us wanting a more expensive mattress, she totally ignored us. So we walked out.

My mom actually bought a mattress fromConejo Valley Mattress also, Very friendly and not at all pushy. very welcoming . The delivery guys Came yesterday January 9th, 2017 and I have nothing but nice things to say regardingthese two. Took my old mattress, box springs and head and foot boards and vacuumed for me. I would of had to carry it downstairs by myself which wouldnt of been fun. Next time I have to buy another mattress I will be coming back to CONEJO valley MATTRESS.Thank you for the amazing service.
