I had an incredibly Unique and Extraordinary experience that any consumer would want! Lindy, the manager of the Thousands Oaks Mattress Store is professional, honest, knowledgeable, deeply caring, warm, kind, and she will go out of her way to help a customer. She went far beyond any store owner or manager would do. I bought a CA King top of the line bed from the store 10 years ago and the bed had indentations on my husbands side and on my side even turnIng the mattress as required. The warranty was for 20 years. I went back to the store and told her that I was having difficulty sleeping because my bed was quite uncomfortable and I told her why. She said she would be happy to come over to my home and check out my bed because if there was a defect in the quality of how it was made then she would be happy to return it. She came over and she experienced the same slant and indentations. I paid for the mattress to be picked up and taken back to the manufacture. The manufacture of the bed refunded Lindy back the money for the bed and she asked me to purchase what I wanted in the show room. I picked again a top of the line bed from another company and when the bed was delivered to me, the mattress was too firm. It did not feel like the mattress that was in her show room. Lindy again came over to my home and she agreed that it was not the same softness that was in her show room. She reassured me that she would make sure that she would take her mattress from her store and take it to the manufacture and make sure that it was made correctly. I was amazed by her persistence and integrity to stand behind her product. I was touched how she went out of her way to make my sleep experience exceptional. How many people in this world of today would go out of their way for another human being. Not many but she does. Weeks later, My bed arrived to my home and I’ve been sleeping like a Queen and my husband a King. I would recommend anyone to buy their bed from Lindy at Thousand Oaks Mattress. I will always buy our beds from Lindy because it feels like going home to a family member that cares.

Both of my young adult sons started to complain that their beds were miserably uncomfortable, despite only being a year old (yeah I bought those foam ones that come vacuum packed- waste of money). So I took them in and Lindee the Owner put her knowledge to work. My kids are completely different sizes and sleeping styles. She was able to accurately assess what support and firmness they needed while keeping the comfort there. They each ended up with the right mattress for them and months later they still report great sleep and comfort. My younger son even seems to be in a much improved disposition - happy Mom.
