Marie is the best employee at this store! She always goes out of her way to make her customers feel welcome. Every time I go into the store to ask about a product, she takes the time to: find me the best deal possible, to check the prices on merchandise, or match pieces together. I am thankful for such great customer service!

I love this store...I went in just to pick up some carpet samples and ended up purchasing a leather recliner and scarlett ottoman. I will be going back for a sofa + later as well. Heck I might re-furnish my whole house!I told all my friends and I usually do not do that unless I know they are going to receive impeccable service and I know without a doubt they will get it.Richard is awesome and knows his stuff.

Selection very dull.

This is a review of the staff at the Thousand Oaks store not the chain itself. In the past two months we have ordered two large sets of furniture. Both times staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we got what we wanted, including calling other stores to get extra chairs to complete our outdoor set we needed right away. While corporate, they made us feel more like a mom and pop operation. (Just try and wait for the sales!)

There free parking in the back if you get your ticket valeted. A lot of reasonably priced modern furniture. The sale guy was really helpful and fast with our transaction.

Worst retail shopping exeperince of my life .I will never step foot in this store again after they mistakingly charged $2400 on my card .I now have to wait over a week for the refund because of one employeese mistake. I love the items I purchased but will only use their website in the future .
